Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX over-charged [ MY LOAN ] by around {$7500.00} [ WHO KNOWS?!? ] on a XXXX XXXX XXXX I purchased on XX/XX/XXXX. I was charged for 2 EXTRA warranties I declined, and Gap Insurance I declined. Plus, the price is still way off without those over-charges. I have all the paperwork to prove my case. What we agreed to [ XXXX XXXX XXXX 's WRITTEN Quote ] isn't close to what they ended up charging me. I returned to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to get things corrected and was told the warranties/insurance stuff would be refunded. But, XXXX XXXX XXXX would not refund the mysterious OVER-CHARGES on my loan, and has not refunded any of the EXTRA CHARGES. That was 9-weeks ago and the Bank [ XXXX XXXX ] hasn't received any of the REFUND PAPERWORK from XXXX. XXXX as of today XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX That means ... I'm paying for over {$7000.00} worth of fraudulent charges [ including extra interest ]. I talked to The XXXX XXXX FINANCE GUY [ who added all these FALLACIOUS charges ] on ( XX/XX/XXXX the next morning ) and signed 3 CANCELLATION/REFUND agreements. The finance guy was MAD as HECK ... because, I was asking for REFUNDS on everything he duped me on. He started a fight AND, said [ Quote ] : " Sometimes dealerships don't turn these cancellations in ...! '' I knew he wasn't going to give me my refunds and it has been 9-weeks since I cancelled everything, and I still am paying for a BUNCH OF STUFF I DIDN'T ASK FOR & DID NOT KNOW ABOUT and interest on all the over-charges. I want XXXX XXXX XXXX to HONOR the agreement ( I've attached a copy ) they made with me. On XX/XX/XXXX I test-drove the XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX and could come to an agreement on price, so I went home. The XXXX XXXX salesman [ XXXX ] called me at home, after I had left the dealership, and asked what I needed to make the deal happen. I told him {$2500.00} for my trade-in and after all specials [ Preferred Customer - {$2700.00} and - {$2200.00} for using Nissan Financing ] the XXXX Rogue for {$22000.00} + {$1500.00} [ options ] = {$23000.00} + TTL and we have a deal. That's exactly what I have on my quote, but no where near the numbers that ended up on my final bill. Here 's what I should owe : {$23000.00} + {$1700.00} est. ( TTL ) - {$2500.00} ( trade-in ) - {$2000.00} ( cash-down ) = {$20000.00} financed. XXXX XXXX says I owe over {$27000.00} and I've made a couple payments already and will need to make a another soon ... so, my loan is getting all messed up. I was told my payment would be under {$350.00}, but because of this I'm paying {$470.00} per month. XXXX XXXX XXXX would not talk to me or try fix the problem. Thus, I have been talking to a lawyer and have filed complaints with the TX Attorney General, TX Secretary of State, XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX DMV, and have started a Petition For Small Claims Court. I have spent many hours trying to get my money back, and have had lots of SLEEPLESS NIGHTS worrying that I'll end up losing THOUSANDS & THOUSANDS of $ to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I want all over-charges refunded and all interest on the over-charges refunded. Also, I'll need all my legal fees paid by XXXX XXXXXXXX.

Complaint: I have had three car leases with XXXX. My current lease expired the end of XX/XX/XXXX. I decided to extend car lease for 6 months. The company reported XX/XX/XXXX payment late and now I'm not able to get another lease as the same tier as my previous lease for the one payment that was late because auto payment was disabled due to end of lease. I attempted to call Nissan Customer service on XX/XX/XXXX and was told there is nothing that can be done. The XXXX dealership also told me that no one can help me out.

Complaint: I'm in an auto lease that I haven't been able to afford for some time.. Shortly after I received this lease it was clear that the sales person lied about the cost. I'm intimidated with sales guys and numbers and wasn't explained anything and was just asked to sign digitally and never got a print out of the credit application. I recently have been getting assistance from a charity and they discovered the credit application was completely fraudulent. They listed my salary at XXXX when it is more like XXXX, they list me as a XXXX, i'm not, i'm a XXXX. No one at my work ever got a call from the bank to verify anything. I asked my employer. No one ever verified anything at the bank/lender office and now I have made every effort to turn the car in and I'm being asked to pay XXXX. I don't have that kind of money and don't know how they can take advantage of people like this. I never missed a payment and have spent all of my savings over the past 2 years to keep my credit from being hurt. I have requested to turn the car in and have remaining payments waived along with any milage overages. They denied me ( last month ). I also requested a lower payment so I could manage it. they denied me again ( 20 days ago ). Sadly I have spent all of my savings and have finally got out on my own after suffering abuse by my partner and simply need this car to be resolved so I can provide a better life for me and my son. The current lease payment is XXXX and the insurance is XXXX. ( I was told the payment was XXXX total including insurance - that was a lie ). We have reached out to XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and the dealerships to assist and no one will do anything even though we have proved the application was fraudulently filled out. First call to XXXX was on XX/XX/XXXX, Followed up with Manager XXXX XXXX several times, no response. Spoke to his manager on XX/XX/XXXX and he advised they couldn't help and its the dealerships responsibility to get accurate DTI ( debt to income ) Spoke to the Dealership on XX/XX/XXXX - spoke to GM XXXX, he advised its the lenders job to verify and qualify any borrower they submit. I have 12 payments remaining XXXX totaling XXXX and am 12k mile over for XXXX in penalty ( i had someone help me with this ) {$7900.00} in fees hey want me to pay.

