Complaint: I was refinancing my Home with a mortgage company. XXXX XXXX had sent me a brochure with a rebate at that time for the purchase of a car. I traded a XXXX XXXX Note XXXX for a XXXX XXXX XXXX. The total cost was XXXX. I was offered 5 years, with a monthly payment of {$600.00} a month.
I was told that night by the mortgage company that night that my loan fell through. I was not getting the loan. I went back to XXXX where I had purchased the XXXX XXXX, to return it. It was around XXXX the next day. I was told I could not returned the car. I could not get my XXXX XXXX Note back. This was within 16 to 18 hours after the purchase of the XXXX XXXX. I was told to go to a bank and get the bank to refinance the car, or pay Nissan Motor Acceptance {$4000.00}. towards the XXXX XXXX to have the car payment down, to have the car refinance.
I can not make the payment on this car. I am afraid XXXX will take the car from me when I can not pay for it. They wanted to keep my old car and theirs too. This will leave me with nothing.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX Contacted Nissan ph # XXXX for deferred payments arrangement ( waiver ). I contacted XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX to let them know of my situation where I got laid off from my job and was unemployed. I asked if I could defer payment in XXXX, rep specifically indicated I had one left as I used all others up. I qualified, however I would have to wait until XXXX payment due. I said oh okay, I wait for my birthday month. Today XX/XX/XXXX called and rep indicated I dont qualify for deferment and used all up, I indicated previous conversation I had w/Nissan as she said Im sorry, we are aware of the conversation but I was misinformed, sorry about that. I asked for Manager, got XXXX XXXX. I explained same situation as XXXX refused to acknowledge the issue, in which I called about '' Deferred payment '' conversation in XXXX. Ms XXXX goes on about how I used up my deferments and dont qualify for another deferment. I said XXXX Im calling in reference to a " conversation took place over the phone where rep informed me that I qualify and I was anticipating on this and now you changed your mind? Im not calling about or questioning past pay history on deferments received. She refused to acknowledged the rep I spoke to re deferment This conversation is about what I was informed and told I could do and now you want to go back on your word and disregard and change the subject. She did not apologize at all, as a matter of fact she said '' This isnt good for you. I said excuse me? You dont need another deferment and its not good for you, I said again, who do you think you are? XXXX said you have only been in this loan for 2 years and we can take your collateral now, when your maturity date comes up, you owe and you need to understand that, I said I am very aware of the terms and not questioning the terms, this is about a conversation took place where I was told I could get a deferment. XXXX said this is not good for me. I said how dare you, who are you to decide " whats good for me? I am XXXX years old and I can make that decision as to whats good for me, you dont know me or my situation, she says I know your situation. I said thats not for you to decide! I said XXXX did you know I could refinance and go to another financial institution and dont have to wait til end of the term with Nissan? Who are you to make that decision on whats good for me? XXXX said Im concerned because at this point we can take your collateral, I said excuse me?, Im confused, What did you say? XXXX comes off with THREATS of taking my collateral/auto based on my being CURRENT ON MY LOAN. No past due balance and as a matter of fact, I had the loan OVER 3 YEARS not 2, As XXXX is unfamiliar and misused her info on her part bc Nissan only show last 2 years online, where I purchased vehicle OVER 3 years ago! She was incorrect again! She said youre on 2 years in the loan and used up deferments. Im appalled at all the misuse, mishaps, incorrect info from Nissan, XXXX threatened to take my car as if i AM in a repo when my loan is current, XXXX said I was in 2 years of the loan when Im over 3 years in loan, refused to address the mishap conversation I had approved deferments ; but tried to switch conversation about how its not good for me and continued to go over all the deferments I received when this is not something I called for or asked about nor did I question, as I am fully aware of the deferments made. XXXX called herself counseling me and advising me to what is good for me, if I need some financial advice I will contact a professional on my own, nor did I ask XXXX for her personal opinions. Where does Nissan get the right to advise and counsel me from calling CUSTOMER SERVICE supervisor named XXXX XXXX?? Her incompetence is disturbing and treating me like a door mat is not acceptable. I have made payments on this loan OVER 3 years and not ONE LATE PAYMENT! NOT ONE! I have been treated unfairly and they have misused me and provided inappropriate, incorrect information,, threats of taking my car when its current and no late pays in over 3 years, inconsistent and the audacity to advise me. I did not ask for this at all.

