Complaint: XXXX is my insurance company, who uses credit ratings to calculate annual fees. I requested a copy of the report they used in preparing my renewal. They sent me to a company called 'LexisNexis '. LexisNexis sent me a copy of my driving record - but not the credit report ( though I asked for the credit report ). The paperwork they sent me is very sketchy and does not tell me how to get the credit report.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2015 I requested that Lexis-Nexis provide me with free annual reports of all facets of its consumer reporting group. Lexis-Nexis partially complied with the request. Lexis-Nexis failed to provide me with a free annual consumer report from their XXXX division. I demand that Lexis-Nexis provide me with free annual report that is created by the XXXX division. I have tried to talk with the XXXX department, but their automated answering system keeps me on hold for XXXX minutes and then hangs up on me. I have tried every communication method that Lexis-Nexis provides and each one of them stymies my attempts to clear this problem on my own. Currently Lexis-Nexis is in violation of the FCRA and FACTA statutes because they failed to provide me with the XXXX free annual report within XXXX days of the XXXX XXXX, 2015 request. Lexis-Nexis XXXX divison is required to answer consumer inquiries within a time frame dictated by regulations. Lexis-Nexis XXXX has failed to respond to my repeated calls within the legislated time, therefore that is a XXXX violation of FCRA.

Complaint: XXXX Bank froze my accounts due to fraud concerns - they highlighted multiple names associated with my SSN based off a Lexis-Nexis Accurint report. I called Lexis-Nexis, which indicated that XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX have my SSN. I have recent versions of my XXXX CRA reports but none indicate these names. Lexis-Nexis is pointing fingers at the CRAs, but the CRAs do n't seem to have any idea what Lexis-Nexis is talking about.

Complaint: Lexis Nexis issues : The last week of XXXX, 2015 ; I went online to " opt-out '' of their XXXX products. I followed the insturctions and uploaded the necessary documents. A XXXX letter I received a letter from Lexis Nexis stating I need to upload my documents. I sent an email to them directly ( see attached ) with the document I uploaded. I received a response stating my request has been approved. I sent another email with additional request to FREEZE my XXXX account and to inquire about my PIN number.
