Complaint: I recently did a lease buyout on my XXXX vehicle. Both the dealer and Nissan/XXXX XXXX, who the loan was with, told me not to make my last payment as it would be paid through the lease buyout. I asked them repeatedly if they were sure and it wouldn't affect my credit. They both assured me that it would not negatively affect my credit. Unfortunately, it has been reported as a late payment and severely impacted my FICO score. I would like this 30 day late payment to be removed from my score as it is not accurate per their direction, from the actual creditor who informed me not to pay it as it would be paid by the lease buyout.

Complaint: Just last year I had my car repossessed. I was not able to pay my loan because I was unemployed close to a year. The only way I was able to make money was by helping a friend from time to time and it was enough for anything and could not afford the payments. Last year I was struggling with trying to get a job to catch up on my bills and could not was behind on everything not just the car. This all happened around XX/XX/2017. Since I got my car back I have been making my payments on time and have a great job now and able to manage my money better and stay on top of my bills. I have tried to work with the company to get my repossession moved after showing them that my payments have been good but they are not willing to work with me.

Complaint: I was told I was getting extended warranty, no cost mentioned, to help lower my rate. The finance manager didnt not explain well at all. I was told I can retract the cost by signing a form of cancellation as long as I got it in with 90 days. I did and got confirmation via email. I am now 6-8 month after purchase and still have not got reimbursed for the cost. At this point I should get to keep the extended warranty and get reimbursed the cost rather than being told too bad. The dealer XXXX XXXX of XXXX AZ, offered to take my car back and roll me into a new one instead, but only give me a fraction of trade in value. I bought the Nissan in XX/XX/2017, now only 6 months later they offered me $ XXXX less than whats owed and a more expensive Nissan with barely less miles to make up for the hassel and their mistake. I have never dealt with a company who has treated me the way XXXX XXXX has. In addition, when the dealership found out they made the mistake, they tried to only offer me {$300.00} back on a {$2400.00} cost of extended warranty. The general manager XXXX XXXX, has not personally called me back to address this. He has his sales managers call me to give me a more expenses car. This dealership is very unprofessional and doesnt take ownership of a mistake, even though they have acknowledged they made a mistake. I will never use or recommend this dealership to anyone and will take action.!

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I was visiting relatives in South Carolina. During that time I bought a new Nissan at a local dealership and financed it through Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation ( NMAC ). After returning to my home state of Kentucky I paid off the loan on XX/XX/XXXX. In order to remove a vehicle lien, Kentucky requires Form XXXX to be completed by the lender and returned to the local county clerks office. NMAC refuses to do this. Several phone calls with NMAC has not resolved the situation even though their representatives have assured me each time the appropriate paperwork has been submitted. The last call I requested a copy of the paperwork also be sent to me. This document was received on XX/XX/XXXX and it revealed a simple document titled " Lien Release '' on Nissan letterhead, not the required state form. Another call to their representatives on XX/XX/XXXX revealed they were unaware of the existence of the state form even though I made it clear in previous calls it would have to be submitted.

