Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX and the XXXX dealership were notified that the person leasing the vehicle was going to purchase the car in full. Both XXXX and the dealer notified the buyer NOT to pay the last month 's lease payment, and instead, that amount would be included in the buyout payment. The purchase went through smoothly, but in XX/XX/2018 XXXX reported a late payment to XXXX for the vehicle, which is now on my credit history. Other than this false report, my credit is perfect with a XXXX+ rating. I called XXXX, and they told me that they don't have a record of this report, and that I have to provide them with a letter to prove the issue. This is not my job! XXXX should be doing everything to fix this! Even though it's not my job, I did send XXXX a fax with all of the details. I have also reported this issue to XXXX. Both were done on XXXX.

We went to the dealer after work with a 13 month old that usually goes to bed at XXXX. I am currently XXXX and we have a college student we needed to pick up that weekend from XXXX for the summer. We need a full size SUV to accommodate our growing family. We came in Prequalified through XXXX XXXX XXXX up to XXXX. We had the preapproval letter with us. We told the dealer we wanted to purchase the vehicle ONLY with XXXX XXXX XXXX as we have another vehicle financed with them and it was a seamless process. The finance manager told us XXXX XXXX would not approve us for the XXXX. The Nissan Finance Manager told us he could do nothing with our credit scores of XXXX and XXXX. The dealer told us we were only approved for XXXX and could put us in a new XXXX XXXX!!! We came for a full size SUV for our growing family not to mention my husband is XXXX. Insults! The Nissan Finance Manager told us XXXX XXXX would not approve that vehicle and sent us out the door. The next morning XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX XXXX Finance only to find out The Nissan Finance Manager NEVER ran our application through XXXX XXXX at all. XXXX XXXX advised that we are approved at the terms stated above. I spoke with XXXX XXXX, Nissan Finance Manager immediately after the call to XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX ran our credit through XXXX XXXX XXXX and he confirmed we are approved and can finish the deal now ... Nissan Finance discriminated against me and my husband. The Nissan Finance Manager looked at our XXXX XXXX and our credit and made a judgement. He denied us without filing our application at all to the lender we came in prequalified through. He lied to us. The Nissan Finance Manager obviously had some kickback by using Nissan Motor Credit to finance the vehicle as that is the ONLY finance company he ran our credit through that evening. We left that evening so embarrassed and discouraged we failed to get the name of the finance manager. XXXX/XXXX XXXX offered nothing to make the situation right, not even a small decrease in price. We contacted Nissan Corporate via email on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX, Executive Specialist, XXXX called me XX/XX/XXXX and offered to give us an incentive to finish the deal. After a few days went by we were again insulted by Nissan Corporate offering to give us the Employee Discount that could only be used in 45 days and by certain lenders. I asked, what is the amount? She told me anywhere from $ XXXX depending on the dealership and vehicle and other factors What does that mean? This is not a resolution, its a range of nonsense. Nissan Finance company behaved unethically by lying to us and denying us credit when we were qualified. My husband and I work hard every day. Ive been on my job 9 years, I am a XXXX XXXX for XXXX & XXXX, XXXX, my husband has been on his job 4 years, he is a XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX. His prior employment was 8 years. We own our home and we own 2 vehicles, one financed by XXXX XXXX and the other by XXXX XXXX XXXX. We have a toddler and a college student. We have a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. We will be buying a full size SUV using XXXX XXXX XXXX no matter what. This unethical lending practice should not be tolerated and we are seeking monetary damages.

Complaint: My problem with NMAC is they reporting negative information on my credit and they saying I am missing payments when I am not. I sent them a certified letter requesting information for my account but they never responded. I then contacted the XXXX XXXX for help they reply was they are correct and they will send the information to XXXX XXXX. But I never receive any information from NMAC. I contacted XXXX again reporting the outcome from their help. I have yet to hear from them again. I do have the right to have a paper statement and NMAC refuses to send to me. NMAC put my car into repro status why when they are stopping me from paying my car off! When I spoke to a representative from XXXX, they confirmed that if I paid the settlement amount the account would be considered paid in full and removed from my credit report. I paid the amount on XX/XX/XXXX but I received a letter from Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp that I had to pay another {$180.00} and as of today, the account still shows on my credit report. I would like the account removed as promised.

Complaint: I was sued by investment retrievers for a debt that was not mine but was not able to afford a laywer so I lost. They have been attempting to collect the debt owed by a judgment. They have enforced it by seizing my property. The problem I have is there threats I know legally they can do this but I dont think they can tell me things like Ill have your CA state XXXX lic. Revoked and youll be calling me back begging to pay your debt. They are very rude on the phone and have threatened my livelihood of me and my family. They have many times said they were going to do things to me that later on I find out they cant do. I just think its a shame that they have a judgment against me and they have to resort to theses tactics. Im a XXXX veteran with an XXXX XXXX and this is too much. I know they are enforcing a debt owed legally but can they really threating me with things they cant do and threaten me and my families livelihood.