Complaint: I had told Nissan Motor Acceptance in the middle of XXXX that the company that I was working for might close down or I might be starting a new position and that my car payments would potentially be late so I had told the representative that and they assured me I would not continue to get calls after that I have received 8 calls in one day 10 calls in one day six calls in one day as well as repeated voicemails in the same day that there was nobody 's voice on it and I've told them to stop calling me I understand I owe it and it always gets paid and they didn't really seem to care I ask for their corporate number I got the corporate number and I just want them to stop calling me repeatedly because they are violating the fdcpa with abusive phone calls. I constantly hear my phone go off from several numbers linked to nissan throughout my work day. Its very distracting

Complaint: To who it may be concerned, This collection/charge off is a result from a not-at-fault total loss to the vehicle. The remaining balance that was owed after the car was paid off by the insurance company was for the extended warranty ( document 3 ) ( that the finance company obviously cancelled after the total loss and wanted a refund for from the dealership ) which was supposed to be paid by the XXXX dealership to their financial service. They refused for months to pay it so thats why this account went into the negative. From no fault of my own. I complained and complained for months that they needed to take care of this because it was hurting my credit report. Finally after months of getting in contact with them they finally paid it off. So this account is settled, they received payment and have admitted on multiple occasions that this was in no wrong going of my own and they have said for years now they would take this off my credit report but it is still there. I dont understand why my credit report says " charged off '' when they got paid. Included are proof that the vehicle was in fact in a total loss, also included is proof that the amount owed on the car ( minus what I owed on my previous trade which was paid by GAP insurance ) was paid in full. Also included ( document 3 ) is a letter from the creditor to the dealership requesting a refund for the extended warranty ( which is the amount that got charged off ). So you can probably see my frustration as it looks very much like the dealership didnt want to pay it back to the creditor which is a division to their own company! Also included is the GAP insurance claim which paid off the balance owed after the settlement. Please help me resolve this issue I have been trying to get this resolved with Nissan Motors/ XXXX XXXX for three years now with no luck. I have opened disputes with all three credit reporting agencys but nothing seems to be happening. Thank you for your time and any help you can give me. It is very appreciated.

Complaint: To Whom it may concern : I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report major discrepancies my credit report among all the 3 major credit agencies. There are multiple inaccuracies with the way this account is reporting and this is total violation of FCRA ; such as terms ( 61 months? ), wrong original balance, wrong date of last activity, date open, etc.
I am not sure how this happened, and I believe if i read the fcra correctly it says that in order for a item to be reported to the credit bureaus it has to be 100 % accurate, 100 % verifiable, and 100 % timely.

Complaint: I bought a Nissan Altima XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX for my son. The car was totaled in XX/XX/XXXX. My insurance and Gap insurance Paid the loan. Through the same loan, the dealer was paid for maintenance for four years. Even though the dealer was paid for maintenance services that was never redeem, Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation send me a bill without total the amount of money received from the insurances and the refund paid for maintenance services against the loan amount.
When I contact them and asked for an itemized bills showing what was paid against the loan among, the customer agent get frustrated and said that I should accept that I own them and send me a letter without showing how they come with the total of the bill.

Complaint: The company is XXXX XXXX of XXXX, MS . When I explained that the car was one price on the internet, they explained that this tactic was to lure people into their business. They don't honor the internet price, so I decided to change vehicles. The second one I chose, there were credits that were part of the deal of the loan : {$1200.00} Rebate & {$2500.00} New customer cash. I saw these on the internet and also confirmed them with the office when I talked about financing. I only received one credit of {$1200.00} ( Rebate ) but then it was charged back to me in the transaction. I never received the {$2500.00}. The special ends on XX/XX/18, but I completed my transaction XX/XX/18. I tried to call today XX/XX/18 with no response from the office. I am driving over today as well. Whether I receive the second credit or not, this needs to be known. I have a feeling that my payment was increased because of these missing credits. The paperwork started my payment at XXXX down and 72 months at {$460.00}, but after adding the service plan, my payment increased to {$540.00}. After expressing I didn't want the payment to increase, the salesman explained that I would lose my credits, and my rate would change from 1.9 %, but I wasn't given the bulk of it.

Complaint: Today XX/XX/18, I called Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation to discuss my account and asked if it had reported on my credit report as late. The representative rudley said yes, uhhhh your 32 days late. He then asked why I was late but shocked by his rude response it took me a minute to get myself together and respond. I asked if I could make a payment over the phone to bring it up to date and he explained all the fees. Since I felt he was rude i hung up as i could not finish the conversation. I then called back and talked to XXXX who i explained the situation to and he left me on hold for over 20 minutes. I then called back a third time and spoke to XXXX who explained that i can call XXXX and tell them to tell Nissan to remove it. I asked him that if Nissan is the reporting agency, XXXX will tell me to call Nissan so why would I even call them? He then transffered the call to the supervior ( i didnt get his name ) who explained they couldnt remove it and doesnt even know if it has been reported or not since their department doesnt do the credit reporting. I asked if you dont know, why did the first reperesentative tell me that it did? He was not apologetic at all and then when I said it wasnt right for the rep to give me false information, he said it wasnt false which contradicted what he just explained by stating they dont know what is reported as a collection agency. He then was talking over me as i was speaking and the phone call eneded when i told him that it was XXXX. I understand that I was late but the way all of the reps went about it was rude and unprofessional and I will do everything in my power to not do buisness with them ever again and to get my current loan out of their name.