Complaint: On Saturday, XX/XX/XXXX I bought an SUV from XXXX XXXX in XXXX only to discover on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX, when I took it to my mechanic in XXXX XXXX that it had a huge oil leak ( about 2 cups of oil was in the oil pan ), all tires were unmatched and there were several other problems. My mechanic wrote out the issues and stated that they did not recommend I buy the car. I returned to XXXX XXXX of XXXX and they offered another car but I felt it was too small for me. I said I had to think about it and would come back the next day.
So the next morning, XX/XX/XXXX, I checked my computer and found a XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX of XXXX. I called to see if car was available and it was. I said I was an hour away in XXXX XXXX and would come right down to see it. I arrived one and a half hours later. When the sales person requested the car be brought around, lo and behold it had already been sold. I was not happy as I was hoping to quickly get a car to replace the SUV that I was going to return. XXXX then offered me a XXXX XXXX XXXX ( vin:XXXX XXXX ) The car looked brand new and only had XXXX miles on it. It did a great test drive. I thought XXXX was too far for me to take car to my mechanic before I purchased it ( though I didnt think to ask ). We negotiated a deal, finally, but I had previously told them I felt I had been caught in a bait and switch, so that is why I thought they had worked so hard to get the payment down to what I could afford. For me to take the car that night XXXX had 2 employees drive the XXXX to XXXX XXXX and take another car also so they could get back to XXXX. I drove the SUV I was returning to XXXX XXXX. The XXXX dealership said they had expected me to return the SUV so gave me no problem in cancelling the loan and gave me a check for my {$1000.00} deposit right then.
The next day I took the XXXX to my mechanic. He found a weak battery plus 4 pending computer codes. ( see print out attached ). When I took the car back to XXXX XXXX they replaced the battery with a new one with no problem. However, XXXX XXXX had no idea why there were 4 pending computer codes for the car but said that the new battery would probably reset the codes and that if I were to have a problem it would show up within 50 miles, which is the distance back to XXXX XXXX. A week later I drove back down to XXXX XXXX to pick up license plates and emission sticker. About a week after that my check engine light came on for about 4 hours, then went off. This was in the evening. The next morning I called Nissan, talked to the service center, and explained the light was no longer on. I was told to bring it down and they would check it out. So I did. When I arrived, the service manager was irritable and said they couldnt check for anything as there was no light on. I stood my ground, explained my earlier phone call, and again pointed out the pending codes. He finally took the car back to check it. He came back to say they found nothing and that the Nissan machines are not set up the same way XXXX code machines were. He said if I had any more problems I should take the car to XXXX of XXXX. By this time I had put 400 miles on the car just driving 4 round trips from XXXX to XXXX XXXX within 5 weeks.
My first payment was due XX/XX/XXXX. I made that payment on XX/XX/XXXX. The next morning I drive the car from the front of my apartment complex to the other side of our pool area. No problems. I get items from my garage, back my car out of a parking place and turn it a quarter turn in order to go forward out our gate. The car would not go forward, just revved. The car would only go backward so I backed it into a parking slot and called my mechanic, then had XXXX tow my car to the shop. The problem? The transmission needed to be repaired or replaced for between {$1200.00} to {$2000.00}. I called XXXX XXXX. They had the car picked up and towed to XXXX in XXXX. XXXX quote to repair transmission was {$4900.00} and to put a new one in was {$5000.00}. I thanked them for the information but said I was not paying for it and to talk to XXXX XXXX. XXXX refused to pay for it, or get me another car, or even give me a rental car while they worked it out. That was when I told them I had stopped payment through my bank for my first car payment. They told me I could not do that. I also told them I had talked to the loan company ( XXXX ) who stopped all the auto-pays I had set up and noted the problem with the car and that I did not have it in my possession. I told XXXX I wanted to cancel the loan and they had no problem doing so. They just needed a form from XXXX and said it would not impact my credit as long as XXXX sent in the loan cancellation form. XXXX has refused to send it in telling me I can not cancel the loan. The General Manager, XXXX XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXXscreamed and yelled at me over the phone and said it would ruin my credit to not make a payment or to cancel the loan. They refused to find me another car or a rental car. We have not talked since.
XXXX XXXX of XXXX. ( Dealer Number XXXX ) ( Contract number XXXX ) My mechanic also gave me a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that was issued XX/XX/XXXX. It states that the XXXX XXXX XXXX, along with 5 other car types have a transmission issue if the car only goes backwards or have other shift issues. The problem is caused by the control solenoid valve assembly which must be replaced. If my small town mechanic could easily access this information so could XXXX XXXX. I contend that they knew of this transmission issue but they sold the car anyway. They do not want to cancel the loan as they would be left with this car and have to refund XXXX over {$8000.00}. Yet they have no problem, apparently, of trying to make a senior citizen pay an additional {$2000.00} to {$5000.00} to get a working car. You know, if I could afford to put {$5000.00} more in a car I would have bought a newer car!

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, I became aware of a 30 Day Late derogatory mark on all three of my credit reports ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ) on a loan I am the cosigner on held by XXXX XXXX XXXX for the month of XX/XX/XXXX. The loan was paid on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of XXXX dollars before the due date of XX/XX/XXXX. The agent explained that there was nothing he can do, because XX/XX/XXXXhad 31 days in the month the payment was still late despite the actual due date on the mailer being XX/XX/XXXX. I explained to the agent regardless of XX/XX/XXXX having 31 days in the month that the payment due date on their mailer stated XX/XX/XXXX due date, as long as the payment was submitted before this date the derogatory mark should never have been placed on our credit report. Complaint: I received a phone call on XX/XX/XXXX regarding XX/XX/XXXX payment and it being close to 30 days and it being reported to the Credit Bureau. I said I believe I made that payment. I will check my records and call back or make that payment if this is correct. I called back that same day and told the Cust Service Rep. that the check cleared the bank on XX/XX/XXXX. He said he found the payment. I said what may have happened is it may have been applied to my previous lease. I forgot to update the acct. no. in the Bill Pay section of my bank acct. I asked him to apply it to my current account for my new lease immediately as I did not want it reported to the Credit Bureau. He said he couldn't because I sent it to the wrong account. He said it wouldn't be applied until Wednesday, which would put me at 30 days. I said if it cleared the bank already and the money is there, why can't you apply it immediately? Where is my money? I then asked to speak to a supv. He put me on hold and came back and said everything 's okay. It will be applied on Monday. ( A more detailed explanation will be attached ) XX/XX/XXXX I receive a statement indicating I had an unsatisfied lease and money had been applied to that, which is less than my new lease amount. So, I want to know two things : Why are you saying my previous lease was unsatisfied and yet sell me another car? And why send this statement 8 mos after the lease expired? And another thing, where is the difference between the two amounts ; where did that go? I never received notification about a balance owed on the previous lease until I addressedXX/XX/XXXX payment. So now my account will always have an overdue balance because the " misapplied '' my misapplied XX/XX/XXXX payment. My credit dropped 30 points. I was devastated. I had made numerous calls and each time I am told something different. This is extremely frustrating. The last Rep I spoke with did open a fraud report, by I no longer trust these people. They even had the audacity to send a survey via email. Really? Trust me, you don't want to know what I really think about you or XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, NJ. This whole lease experience was a complete nightmare.

