Complaint: This was a 39 month lease with XXXX XXXX, opened on XXXX. Car was returned around XX/XX/XXXX. I had no late payments, however, Nissan decided to charge me {$7500.00}, for car details. The XXXX XXXX that I leased was recalled by Nissan for defective acceleration & defective breaks ; yet Nissan never notified me while I had the car. The account is over ten years old, therefore, it needs to be removed from my credit report agencies. Nissan closed and charged off the account in XX/XX/XXXX. They transferred the account to XXXX XXXX XXXX which is a Nissan sister company. XXXX XXXX posted imaginary payments for the last 24 months and updated and changed the account status from closed to open and in good standing. However, the balance never goes down. The monthly payments allegedly made are for {$410.00} x 24 months = {$9900.00}, which makes no sense. Since the balance never went down during the 24 month period. They are trying to show that I updated the account before the 7 years limit so that the account will never come off my credit report.

Complaint: In 2014 for about 6 months I was going back and forth with Nissan on my auto-pay to pay my monthly lease. Every single month someone would tell me to set-up my auto pay and I did. For some reason every month the payments were not going through. So every month Nissan would call me when I was late. It was a monthly frustration. Lastly the last call I believe I had someone walked with me over the phone to set-up auto pay over the phone and from that day it was n't a problem. I had the money, I had a job and making monthly payments to many things at the time but for some reason my confidence was in the auto pay. I had not had confidence in it I could of mailed the checks to avoid being late. I tried working with Nissan on the matter but they really showed me they do n't care about me. They just want my money. No customer satisfaction on the finance side apparently.

Complaint: After several different loans over several years, I am over the 15 day grace period on a payment for XX/XX/XXXX due to the holidays ( after 14+ months of solid payment history ). After this grace period, I started getting between 4-7 robo calls from the XXXX XXXX XXXX, every day, leaving no messages. When I do answer, no one is on the other line, only a message stating 'No one is available to take your call, please hold ' and then I am on hold for 5-10 minutes. I have asked to be removed from this automatic dialer, but was told without a promise to pay, even with my good payment history, I would have to endure the automatic dialer calls. I finally was able to pay, but am still receiving calls. I missed one payment out of a great payment history, and am made to feel like I 'm a second class citizen. I feel this is unnecessary and harassing. I am very dissatisfied and this has made me rethink getting another XXXX. I am attaching screenshots my phone allowed me to take of the calls as proof of the repeated calling. I am also uploading my payment history showing I do in fact pay within the 15 day window required to be considered in the grace period of on time ( as paychecks allow, sometimes it 's earlier than the XXXX, sometimes after ).

Complaint: I finance a new 2017 Nissan XXXX through Nissan motor acceptance company and was sold gap insurance at the time. Upon the totaling of this car, Nissan approved me for a new loan for another car and the dealership told me that Nissan Motor Acceptance was approving my new loan only because I provided the proof that my insurance was totaling the first car. I financed a second XXXX and my insurance paid the claim. However, this transpired in XXXX and I have yet to have this other loan removed and am receiving derogatory impacts upon my credit report. You and NissanUSA try pushing the responsibility upon dealerships and gap companies and I have also contacted my Senator in regards to failures from this department to help me. I know have confirmed that Nissan Motor Acceptance is at the center of all of these delays and is destroying their own paying customer 's credit with apathy. They have failed to provide me, the customer with any documents on file with this company proving the pay off of a refunded warranty package, which was required by XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Gap Company ) Nissan responded to many inquiries by myself by saying they sent the documents to me and the gap insurance company ; however, as of today, the gap insurance company confirmed they have never received any correspondence since the claim was initiated. This refusal to help the customer has come to great harm to my credit, my ability to find safe housing in XXXX California where I am attending University and caused me great emotional and financial harm. I was never provided with the documents as a customer that I required regarding the Gap insurance sold to me by Nissan and refused any acknowledgment of my pains or their responsibility in any of this. They have lied to me about what I was buying twice and treated me poorly from the beginning of our business dealings. I will also be sitting Down with my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in hopes of getting help filing suit against this unfeeling company.

