Complaint: I have repeatedly tried to obtain a copy of my XXXX report. Each attempt has resulted in some type of error online, or " unforeseen error '' in the voice response system, which is itself very difficult to use and sounds as if its XXXX years outdated. I have made at least a dozen attempts total. It seems as if the system is deliberately difficult to use and is almost always non-functional in an attempt to deter consumers from obtaining what is rightfully theirs to access per FACT act and FCRA. All other CRA 's have simple to use online interfaces allowing the consumer to access their reports immediately online. In the 21st century it is inexcusable that someone is forced to physically print and mail a piece of paper. This is a not very transparent effort on behalf of Lexis Nexis to deter consumer from easily obtaining reports and disputing information.

Complaint: I filed a complaint against Lexis Nexis for inaccurate information contain in their consumer files. Lexis Nexis has several different division and consumer files which I disputed inaccurate information with the following consumer files : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. To date only one report has been confirmed corrected. Lexis Nexis is refusing to correct or remove inaccurate information specifically the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and reselling, data sharing and marketing inaccurate information contained within their consumer database/reports. I have disputed the information as inaccurate, identify fraud and requested removal of the information and OPT OUT of their database, data sharing, reselling and marketing of my personal information. To date Lexis Nexis is refusing to remove the inaccuracies and remove me from their data base.

Complaint: This is the second time I file a complaint against Lexis Nexis Risk & Information Analytics Group Inc. I received an adverse action notice from XXXX regarding a recent credit check. They provide the name of the credit reporting agency, Lexis Nexis Risk & Information Analytics Group Inc., as the agency that can provide me with my free credit report. They state that I have 60 days to obtain the report from the date provided on notice, XXXX XXXX, 2016. Upon contacting LexisNexis Risk & Information Analytics Group Inc., I was asked to have my social security number, date of birth, zip code, address number, and phone number ready. I provided my social security number to the automated system and the automated system stated that the social security number provided was not able to be verified. I called the number provided, ( XXXX ) XXXX, a second time and received the same message. The contact information provided for LexisNexis Risk & Information Analytics Group Inc. is the following : LexisNexis Risk & Information Analytics Group Inc. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX I have attached my driver 's license with both my maiden name and married name. I have included my social security cards, XXXX with my maiden name and the other with my married name. I also included a copy of my most recent utility bill with my maiden name and current address. I included a copy of my banking statement with my current address. Finally, I attached a copy of the adverse action notice received.

Complaint: I recently quoted with XXXX. I provided accurate information to XXXX in order to obtain auto insurance to replace my current policy with XXXX XXXX, which ends on XXXX XXXX. I was quoted $ XXXX/month for 6 months under terms that provided for several liability coverages, and also included {$200.00} deductibles for comprehensive and collision. Upon entering my license, XXXX stated they they found additional information in my reporting file from LexisNexis, and increased the rate to approximately {$1100.00} for a 6-month policy term. This rate was increased from about {$690.00}, a total increase of almost {$500.00}. XXXX indicated that the increase in the quoted amount was due to the LexisNexis report signaling that I have failed to continuously maintain insurance for the past 6 months. This is untrue ; I have maintained continuous insurance for over 2 years on various vehicles and my current policy does not expire until XXXX XXXX. This inaccurate information is going to cause me damages of approximately {$500.00} over the next 6 months. I want LexisNexis to correct the inaccurate information about me in their file, and for XXXX to honor their original quote, which reflected the accurate information that I provided them.

Complaint: I was recently denied a job due to inaccurate information contain in a background check consumer report prepared by XXXX which used addresses as identifying factors to link criminal charges to consumers report. I disputed this information as inaccurate and was told by XXXX the inaccuracies with addresses and other identifying factors were being supplied by Lexus-Nexis which I had disputed the information as inaccurate in XXXX, XXXX and requested Lexus-Nexis to validate their consumer report and provide names and contact information in regards to how and why they were associating the inaccurate addresses and linking to my consumer file, then refusing to remove said information. In addition, I opted out from Lexus Nexis from reselling or sharing data back in XXXX, XXXX. LexisNexis does not correct information within this system ; however, LexisNexis will not provide the sources of the data, to the extent permitted. Since this information is being supplied by Lexis Nexis I want the inaccurate information removed from their files/database and this practice stopped that a company can compile inaccurate data, sell the data and prevent a consumer from obtaining employment.

Called LexisNexis XXXX and asked how to get a certified XXXX record to them so they could delete the incorrect report they were sending out.
