Complaint: In XXXX XXXX, my XXXX XXXX XXXX was totaled and deemed a total loss due to electrical problems. When financing, I purchased GAP insurance and an extended warranty. The GAP insurance was through a company named XXXX. It took me awhile to collect all of the documents but it was filed within the 90 days and the claim was processed. The next step was to file a cancellation on the extended warranty and that was handled by a company named XXXX. As soon as I received notice that my GAP claim had been processed, I filed a notice of cancellation that would cover the remaining balance, which was {$690.00}. I knew I needed to handle the payoff but at the end of XXXX, I placed a call to XXXX, which is on their record inquiring whether or not I needed to cover the remaining balance or wait until they received the warranty cancellation refund. I was instructed to not worry about the balance, that it would take longer for them to issue the refund check if I went ahead and paid it off. Three days later, they charged off my account causing my credit score to plummet. I immediately called back and spoke to another representative who told me that they would reverse the charge off once they received the refund check, as well as apologizing that I was n't notified of the charge off during my previous conversation. A week later, I still had not received notice of the refund check and called XXXX, the cancellation company. I spoke with a manager and she apologized for the delay and she would overnight the check, this was XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I received the overnight notice XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I called XXXX again to make sure the refund was received and it had been posted XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I was instructed that the charge off would be deleted and I would be receiving a refund of {$670.00}, twenty one days after the check posted. That would have been XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. It is now XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and my account has n't been adjusted nor have I received my refund check. I understand that it takes time to issue checks but the fact that my credit has not been adjusted is unacceptable. Before my car was totaled, I always paid on time and remained in good standing with the company. The lack of information and misguidance on the part of their representatives is disappointing.

Complaint: I got into an accident a few months ago and as far as I knew the insurance company and gap insurance were supposed to take care of the loan. On XX/XX/XXXX the insurance company sent the dealership a check of over 10,000 dollars to pay on the vehicle. We have continued to receive calls regarding this account, and today I spoke to someone who identified herself as XXXX XXXX who was very rude, stating they never received the payment and GAP insurance wont kick in until we do. She also said that the check of over 10,000 would not cover any past due amounts I.e. what we havent paid since our car was totaled. I asked why and she got frustrated with me, not understanding my actual question which was simply why wouldnt the insurance check cover the past due amount and kept telling me GAP doesnt cover past due amounts, which was not what I was asking. I tried to explain my question to her and she told me I wouldnt get anywhere with this conversation if I kept talking over her.
I asked for her supervisor, whos name was XXXX, who then got on the phone and explained she saw nothing wrong with the conversation on her end, as she sits next to XXXX XXXX and didnt hear her get loud. I asked the same questions, which werent answered by the supervisor either. Who also became rude with me. I asked to be removed from the call list, saying that I would prefer to deal with this on my own than be treated poorly by debt collectors who wont answer my questions, or even try to understand them. She then said that we wouldnt be able to be called by the GAP insurance either and we would have to contact them.
All in all I still have no answers, not to why they havent received a check that was sent to them a month ago, or why Im being held responsible for payments that were after the date of the car being totaled, or why the check from the insurance cant cover those payments.

Complaint: I purchased a car from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had full coverage and gap insurance. The car was totaled out in a wreck that was not my fault. The insurance and the gap insurance paid it in full.
Now XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting on my credit that I owe XXXX. I do n't owe XXXX XXXX any money. Please help me if you can about this because this is not right

Complaint: Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation is functioning under unfair practices that have affected my credit to get a lease thriugh XXXX dealerships in XXXX XXXX in Minnesota.
The lease was denied under false pretenses in which my credit was suppose to be fixed wit prior complaints against NISSAN for a fraudulent loan on a XXXX nissan Altima. I am referring to denial number # XXXX, from XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX Minnesota .... The car was eventually paid off ( IE. NISSAN RELEASED THE TITLE ) and the title was sent to me, however, the Nissan has continued to make it difficult for me tio get a new car and a lease through them. The title was released by them and through their discretion, and the down fall of all of this my credit and inability to get another lease for a brand new Nissan Rogue which would be much cheaper than to purchase a vehicle outright.
I was denied a lease and also suffered credit reporting 's, therefore affecting my ability to get a lease. the decision that NISSAN made to surrender the title to that vehicle and to also make multiple late payments to my credit report, despite the over indulged equity has cost me. It is false advertising to keep on record a surrendered title to me and to deny me of credit without Ccearing up my credit report and also taking that off of my credit file at NISSAN Motor Acceptance Corporation. In other-wards they are inadvertently admitting that they made mistake with the origination of the car loan, but are not clearing that mistake, therefore having me suffer the consequences of their decision. This inadvertent action is costing me about 5,000.