I feel this is not fair considering the lease was paid off and i had a credit balance of over 5k when the lease was returned and XXXX charged my account this excessive early lease termination on a lease that was paid in full and I feel, I should not have been charged that amount

Complaint: Had an account with Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation that went into a " Charge Off '' status as of XXXX with a balance of {$2600.00}. I contacted Nissan on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke to a gentleman by the name of XXXX about resolving the account. He advised that there was an offer to settle the account as " paid in full '' for 40 % of the balance, or {$1000.00}. My concern was how it would appear on my credit report because I was in the process of repairing my credit in anticipation of applying for a mortgage and possibly a new car. I advised that I did not want the account to show as " settled '' and asked if there was a way to have the " charge off '' status removed entirely. He stated that the only way that was possible is if I paid the balance in full instead of the reduced settlement offer. I confirmed with him again that if I paid the full balance that all charge off remarks would be removed from my credit file. He said that if paid in full I could call back with the confirmation numbers as soon as it was paid, and that they would update their file with the Credit Reporting Agencies by the end of the month, but that they could take longer to update it on their side, but that it would no longer say " charge off '' but only " paid in full ''. That day I paid the account balance in full as advised and called back to give the confirmation number to them as requested ( and instructed to do ) by the gentleman I spoke to. When I called back I spoke to an agent and advised them of what I was doing but she stated that the " Charge Off '' would not in fact be removed but would be left on my credit history. I told her of what I had been told by a previous representative, but she said there was nothing she could do so I asked to speak to a supervisor. A supervisor by the name of XXXX XXXX came on the line and I explained the situation. XXXX XXXX reviewed my account and advised that the charge off was correctly reported and would not be removed unless it had been reported in error on their part. I advised her of the information I was given by the first representative I had spoken to that day and that I had in fact recorded that call and could forward a copy of that audio to her for her to review, to which she replied " that's ok, we record our calls too ''. She said regardless of what that representative told me, the charge off would not be removed. I feel that Nissan misrepresented themselves in order to collect more than the settlement offer I received of 40 % with promises that they had no intention of honoring. Once they had their money and I fulfilled my end of the agreement, they had no desire to fulfill their end as promised and refused to do what they said they would do. They claim it was offered in error, but clearly that was not my error and they should be required to honor what was promised to me. I have the recording of the call where I was initially told the charge off would be removed if I paid the balance in full, as well as the call where I was told it would not be removed despite me paying the full amount and being told that by a Nissan representative on a recorded call.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2018, I visited to XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX MD to check out a vehicle I wanted and get a purchase order from them. I went in already having financing from my credit union. While at the dealership the salesperson had me to do a " hold contract '' ( which required an application with my social security number ) to hold the vehicle for me granted that I made a down payment that day then once I came back with the check from the credit union they would void the " hold contract ''. I only authorized XXXX XXXX to run my credit for the sole purpose of the " hold contract ''. But since then, I've been getting credit notifications about multiple hard inquiries being made on my credit report that I haven't authorized. It was a three year Lease and I elected for the extra 25,000 miles a year option. There was never a late or missed payment on the account for the entire duration of the lease term. The lease was up in XX/XX/XXXX in which I called XXXX XXXX and requested a three month Extension on the lease. I was granted the extension I signed the agreement that was sent to me and returned it immediately at that time XXXX XXXX was not automatically drafting the payments as it had for the past three years therefore I set up where my bank would automatically send the payment to Nissan out of my account in which the payments were drawn out of my account and sent to XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX ( I had until XX/XX/XXXX per XXXX XXXX ) I elected to want to return the lease vehicle to lease a newer vehicle with Nissan. I had set up two appointments with the company that they contract with to have the vehicle inspected in which twice the inspector did not show at the scheduled time in which I Had to take time off from my employment in order to accommodate them. On XX/XX/XXXX my father received a call from XXXX and saying that he is a private investigator looking for the central because there has been no payment on the vehicle and I needed to leave it somewhere with the keys in it because it was being repossessed or there was going to be legal action taken against him I immediately called the number that was given to my father and I did is the man said that he was to come and get the car and that I was not to make any payments to XXXX XXXX I merely called XXXX XXXX they informed me that there was no payment received for the past four months on the vehicle which was untrue per bank statements that are attached and now they have put a collection on to both of my credit and my fathers credit they are demanding {$9000.00} in order to settle the account I do not have possession of the car and this was an agreement and payments were made with XXXX XXXX they have now ruined both my elderly father is impeccable credit score and have jeopardized my ability to apply for summer college courses. I have faxed over copies of my bank statements to several different people I am put on hold I am hung up and they have promised me that it would be handled by the end of each business day and this is affected both my credit and cause me extreme anxiety and emotional distress