Complaint: Hello, I would like to request help with getting answers from Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation XXXX XXXX XXXX in regards to loan fraud. On or about XXXX XXXX, XXXX I was approved for a loan in the amount of {$32000.00} from there company. I want answers as to why they did not check my credit score, verify my income before approving a loan to me. I notified this company about the fraud and deceptive action of XXXX dealership when I became aware of their action. Which allow me to sue XXXX on XXXX XXXX, XXXX for what they did to me. Which was lie on my loan application in order for them to sell me a car with a markup price. I feel because I am XXXX XXXX and women that is why they took advantage of me. But I also feel that XXXX bare a lot of responsibility because they did not check my credit nor did they verify my income. Because if they would have done that they would have seen that I had a car loan taken out XXXX XXXX, XXXX total selling price {$37000.00} that was financed by XXXX. furthermore, verifying my income would have revealed that I was only collecting Social Security income, child support of {$110.00} per week for XXXX kids and working as a childcare provider for {$150.00} per week. as well as collecting about {$250.00} foodstamps. They did not follow the lawful way of proving me with a loan when they did not check me out before to see if i would be able to pay that loan. moreover, if that would have been done i would not have qualified for such an expensive loan vs my income ratio. I feel as a consumer that i would rather be denied a loan than been cheated by a dealership and finance company. For them to gain a profit off of a low income XXXX person. XXXX has a duty under the law to the Truth in Lending Act to ensure that a consumer are treated fairly by a business. Which I feel did not happen in my situation. The car payments that I agreed to on contract was {$470.00}. But somehow it went from that amount to first payment being {$240.00} on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Then XXXX XXXX, XXXX it was {$470.00} then XXXX XXXX, XXXX it was {$490.00}, then XXXX XXXX, XXXX {$470.00} then XXXX XXXX, XXXX {$490.00}. To date my payment has been about {$490.00} a month that I did not agree to. I did not add this to complaint to XXXX because I just realized this as I was going threw my documents to write your company. But I will be asking them hope I could get a honest answer. I had a refund of Gap and Extended warranty on XXXX XXXX, XXXX in the amount of {$750.00} and {$2500.00}. Due to me declining that during the deal and it being added anyway. Even with that money being applied to principal balance that is when I notice that my payments went up to {$490.00}. As well as my maturity date still being XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I need for XXXX to answer how do I pay more when I had {$3200.00} applied. As well as making payments in the amount of {$400.00} on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and {$150.00} on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX also {$300.00} on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX After checking online an seeing other customer complaints in reference to billing issues, XXXX American settling Bias suits against this company reassured me that my gut feeling that told me that I was being treated differently than XXXX American. Especially after hearing from XXXX American with the same car as mine paid like {$250.00} to {$400.00} less than me. As well as my cousin XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX telling me she 's paying {$600.00} a month for a XXXX XXXX and still owe about {$29000.00} after 2 years of payments. Also reading XXXX XXXX, XXXX, the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for the XXXX XXXX XXXX Tennessee was granted final approval of the settlement of the class action against XXXX. Cause of discriminatory credit pricing system under which minorities typically pay more than similarly situated white buyer. Which they call it markups and that is what happen in that case. XXXX should be held responsible for the action of the dealership for allowing and financing the markup of about {$10000.00} for a car MSRP {$23000.00}. When I sat down at the closing table I should n't have been set up to fail with an auto loan I could n't afford. Furthermore, dealing with a business I expected to be treated fairly which did not happen in my situation I was defrauded. I am current on my car payments because I do n't want to ruin my credit any more than it is. Due to the first scam that XXXX pulled on me which resulted with a repossession of the first vehicle they sold me. All I wanted for these people is to treat me with dignity and respect and honesty in this deal. The reason I brought this car was because I never owned a brand new car. So once XXXX of my XXXX kids graduated high school I felt I deserved a new car considering I raised my kids as a single parent. And never having anything new due to having to take care of my family. But instead it turned out to be a nightmare. If XXXX abided by the law I would not be in this position so I am asking to be made whole. XXXX breached our contract due to fraudulent action on their part of the loan process. I attached the letter with my demands from XXXX as a resolution to this problem.