Complaint: Purchased a Certified PreOwned 2018 XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX on Monday, XX/XX/2018. During the negotiation process the Finance Manager " XXXX '' verbally relayed to me that my monthly installments would be {$450.00} for a 72 month term, after I verbally agreed to the price I was handed over to another individual ( I dont recall his name ) to do all of the necessary paperwork. During this process I was offered GAP insurance which I declined after being asked a couple times. Next I was offered a Paint and Interior protection for my car called " Xzilon '' which I also declined a couple of times, but the individual was very persistent in persuading me to get this ad-on. Finally after telling me that the " Xzillon '' add on would only be an extra {$3.00} a month bringing my installments to {$450.00} I verbally agreed to the add on. After finishing my paperwork, I was told that my car would not be ready the same day nor was I able to see the car. I was told the car would be available the next day XX/XX/XXXX around XXXX. I was given a loaner car but was not given my paperwork for my car I purchased. The next day on XX/XX/XXXX I picked up the car around XXXX and was given my paperwork in a sealed envelope. When I arrived home I opened up my contract and realized that I had been given false information about my initial loan installment.The actual monthly installment I was approved for through my bank was for {$430.00} a month w/. 3.19 % interest. I was never told by XXXX about the {$430.00} installment only the inflated + {$25.00} amount of {$450.00}. I feel this was an underhand sales tactic with the assumption that I would accept one of the add ons. Instead of the Xzilon being {$3.00} extra a month it was actually {$25.00} over the entire 72 months of the loan which I would have never agreed too. This added an extra {$1800.00} to my loan as opposed to {$210.00} ( $ 3 monthly ). I emailed and text the salesman the next day who referred me to the Finance Manager. On numerous attempts I called and emailed both the Finance Manager and the General Manager and either was told they were off or not available. Finally I received a call on Saturday XXXX, XXXX 5 days later and spoke with a gentleman by the name of XXXX XXXX. I explained the situation to him and he replied that " he would see what he could do, but the paperwork had already been submitted to my bank ''. I explained that I had been trying to reach someone since the XXXX but no one had replied. I called the bank that I was financed through to get some advice and they advised that I have the dealer to simply cancel the contract and resubmit the contract with the correct payment amount. I have not heard back from XXXX XXXX since our conversation. I have not had the Xzilon installed on my car as I was told this would be done at a later time.

Complaint: I just purchased a car through XXXX XXXX. One requirement in order to obtain the deal I received was that I could not put any money down and had to finance through XXXX XXXX in order to get the dealer offer. This meant a high interest rate of 5.62 % but I paid XXXX less than if I chose to get my own financing outside of the Nissan offer as the rebates would no longer apply. I was told I have to keep the loan for 4 months and then could refinance the loan with my lender of choice. I do not have any bills which require a check be mailed and I saw the pay by phone and online options. I decided to make my first payment by phone and wanted to pay a larger amount of {$4000.00} to begin paying it off faster. I was told their was a {$5.00} fee for this which is common and not unexpected. I was informed that I could only pay {$2000.00} and if I wanted to pay more, would have to call back and would be charged another fee. I feel this is unacceptable because unless I set up automatic payments online I would also be charged for online payments. also on my statement, I only see my balance and minimum payment. I do not see the interest that was charged for the billing statement. I like to verify that I am being charged properly and my statement gives me very little information. I will be refinancing as soon as I am able to not be charged yet another fee for early termination.

However, when trying to download the software to enable the service, the website indicated that our vehicle ( by VIN Number ) was not equipped for the Navigation System.