Complaint: I was an employee at XXXX when I leased my vehicle. 1st payment was suppose to be made as part of the VPP program at the time for employees. I was not awarded that payment. After fulfilling the 39 month lease agreement (plus 1 extended month) I lease returned the vehicle on XX/XX/XXXX ( documents attached). Come to find out that the last 2 payments made of $XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and another for $XXXX a week after that (receipt of payments with confirmation # s uploaded) XXXX inform me weeks later and after they already confirmed payments, which went as far as posted on my credit bureau bringing my loan current, inform me payments returned and when asked why I was not given a reason. Completely disregarding the NACHA rules and guidelines in a non compliant manor (rules 3.8,2.12.5.1,2.12.5.2,3.12.6) and then go as far as abusing the right to report credit by wiping out the 40 payment history on my credit report and charging off the residual amount of the lease of $XXXX! This is after 12 changes they made within months. Even removed the loan on one of the bureaus. Other payments were made but I am leaving that out for this complaint because my resolve is to have the history of this lease be accurate and lease returned as it was to show on my credit. Fraudulent reports on my credit and disregard for rules and guidelines have created loss of wages and tremendous hardship the last 6 months. This is abuse of power and disregard for the law and consumers!

Complaint: Have been leasing a number of XXXX cars, my last lease that was over in XX/XX/XXXX. There was a disposition fee of {$390.00} that is paid when the lease is over and is usually mailed to address on record. I never received that letter so I can pay the bill, I have always been on time with them including all car payments for years and all disposition fees if applicable. In XX/XX/XXXX, I received a mark on my credit report saying i have a missed payment. I immediately called them and paid, and also tried for them to take it off the credit report as I never received the letter with the final bill, which I would have paid without a problem. This crushed my credit report and it took me over a year to return to normalcy more or less. I tried again get it removed and XXXX XXXX XXXX said they do n't want to do anything. It is still showing up on my report. Please help. I never missed a payment to anyone since I was XXXX years old, so almost 20 years.

Complaint: I have made several attempt to resolve a complaint with XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX NC regarding a Forged contract. I retrieved a copy of the contract from Nissan Motor Acceptance Customer Service. I ask for it because there was a discrepancy in dates from what the rep was showing and what my original contract was showing. I then asked the rep to me me a copy of what she has. I received a document that I never seen before with my " forged '' signature which appeared to be signed by XXXX XXXX ( Finance Manager ) whom I completed my paperwork with on XX/XX/XXXX. I received the lease vehicle and copy of my contract on XX/XX/XXXX. This newly created contract has a purchase date of XX/XX/XXXX which is indeed incorrect. I NEVER returned to complete any additional paperwork and the signature on the contracted date XX/XX/XXXX Is certainly not mines ( This can be compared to the original documents with " my '' personal signature ).
Further more I brought this to the attention of the General Manager XXXX XXXX whom I had a conversation with. He tried to steer me away by advising me to file complaint against the x employee ( XXXX XXXX ) However I reminded XXXX XXXX that the employee represented the company ( Nissan ) at the time and technically because this is a forged contract should be viewed as a VOIDED contract. XXXX XXXX states he would call me back on XX/XX/XXXX with some possible solutions. To date I have received no return call. I have also reached out on numerous occasion after the forth only to be hung up on by XXXX XXXX ( General Sal Manager ) whom I have also spoken with regarding this matter. My calls are currently being ignored. This is poor & unprofessional business behavior. In addition to calling I have even gone to the location only to be told the managers are in a meeting.
I have since recently filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office regarding this matter. This has been very stressful to deal with and has caused a negative impact on my health. I do not intend to or will ever purchase another Nissan vehicle. ( This is my 3rd ) and quite frankly I have had poor experiences each time with them all. So the sooner I can terminate my relationship with Nissan the better I will feel and happier I will be. I do plan to seek legal representation if an agreement can not be reached.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, the current debt from Nissan Motor Acceptance was {$12000.00}. On this date my attorney settled the debt for {$3800.00}. I have my legal documents from my attorney who worked with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Debt Collection Company Nissan Motor Acceptance used ) to settle this debt with Nissan, which on the documents it states to pay $ XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, and at the end of each month I pay {$160.00}. I 've made every payment on time through my bank for proof it was paid on the agreed dates. At this time my current debt with Nissan Motor Acceptance should only be {$1500.00}. This is taking into account my payments for XX/XX/XXXXand XX/XX/XXXX I paid each month early to XXXX XXXX XXXX like the agreement states.
I disputed the balance of {$10000.00} on my credit report in XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX I sent in my document from my attorney and XXXX XXXX XXXX to show XXXX proof that the debt was settled for {$3800.00}. Today, XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX stating that my credit report has been updated regarding the dispute, however ; it still reflects the incorrect balance of {$10.00}, XXXX. I called XXXX today XX/XX/XXXXand I was advised that Nissan Motor Acceptance refused to update the balance. I asked if Nissan Motor Acceptance sent in any documents to dispute my claim and I was advised that they had not. The original balance of {$12000.00} has been clearly subtracted from the $ XXXX I paid inXX/XX/XXXX and the {$160.00} I paid in XX/XX/XXXX which is my agreed upon amount per my documents from my attorney and XXXX XXXX XXXX through Nissan Motor Acceptance. It does not reflect my payment of this month of {$160.00} which is understandable, because I just made that payment onXX/XX/XXXX.
It is my right as a consumer to have the correct information reported on my credit report. I 've tried to resolve this through XXXX but their process and their customer service agents were always rude and never helpful. They only repeated themselves and had no solution or resolve. XXXX also keeps stating my current address in not reflecting on their credit report, however ; the credit report they sent todayXX/XX/XXXX that was dated XX/XX/XXXXreflects my current address. So it 's been like dealing with children that only read a computer screen and do NOT have any understanding of anything. Thus, I have not even attempted to dispute with the other credit reporting bureaus. I 'm working 10 hour days, 6 days a week and as a consumer I should not have to fight XXXX for information regarding my dispute or why my report has n't been updated. XXXX XXXX document dated XX/XX/XXXX clearly states my dispute information has been updated and it has not. That is misleading to the consumer and XXXX will not be helpful in giving an explanation as to why their document says one thing, but the REAL resolution on my credit report says XXXX is a lier.

