Complaint: Last year I purchased XXXX Nissan altima SV through XXXX XXXX dealer. It is a very bad experience.
Without my knowledge I ended up as a lease contract. I went to XXXX XXXX for purchasing Nissan altima SV. the sales person bought me a quote and said shows monthly payment as XXXX for nissan altima sv for 36 months for 0 % Apr for finance. Then I said i will purhase.
After 1 month of purchasing car I realized that it is showing as lease in XXXX website. I contacted XXXX XXXX then they said I leased car for XXXX for 36 months and after 3 years if i wnated to purchase i have to pay residual value of {$13000.00}. All of a sudden i felt i got trapped by this dealer. I looked at papers what i have signed they are related to lease.
The actual car value on their website shows {$19000.00} when i purchased car. Since they changed as lease they charged my monthly payments for sticker price which is {$31000.00}. I never asked for lease. Beware of this fraud by the dealer. I reached to XXXX XXXX they said they ca n't do anything to fix it up since it is sold by dealer.
They said it is Finance purchase and on papers they says it as a lease when signing papers. This is my first time purchase so I did not checked contract papers trusting dealer and got XXXX XXXX by this dealer for {$13000.00} additional price.
The market value of this car is after 1 month is less than {$18000.00}. I purchased it on XX/XX/XXXX. By 1 month I lost around {$13000.00} according to their price tactics done by Dealer and XXXX XXXX.
All Nissan Dealer advertisements show lease for approximately {$200.00} nissan altima 2.5 s. How come Nissan altima sv lease payment is XXXX . They are big fraud dealer and XXXX XXXX is encouraging this kind of practices by supporting their dealers.
The persons involved in this are Sales person : XXXX XXXX, Internet sales manager : XXXX XXXX Finance manager : XXXX I have called many times dealer using my phone number but they never responded to my phone calls or voice mails. So I tried calling with a different number now they answered my call. If dealer do n't want to answer customer calls then they should say it directly that we can not resolve the issue in stood of not answering calls.
Finally I was able to speak to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX using my spouse mobile phone. Anyways issue is not resolved after speaking to Dealer.
Is anything can XXXX XXXX fix this issue. I ca n't pay {$31000.00} for {$18000.00} worth car. I know you guys can say easily it is not on your hands since I made Transaction at dealer. But if you can please resolve issue. If you guys really want to resolve issue You guys can look at Transactions done by all your dealers in USA and see if the same car is sold for {$31000.00} in Month of XX/XX/XXXX. Can you guys help me to fix this.

Loan balance remaining after the vehicle is repossessed and sold
Complaint: In XXXX XXXX I started having financial troubles and as a result I fell behind on my payments with my car. I called Nissan Motor Acceptance and tried to set up arrangements to bring my account current. I was rudely told by the rep that " I should call back when I have the money '' It was also stated that not much help could be extended to me since this was a lease and the money was to be expected every month.
XXXX XXXX, I was in a accident where the other car clipped the front end of my car and caused damage to the front bumper. I had to pay {$1000.00} deductible in order to get the car fixed. I tried to keep Nissan in the loop as much as possible.
Any money I had I tried to put towards my past due balance. In XXXX XXXX the car was repossessed and I called Nissan trying to figure out what my next steps were. I was told that I had 15 days to come up with {$2500.00} or else the car would be sold at auction and I could participate in that.
To date, I 've never received any Pre-repossession notices, post notices or notice of sale.
As of XXXX XXXX, I had {$6300.00} remaining on my lease. After the fees from the repossession the balance became {$9800.00}. After doing a vin search I found out that the car was sold for {$12000.00}.
Nissan Motor Acceptance has not followed certain rules under the Uniform Commercial Code. I was never given the opportunity to attend any private or public sale of the vehicle.

Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX at the XXXX of XXXX dealership ( dealership # XXXX XXXX I purchased a new XXXX XXXX NV XXXX van. During the initial negotiations, the salesman had added some optional coverages which I did not have a clear understanding of. After doing some more research, I decided that I did not want these options and requested to my salesman to remove them. Before I ever took the car off the lot that day, we reconfigured the loan numbers with the options removed and we came to an agreement for the new loan amount, and the corresponding monthly payment arrangement amount. Due to the dealership closing at the time, my sales rep told me that these changes would be finalized the following day and assured me that the new agreed upon loan amount would be honored. Since the date of purchase, I have called and stopped by the dealership numerous times to check and make sure that these changes were made. I was told on more than one occasion, in person and on the phone by my sales rep, that these changes were made and that I would see the corresponding changes in either a letter or bill that would come in the mail. After waiting over a month and not receiving anything, I had to call into XXXX XXXX customer service and ask about my account and the payment amount. It was only then that I found out that none of the requested changes were made, and that my loan amount and monthly payment were not what was agreed upon. The very next day after finding this out, I went to my dealership once again and when I asked my sales rep, he explicitly told me that he had talked to XXXX XXXX services and requested for the changes when the vehicle was first purchased. He assured me that the changes were requested and that it mustve been a clerical error that the changes werent made. He assured me once again that he would follow up with them and to check back in with him the following day to make sure this issue was taken care of. Since our last meeting, I have called Each and every day only to not get an answer, and all of my numerous messages have gone unreturned. Upon further investigation with XXXX XXXX services, they informed me that any type of changes to the loan agreement would need to be done on a new contract document, and that they had not received any contact or inquiries at all from my sales rep or dealership. They also informed me that the sales reps receive the most commission back on these particular optional coverages, which led me to believe that this was the reason why my requested changes were never taken care of by my sales rep. At this point I feel that I have exhausted all possible options to get this taken care of between the dealership and sales rep this vehicle was purchased from, and seeing as how much time has passed since the date of purchase, I need assistance from an outside source or counsel to ensure that this matter is resolved as initially promised.

Complaint: Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation rewrote my loan in XXXX XXXX. I had to send my signed contract and payment to them by XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I did as directed. XXXX XXXX I was getting calls from collections saying I owe a past due of XXXX and I was told my loan was not rewritten. After speaking to XXXX different people it was determined that my contract was thrown out cause I sent it with the money order. But the contract told me to do so. I was then sent a new contract and had to return it by XXXX XXXX, XXXX with my XXXX payment. I did so even though they started the contract from XXXX instead of XXXX. Now I 'm being told that I have late charges and balance due since XXXX XXXX. XXXX has also reported me late since XXXX when I 've been on time based on the contract. Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX we traded in our used XXXX XXXX for a XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, CO. On the XX/XX/XXXX we had a family medical emergency and our son was flight for life to XXXX Hospital in XXXX , CO . Which we were there for three weeks. During this time I received a phone call from our XXXX XXXX saying that we were over 30 days late on the XXXX that we traded in back in XXXX. I immediately contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX and spoke with a guy in the Finance Department. He looked into it and saw that we had not owned or had the XXXX since the date of XX/XX/XXXX and that the paper work that they had done on our new loan with the XXXX was done incorrectly and because of that the new loan was not yet processed and the credit union was not paid off because of this paperwork that was not done. He told me that this was immediately going to be corrected and that day they were going to down cut a check to XXXX XXXX XXXX CO for the XXXX and told me that they would take paperwork to them to show that we had not had possession of this XXXX since the beginning of XXXX. This was the first week of XXXX and now being XX/XX/XXXX, we noticed from a report that our credit has taken a huge hit. So, after calling the XXXX XXXX XXXX CO I was informed that they had just paid off the XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I have, once again called XXXX XXXX XXXX to tell them my issue ( again ) and demanded that they give me a letter or proof that we did not own this vehicle as of XX/XX/XXXX and that this needs to be corrected IMMEDIATELY!

Complaint: I tried to make a payment on my account via phone through a third party that the lease company told me to utilize. The company was not open and their automated system kept kicking me out. I then tried to make the payment on the internet with negative results. I tried to contact Infiniti to rectify the problem but there was no one at their office to receive my phone call. Their negligence caused my credit to have a 30 day marker which should be corrected.
I have phone records to show my attempts to pay prior to day 30.

Confusing or misleading advertising
Complaint: About 6 months ago I received a phone call from this company stating that if I was to test drive a new vehicle and purchase the vehicle I was let out of my lease early and to my chagrin I accepted the offer only to be made a fool of from the dealership.
I had two different car companies in the past make good on similar situation and I was no stranger to the phone call. I made a complaint with them and I was told sorry for the phone call and I was not going to be made whole on the issue on hand and I was told to make my payments current or else.
I do have financial hardship and I really thought they were going to help me. My fault I guess for thinking Nissan really cared about me whenever they ask about my hardship however all I hear now is ooh too bad, pay up will ya. Now the dealership just closed the doors without any notice.