There was a computer glitch when I hit the submit button. But I did not know it didnt go through. Until they called me on XX/XX/XXXX. I am fully XXXX and I was just getting out of the hospital when they called me. I have never been late from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I will be forwarding you some information that shows you. My monthly routine and I cant understand why they kept insisting that I was late. Instead of looking at my payment background. Knowing I never made a late payment. Complaint: on XX/XX/2018 we visited the XXXX dealer in XXXX and we were sold a XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2018 the price negotiated was {$27000.00} dollars out the door total, when it was time for the financing the finance manager scammed us and sold us the car for over {$37000.00} a car not worth more then $ XXXX dollars market price as it was listed on the sticker price of it, and the finance manager did not disclosed any of that to us and explained in details what he was doing, instead he kept with his pressure and selling us a 1.9 % rate when he basically defrauded us out of {$10000.00} dollars and took advantage of us as we did not know what we were been scammed, until we gave the paper work to our brother in law who saw all the fraud and went with us to the dealer and confronted the sales manager and crooked finance agent, we rescinded the agreement for legal cause fraud and bad faith high pressure sales tactics and left the car and keys at the dealer, they have continued calling every one and harassing us and other family members despite us telling them that were not going to allow them to defraud us. these sales man at the dealer are a bunch of suit up crooked unethical white collar criminals defrauding citizens with the conspiracy of the nissan motor acceptance corporation.

Complaint: My vehicle was stolen XX/XX/18. XXXX paid off their responsible portion, and GAP paid off the remaining. Nissan then stated the remaining deficiency is due 30 days from the date GAP paid their portion. The remaining balance is XXXX {$3800.00} yet they refuse to set up any type of arrangements with me to help. The contract does NOT state the balance would be due in 30 days if this occurred it states I would be responsible for the remaining balance which I completely understand, however I had to purchase another vehicle and do not have ~ {$3800.00} laying around to pay. I tried to pay with a credit card and that was also refused therefore I have no options left and they say there are no arrangements that can be made. This is unfair to the consumer and the contract does NOT state this is the requirement.

Complaint: My payment is due on the XXXX of every month to Nissan Finance. On XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, their system told me that I owed not the {$450.00} monthly payment, but twice that - {$900.00}. They claim that because the XXXX was a Sunday and because they do not process on the weekends and because I had not paid by the preceding Friday, their system told me that the current payment - due XX/XX/XXXX - was late and then included the payment for NEXT month and so it claimed I owed {$900.00}. Again, this was on XX/XX/XXXX for a {$450.00} payment due XX/XX/XXXX and it was doubling what I owed to {$900.00}. So in the " Amount Due '' they were including a payment not due until XX/XX/XXXX. None of this is hard and I actually have a 10 day grace period on each payment, so they should not be acting like my next payment - due in 30 days - is part of the amount I currently owe. In fact, I believe it may be illegal.

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, me and my father co-leased a Maxima. After making on-time payments for 3 months, no payment history was showing up on my credit profile, while it was reported for my father. Ever since XX/XX/XXXX, I have been trying to get Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation to report my payment information to the credit bureaus. After 12 calls to them nothing has changed. Each time they promised to send the information in, and that in 15 days it would be available for the bureaus, and they will update it within 90 days. Nothing has changed. Today, I called again. They told me they can not do anything, and that I have to call XXXX and XXXX. I did. The XXXX representative said that NMAC can directly contact them, and have it fixed. NMAC is saying they can not do that.