I spoke with them on the phone and the rep told me that the system will automatically do 60 days when it had only been 30 or more days but never 60 days. Leagally how can they put me at being 60 days when it hasnt been. Speaking to them is very confusing and it hurts me to talk to them. I dont understand. They are very tricky with there system and its a way to keep the customers in bad ratings with there system. They can look me up by my socia! XXXX

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX Nissan motor corporation fraudulently listed my car as a repo on my credit in an effort to distort my credibility with creditors. Ive paid all of my payments on my vehicle loan with Nissan and had sent them the XX/XX/XXXX payment as well. My mom drives this car therefore although its financed by me she insures and drives it. Im an excluded driver driver because I dont normally drive the car and Im not on her policy. However, we decided that Id get the car back as soon as she get herself another ride. My mom gave it back to me and unfortunately I had a wreck that totaled the car. She hadnt gotten the chance to add me to her policy on that date. The wrecker service called by the officer who took my statement during the accident apparently called Nissan as I never knew the location of the car. My mom was handling all of that. She ( my mom ) stated the wrecker service told her the car was being picked up by Nissan when she inquired about it in an effort to take care of the salvage and pick up the personalized tag that was on it on XX/XX/XXXX. When I went to trade the totaled vehicle, NMAC had listed it as an involuntary repossession to the bureaus. They never called or contacted me about their intent to take my car or why they thought they were involved. As my car wasnt in any defaults where NMAC were involved. I was paying and consistently maintained insurance on it, in full compliance of my lease agreement with them. When I called and three way spoke with a representative in the repo dept along with my mom to find out why they came and got my car they told me the wrecker service called them and said no one was reachable to take care of the salvage. So they took it. That is wrong and creditors arent allowed the opportunity to seize possession of any vehicle without first giving the consumer the right to take care of the matter. They just got the car and put it on my report in an effort to discredit my credibility. Nissan was being paid and had no loss here they decided to report false information to the bureaus and didnt give me anytime to resolve the matter. I had the accident XX/XX/XXXX they placed this car as an involuntary repo on my credit XX/XX/XXXX which is a blatant attempt to take money from me and discredit me. The FCRA has laws against reporting false information to bureaus and stealing from consumers by businesses and this is what Nissan has done to me. I want them to fix this or Id like for the FCRA to take action against them if they dont. They told me Id have to pay repo fees and reimburse them for salvage and take possession of my vehicle which they took without a cause in the first place in an attempt to steal money from me and discredit my credibility. Im young I know but Im not stupid.

Complaint: I had a lease with XXXX that started in XX/XX/XXXX for 40 months. In XX/XX/XXXX, we have made a payment through XXXX XXXX XXXX, but apparently it had not gone through. I am not sure if they have called to remind me of being late, but I always check my voicemails, and they never left me one. Once I discovered that was late I made a payment right away. When I realized that the account was reported to the Credit Bureaus as delinquent ( my lease had matured by then and I had told them that I would not be getting another XXXX ), I called them and tried to straighten it out. They were extremely rude and unsupportive. I filled a couple of claims with XXXX, but not successful. I have never been late with XXXX or anybody else ever, my credit score has always been high and this negative inquiry is really affecting me now. I also feel very disappointed when there is a " he says, she says '' kind of situation, that XXXX would take the side of the large corporation rather then the consumer!!! I really appreciate your help on this matter.

Complaint: I had a new car loan through XXXX ( Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation ) XXXX. The loan start date was in XX/XX/XXXX and the loan was set up on autopay with my bank. I was never late for one payment and never received notification other than to state when the autopay amounts were paid. On XX/XX/XXXX, I got an alert from one of the credit monitoring companies that I subscribe to that my credit score changed from a score of XXXX to XXXX because of a late payment reported by XXXX XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX the next morning and they informed me that they will not auto debit the last payment left on a car loan and that I had to manually pay the last payment. I was never informed of this requirement before the day I spoke with NMAC and did not receive any notice that this last payment was late. I had an over 5 year history of making on time payments and a credit score of XXXX prior to this issue. If I had been made aware that the last payment had to be made manually, I would have made the last payment, on time, like the over 60 monthly payments before. XXXX XXXX sent a letter to the credit reporting agencies that I paid off this loan but the letter did not state that the over 30 day payment report was an error on XXXX XXXX 's part but only stated that the account was paid off. My credit score is still low ( XXXX ) because of XXXX XXXX.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( NMAC ) ( XXXX ) XXXX financed my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for the same year. As weeks turned to months then years ( NMAC ) began to access a fee and I called but could not speak with any first language English speakers. So next I wrote NMAC about the same only to get another somewhat foreign listener about Fee & Fees plus now there was a force multiplier although the note was met. This account showed fee had fees and it was reported 30 days, 60 days, 90 days but it was not reported as such. Whether it was small it was not shown late but forced multiplier meaning I am paying even more ( in an above the note ). Well I want all derogatory marks removed because all fee/fees were PAID and accepted as such. Well if so why report 30,60,90 day ( s ) all should be removed and marked paid/closed an not reflected as opposite.