Complaint: on the sale of the car nissan took over 30 days to pay off my existing loan with themselves ( old car trading in for new car both where financed through XXXX XXXX ). on the first payment they charged me for the old car and new car. took them over 60 days to figure out what happen and was suppose to have corrected my account. later in the first year in of the loan, i want to say it was XX/XX/XXXXthey say i missed a payment. i sent them my bank account info showing the payment went through at least 3 times over the next 90 days. they kept calling my phone every 30 days saying my payment was late and we would go over the same deal, i would send them the payment info. i was insured my account would be fixed if i sent in the bank statement. today i logged on to the site to pay of the loan and now i owe XXXX in late fees, their agent tells me my account is now in collections. i have bank records showing for each month nissan has automatic withdrawal from my account for the monthly balance. i am at the point i want to peruse legal action against XX/XX/XXXX, i have done everything i can to satisfy this loan in good standing but they have obvious system issues and are now causing undue hardship

Complaint: Complaint : Transparency and being misled for profit. At the end XX/XX/XXXX I went to finalize my lease with XXXX of XXXX. This is my 2nd auto purchased from them in 2 months so I figured they would have all the numbers that we spoke about be the way they were supposed to be in finance. I told them {$500.00} down max and everything else rolled into to lease. This was told to them multiple times to make sure they were on the same page.XXXX the finance mgr came out and said we got everything handled. He never mentioned anything about extra cost out of pocket. When I got into finance with XXXX she informed me that I had to pay an extra XXXX out of pocket. I told her I was never told this and she said pay the XXXX today and I will roll the extra amount which is {$790.00} to the back of the loan. I was annoyed but said ok. Long story short I set up auto pay and as usual trusted that since she did n't tell me about anymore charges I could just sign and go. I XXXX signed the rest of the docs which is how I did my last purchase with them with no surprises. They had placed a promise to pay note for XXXX for XX/XX/XXXX without ever running it by me first. I called and extended my lease for 6 months and was told me it was month to month and i can turn it in any time and pay for keep making payments as i go along. Well 3 months later my wife and i decided to cut our cost so called and asked for end of lease inspection and since i made payment for following month i asked them to to hold that payment for lease turn in fees. So after run around to get lease inspection took them two weeks due third party company over booked. After calling and keeping them updated about the inspection and making sure my payment will go towards the turn in fee and not another month of payment. They confirmed me that information couple times that will once finale bill is posted and will take a month. Got my last bill shows i owe {$350.00} for lease end fee. So I called told them i have paid them {$500.00} for month that I did n't have the car was turned was told by their staff that it will go towards my lease turn in bill they claimed they did n't have any notes of such. My lease was on month to month and they took my payment even when my car was turned in.

Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX and I am currently a co signer on my sons loan with Nissan-XXXX account number XXXX. My XXXX XXXX XXXX was running late on the payment and I was never notified of this until my score dropped 80 points. XXXX had all my loan information and never contacted me either by phone or mail. When I asked why I was n't contacted they said they did n't have my information from my application. I feel this is unfair and untrue I had filled out all my currant information during the loan process. If they did n't fill it out I feel this is unfair as I am a loan signer and would like to be notified if my son was having financial difficulty. I have a perfect history and never has my son or I ever been late on any payment in the past. This has ruined my ability to obtain a car loan. I have spoke with managers and no one will even give me the time of day. They said they do n't have the ability to remove from my credit report which is not true. I feel they are being dishonest. I do know they have the ability to do a courtesy removal. I could see if we or my son had a history of late payments, but that not the case. I 'm almost feeling they are discriminating as all four people were XXXX XXXX. I am a XXXX women. They did n't seem interesting in helping me. I feel they were being deceptive as well as eager to allow my life being ruined. I would like them to provide a courtesy removal as we both have had perfect credit history. Its almost like they are trying to set us up for failure. All employees were short with me and not willing to work with me. I feel this is unfair. Please help as this has harmed my ability to optain a car loan in the future.