Complaint: I Leased a XXXX XXXX in XXXX and there was a problem with the universal ball joint of the right front wheel, which I learned should be replaced, and NEVER serviced. I took the truck to XXXX XXXX XXXX and they packed it full of grease to silence it and I took possession of the vehicle back having thought it was properly fixed. The vehicle functioned properly until ~2 months before the end of the lease at which point the joint failed while my husband was driving the vehicle causing the wheel to come off and pulling the fender off with it. He was able to avoid hitting anything and safely stopped the vehicle and called XXXX. As There was no accident, the responding police officer would not file an incident report, rather told him to get the vehicle fixed and file a claim with Nisaan The vehicle was un-drivable and my husband had it towed to an authorized repair shop as directed by Nissan. The repair shop kept the truck for almost 4 months. Although we had no car, I made my required final 2 months of lease payments to Nissan as scheduled. The parts took 4 months to get from Nissan and after they repaired it, I returned it to a authorized dealer of their choosing.
If the Nissan dealer fixed the car properly in the beginning, or if Nissan delivered the parts to the authorized repair shop in a timely fashion, within the 2 months I had left on the lease, the truck would have been repaired and returned before the end of the lease. I paid the lease as agreed, I did not sue Nissan for returning an unsafe vehicle to us, Endangering our lives, or for all of the struggle I had over the last 9 years trying to get a new car and now a home mortgage loan. After all of this, they refused to close the account, damaging my credit for the last 9 years, leaving me unable to purchase a car or home having to use a co-signor for 3 years after they refused to close the account due to this erroneous report. Nissan still continues to refuse to remove this from my credit report, leaving this as an open account crippling my credit score and debt-to-income ratio.
I was relocated and offered a relocation package due to the increased cost of living and I have been trying to get a home mortgage and have repeatedly been told that this report is adversely affecting my credit and not only have I missed buying 2 homes in the last 1.5 years, I have now lost my relocation benefits from my new employer as they expired. My mortgage lender stated this Nissan report is adversely affecting my score and my debt-to income ratio. Now I must continue to pay high rent and wait for this to be resolved. My relocation package was a large part of my decision to take this job as we moved from a very low cost of living area to a very high cost of living area. I was offered 30 % of my salary toward my mortgage payments over 4 years, company paid closing costs and 1 point paid down on my mortgage.
This loss is a huge impact to me and my family as I am head of household and currently the only income for my family. The housing costs have increased over the last 2 years and now I am looking at the same homes which are ~ {$100000.00} more than in XXXX. In conclusion I feel I was wrongly treated over this for many years and would like reparations for my unnecessary struggles with this report on my credit.
Nissan motor is well over the 7 year limit for reporting to credit bureaus and they are have been in violation of the Federal Consumer Protection Act for reporting erroneous information to the credit bureaus for ~2 years.

Complaint: Since XX/XX/XXXX my auto loan with them was paid from my business account automatically every month. In XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX, somehow, could not withdraw the funds for two months form the account that they always withdrawn before. At the time I was traveling to XXXX XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX and I realize the problem after I looed at my mail and immediately I made payments and I re establish the bank account so they can get paid on time. I spoke to them about the problem and expressed the question to them why it happened all I get was that my payment was returned. At the time of the incident the business account had sufficient funds but they couldnt get it so I established anoether account with much less funds in it the it worked??? Because of their technical difficulty now they have reported me as I am late and I suffer from low credit score.