Complaint: We love our XXXX Infiniti Q50 with 3.7 litre engine. It is an excellent car. We bought it on a 39 month lease which ends in XXXX XXXX. Infiniti USA has been soliciting us to return the car for the last ( 3 ) months offering incentives that release us from the last few months of the lease. When we went to the dealership to pick up a new Q50, we found that the car did not have the same engine. Our current Q50 has a 3.7 Liter Engine and the new Q50 's all have a 2.0 or 3.0 Turbo configuration. Because they are using the same chassis, the car is loud and does not drive the same. We took the car back to the dealership. We contacted Infiniti and said the only Infiniti car that meets our desires is now the Q70 with 3.7 litre engine. But the Q70 is a larger and more expensive car. We are reasonable, we are fine with paying more for our current car with inflation, but the delta to the Q70 will require incentives from Infiniti to bring down the price. A Q70 is not affordable. We believe that Infiniti is engaging in a bait and switch to make us buy a Q70. They are forcing us to turn in a car of a higher quality and value for a lower value car. Because it is a lease contract we are required to pay a lot of money to turn in the car and buy another brand. When we tried to work with Infiniti USA, they gave us a case number XXXX and ultimately offered free maintenance, which is in actuality is 5 free oil changes. A XXXX company like XXXX really should not be allowed to treat us US consumers like this.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX I purchased a vehicle from XXXX XXXX XXXX, in XXXX XXXX At that time I agreed to purchase an extended warranty and GAP INSURANCE. After a couple of days, I called the dealership and told them I did n't want it. I was told I would have to wait for it to go through the system before it could be canceled. I also wrote a letter and mailed it to BOTH the dealership and the insurance company to let them know formally that I wanted it canceled. I never got a response from either. I went back to the dealership on XXXX XXXX, I talked to the finance man, he said it would be taken care of and to keep a check on my vehicle statements to see the price drop so I would know when it had been done. It still is on my loan, but the insurance company says they have no record of a policy on me, I contacted my finance company XXXX XXXX XXXX, they told me to contact the dealership, as did the insurance company. The problem is and has been that the dealership wo n't return my calls or answer my attempts to contact them. They are over an hour away from my home and I ca n't run up there every day trying to resolve issues with them. I work an hour from home, which puts me 2 hours away from them and I ca n't be taking off of work to deal with them.It took them 2 months to even get me a tag for my car, which actually expired before they got me one, and even then I had to drive up there to get it after I had been promised they would deliver it to me. The Gap is {$790.00}, the extended warranty is {$2400.00}

Complaint: I put an application in to Infiniti of XXXX just to be able to put a deposit onto a car before running the credit. I was guaranteed I would n't have my credit run until I approved on my trade in amount. Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I signed a lease for a new vehicle. The dealership made errors on the paperwork multiple times, and the paperwork was not finalized until XXXX ( XXXX ). Our payment due date per the Lease contract was on the XXXX of each month, but because the paperwork was not finalized, we never received a Periodic Statement ( required under Regulation B ) for the first month. At the end of XXXX, we finally received a Periodic Statement dated XXXX/XXXX/XXXX showing a due date of XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, showing the total amount due as {$440.00} ; the amount includes 2 monthly payments ( XXXX and XXXX ) of {$210.00} each, and a late fee of {$10.00}.
There are two Regulation B violations here, one of which I was able to rectify by contacting the company 's customer service phone number. When I alleged a Regulation B violation, the customer service representative did not know what Regulation B was, but nonetheless agreed to waive the late fee of {$10.00} on the XXXX payment, and remove the late fee from my credit report.
Second, I asked that my due date for XXXX be changed to XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, which is 21 days from the date of the periodic statement as required by Regulation B. The customer service representative, their supervisor, and the supervisor 's manager all refused this request saying that it was not possible. They informed me that I could exercise a lease option to change the due date ( an option which I only get once ). I informed them that the due date change should not count as my request, and that instead it is the earliest due date allowed by regulation. The manager was combative, telling me that " regulation B is your regulation '', and that his system would not allow him to change the due date for 1 month, or to not count the change as a request per my lease option.
