Complaint: I am XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX brand new. In XX/XX/XXXX the transmission had to be replaced. In XX/XX/XXXX the car had XXXX miles cost {$4000.00}. In XX/XX/XXXX the car again started having the same transmission XXXX MILES.
I was told by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that the transmission would have to be replaced again at a cost of {$3200.00}. The new transmission has only XXXX miles on it. I was told by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX told me that the warranty on the new transition was only for 12 months and if I want the car repaired I would have to pay the full price.
After doing research the CVT transmission of the XXXX I have found that many consumers are complaining of the same issue. The car will not accelerate when you push on the gas This is a safety issue example if I were to pull out into a busy intersection I may be hit because the care fails to accelerate to the default in the transmission.
I do not believe I should have to pay for another transmission that will fail again do to XXXX XXXX flawed design.
Has a class action lawsuit been filed against Nissan if so please add me to the suit.

Complaint: I had a boyfriend who bought a motorcycle and he signed me up as the co signer without my knowledge. The motorcycle was then stolen. The finance company has put a repossession on my credit report because he stopped making payments on the bike after it was stolen. I have never signed for the motorcycle to begin with and any signature was forged by my ex so there for the Repossession should only be on my ex 's credit report and not mine.

Complaint: Regarding my account with XXXX XXXX for a lease on the XXXX XXXX XXXX.
XXXX XXXX added sales tax to my monthly payment in error. In the state of Iowa, you pay the sales tax for the year when you register the vehicle. They mistakenly, retroactively added sales tax to my monthly payment amount with out notifying me. I did not realize this until I logged into my account online and noticed they were claiming I was behind on my monthly payments. My monthly payments were taken automatically out of my checking account.
I asked the rep two questions : 1 ) Why was the auto payment not adjusted accordingly so it at least did not appear I was late on my payments. They said there was a glitch in the system and it should have adjusted.
2 ) Why was I not notified of a change to my monthly payment amount so I could dispute it. No explanation could be provided.
I was told on this call that they would confirm the vehicle was in fact registered in Iowa and would issue me a credit on my account. The credit was issued at a later date.
I asked them if they would also correct my credit as they reported me late to the credit bureaus. I was told this would be done, but I see it has not as it still shows I paid 30-60 days late.
I would like this reflected accurately on my credit report as I never made a late payment to XXXX XXXX.

On XX/XX/XXXX I talk with XXXX in fiance he research some information, printed off some paperwork. XXXX then stated ; " he would contact accounting on Monday XX/XX/XXXX and give me a call.
XX/XX/XXXX XXXX returned my phone, " stated that check had been processed and receive by XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX '' for me to call XXXX XXXX XXXX to see why payment had not been process and applied to my account.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2017 we received a end of lease statement stating remaining balance of XXXX. The statement says we owe XXXX for unsatisfied contract obligation plus tax of XXXX. Excessive wear and use XXXX plus tax of XXXX. Disposition fee of XXXX plus tax of XXXX. I called Nissan Motor Acceptance and asked them to explain the statement. XXXX explained and was very nice.I agreed to pay the unsatisfied contract obligation total of XXXX and the disposition fee total of XXXXThat totaled XXXX. I told her I would not be paying for the Excess wear and use total of XXXX cause there was no broken bumper when we dropped it off. When we dropped it off I asked for Inspection and was told that would n't be a problem everything looked great. We also took upon ourselves to check it over and was like brand new. We even got the car cleaned inside and out just cause we thought that would be the right thing to do.When I told XXXX I was n't going to pay it she said she would lower the price to XXXX. I that I would pay the for everything else except the wear cause we both knew they were trying to scam us. I received a follow up statement on the XX/XX/XXXX and they lowered the excessive wear to XXXX. I called again and spoke to XXXX and told her that I would n't be paying that part of bill. She said If we do n't pay it they will put in collections. On XX/XX/XXXX I received another statement for XXXX the balance of unpaid. I payed for everything else at this point. I then called and asked for a Vehicle condition report and proof of broken bumper that was never broken nor never was by us.I received one on XX/XX/2017. I stated that the car had scratched paint, cracked windshield, dents, chips etc etc.No bumper was listed at all. It then stated we turned in a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, but we leased a XXXX XXXX XXXX car? We called again and they claimed the inspected the car on XX/XX/XXXX which would be 2 weeks after we returned the car onXX/XX/XXXX? It also had the amount of XXXX we owed for the bumper that was n't broken. Like I said I payed everything that was owed to them but now the put me in collections for XXXX and wasted my valuable time let alone endless headaches. I have exceptional credit and do n't need it to be bruised by any false information because of a company that messed up in so many ways. Please let me know what further action should i take with this

Complaint: On XX/XX/2017, XXXX XXXX XXXX contacted me via email and offered loan assistance as I was in the hurricane impacted area of Hurricane Irma. On the email was a link for a 30-day loan deferment. I clicked the link, requested assistance and they responded back stating the deferment was complete. I have documentation that supports the offer and acceptance.
I continued to get calls from XXXX, when I returned their call on XX/XX/2017, the collection rep stated that I did not have a deferment and my account was showing 31 days past due and it was reported to the credit bureau. When I attempted to explain and provide the documentation I have to support the deferment, they stated sorry they could not help. They placed me on hold, never to return. After several calls, and a lot of runaround I finally contacted a lady by the name of XXXX XXXX in Customer Care who assisted me. She was professional, she listened, and ultimately resolved my issue. She asked for the documentation which I provided and made the necessary adjustments. It is employees like this that make up for the failures of others.
While I understand most all financial institutions are providing assistance to those in need in the impacted area, the treatment I received from XXXX is unacceptable, misleading, and unfair business practices. I can only hope this may bring to light others that may be in a far worse situation than I, that are depending on XXXX for assistance.

On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, we enrolled in SignatureDIRECTPAY by printing the online form and submitting to XXXX via XXXX as instructed, for automatic monthly payment deductions. It states on the website " It is important that you continue to make payments on your account until you receive a notification letter with the start date of your payment deductions ''. XXXX processed the form on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. We did not receive a confirmation letter via XXXX but it states on my XXXX account under the Payment Dashboard section " You have a SignatureDIRECTPAY of {$650.00} scheduled for XXXX/XXXX/XXXX ''. As of XXXX/XXXX/XXXX they had not deducted the payment from my account so contacted customer support and was told " XXXX is scheduled to start on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, so you would need to make your XXXX payment manually '' and " XXXX is activated within 15 days of us receiving the automatic payment documents ''. The customer service rep said " Your state has a XXXX window of opportunity '' so an option for me was to wait and see if the payment posted. Complaint: Prior to the conclusion of my lease contract with XXXX, I contacted my local dealer, XXXX XXXX, which is the same dealer I used when entering the lease, to discuss options available at the lease termination ( e.g., purchasing the vehicle, entering a new lease, purchasing another vehicle, etc. ). After some brief conversation, I was advised to stop into the showroom and discuss options in more detail and look at used vehicles on the lot within the price range I was discussing with the dealership ( the conclusion from the conversations with the dealership was that purchasing another vehicle would be best for my situation ). Before agreeing to stop into the dealership, I noted to the sales rep over the phone that I had not had the pre-inspection performed upon which I was advised not to worry about it. I stopped into the dealership that afternoon and test drove a few vehicles and started negotiations for one of the vehicles. Part of the negotiation was the removal of the {$390.00} disposition fee and the dealership agreed. Additionally, I raised again with the sales rep and the used car manager that I had not had the pre-inspection performed and was again told not to worry about it and that " we can take care of it. '' The vehicle I leased was 12k miles under the allotment I paid for over the term of the lease and was garage kept the entire duration of the lease ( i.e., it was in excellent condition ).
I contacted XXXX XXXX twice within the first few weeks after turning in my leased vehicle to confirm that there were no end of lease obligations since I had not heard anything from XXXX. I was told that they were not aware of anything and that " no news is good news ''. After this, I assumed everything was fine with my lease termination and there were no additional costs ( this was in XXXX 2017 ). In XXXX 2017 I received a call from XXXX / XXXX XXXX notifying me that they were sending me to collection for the outstanding balance on my " end of lease liability statement ''. I noted that I had not received this statement and had inquired about such end of lease costs multiple times. XXXX / XXXX XXXX noted they still had my old address on file which is why I had not received the statement. Further, after having the statement emailed to me, I noted that XXXX had detailed a list of " itemized wear and use '' charges that totaled an amount due by me of {$390.00} ( unbelievably close to the {$390.00} disposition fee that was waived during my negotiation ... ). Upon review of these charges, not only were these charges false, but there were also items I was being charged for that never existed ( e.g., a missing front bumper cover ). I requested the inspection results that were apparently performed after I turned the vehicle in ( and was told not to worry about having the pre-inspection performed ) and was told that I would receive it via email within 24 hours. It has been over a week and I have not seen any inspection report from XXXX.
I was aware of my responsibility to have an inspection performed prior to turning in the vehicle and noted that at least twice to the sales representatives at XXXX, but they were more concerned with the sale of another vehicle than my rights and convinced me that I had nothing to worry about in turning in my leased vehicle. Now, as I communicate with XXXX XXXX regarding the false claims of excess wear and use, XXXX XXXXXXXX has sent me to collection for these false charges and I have had to hire a lawyer to fight the charges.

Problem extending the lease
Complaint: When my 3 years lease with Nissan Leaf was ending, I contact Nissan Motor Acceptance corp, for end of lease instructions, they mentioned Extension of lease with first three payments waiver and 2018 leaf offer as and when available. This is fradulent and they reported to credit bureaus for 60 days late payment. This is giving my immense hardship.Every day I am suffering from negative credit report as I am not able to apply for any loan or credit checks. They offer payment waiver and misguided consumer not considering the Agreement. I am seeking help. I contacted multiple times. There is no information or details about 2018 Leaf, it has been almost 5 months in extension of lease. I am seeking help!!

After seeing the term of the loan in my online account ( 75 mos ), I was confused because my Husband and I both were always under the impression that the term of the loan was 60 mos, and not 75. We have purchased many vehicles, and always pay attention to the terms of our loans.
The Salesman, at the time of purchase, presented us with a deal that reflected a 60 month term. Upon entering the finance department, we were under the impression we were getting the same deal, and signed the loan documents electronically. Myself, nor my Husband recall ever being told the term was 75 mos. We would have never agreed to that duration. I just recently came across this information online, thus the questioning 3 + years after purchasing. I have a signed Sales Contract, which includes a Truth in Lending, but the Truth in Lending was not signed as a separate disclosure.
The Finance Manager at XXXX XXXX XXXX told us we signed the documents, and it would have been explained to us at the time of purchase. He is right, we did sign the Contract, and the terms SHOULD have been made clear to us, but they were not.
I feel like we were baited and switched with the terms of our loan, without our realizing it.

Complaint: I was upset after I looked at my XXXX, XXXX and XXXX credit reports and discovered that I was reported as having a late payment on the date below : 30 days past due as of XXXX 2017 I already disputed this with the credit bureaus and they verified it as being accurate. I am not sure how this took effect, I thought that I had made my payments to you on time when I received my statements. My only thought is that my monthly statement did not get to me or maybe an error occurred where it was n't recorded on time.
