Complaint: I had applied for a loan with Cash Time Title Loans on XXXX XXXX, 2016 and this report came from a third party source and I have been identified as a victim of identity theft with a FTC Report and No. and also a Police Report. My credit report is suppose to be on a 7 year credit freeze however, XXXX XXXX went through a third party. This Credit Reporting Agency named LexisNexis Risk Solution Bureau LLC has listed me as : XXXX - Lien/Judgment record found, XXXX of sub-prime credit services solicited and XXXX XXXX Multiple SSNs reported with applicant. When I tried calling this number in XXXX GA no one would answer and it would just ring, Therefore I was told credit was offered at less than favorable terms. No one could and would give me any explanation. I feel this is an illegal and unethical fraudulent company that payday loans used on their clients and it 's unfair and needs to be investigated.

Complaint: I had requested a copy of my Lexis Nexis report as I was informed by my former employer of a security breach. I proceeded to opt out of Lexis Nexis databases as a precautionary measure recommended by my former employer. They also requested I freeze all my credit reports. I have been successfully freezing my credit report at XXXX. However, Lexis Nexis would n't freeze my file saying it is n't reqiuired in the state of Georgia. Lexis Nexis is a credit reporting agency as outlined by state of Georgia laws and the CFPB. In the report they sent to me included XXXX pages that clearly states Georgia residents have the right to freeze the credit reports.

Complaint: I was a victim of ID theft approx XXXX years ago and the key perpetrator was caught and convicted, yet there were other instances where my ssn and/or my name became associated with another individual. The most recent example was when attempting to confirm my identity to access my XXXX XXXX account, they used a XXXX product from Lexis-Nexis to try to validate my identity. Lexis-Nexis asked that I confirm city of residence of someone that I have never met and proceeded to deny my access because I declared that I did not know this individual when their records indicated that I should. I looked at available options to correct the data Lexis-Nexus maintains, but only options offered is a copy of a report that I already know has inaccurate data, which even for this requires much too much effort on my part to access my own information that they sell to others for a fee. While I can not proactively scan the world to see where else data on me is not correct ( e.g. when opening an account with XXXX Bank XXXX weeks ago their system showed my ssn associated with someone else ), when I find specific examples I need assistance to remedy. Please advise, anxious to clear up issues wherever I can. Thank you

Complaint: I repaired my credit in 2008 as it had incorrect information - wrong names, social security number, employment history, etc. Now, XXXX plus years later I have completed a loan application but can not complete the signing of the application because I can not answer the security questions. The loan firm is ( XXXX ) who uses ( XXXX ) who in turn uses the LexisNexis database. Apparently the credit agencies did not update LexisNexis with the proper information so I can not get the final approval for my loan. I now have a hard search on my credit for nothing due to the misinformation in the LexisNexis database.

LexisNexis ' lack of care in reporting accurate information has adversely impacted my ability to obtain utilities through XXXX XXXX without having to pay a substantially high deposit. For the past 8 years I have been able to obtain utilities XXXX without a need to pay a deposit. I have an outstanding credit score, as I just closed on a new home, and I have always made payments to utility companies on-time. I have never once been delinquent or account been closed for negative reasons. In fact LexisNexis performed XXXX separate report XXXX. I was not issued an citation for any accident period. My official XXXX and XXXX records do not even state this information. Lexis Nexus and or The XXXX Report are not government agencies but some how have mustard up the authority to have ones insurance canceled do to false information. I contacted XXXX who admits themselves that both my XXXX and XXXX record is clean and show no violations. However, since Lexis Nexus told them I have an at fault ticket they had to cancel my policy or double my rate. As of now I have no car insurance with no tickets or violations listed on my GOVERNMENTAL ISSUED DRIVER REPORT from the XXXX. The governmental agency that is authorized by the government to handle all drivers records. How can a consumer reporting agency not authorized by any government have my insurance canceled and rate doubled and the information is incorrect. Lexis Nexus told me that they had authority over the XXXX and XXXX and there records are never wrong. I will be a seeking legal representation pending the results of this complaint.

Complaint: In XXXX I moved back to XXXX after living in XXXX for 2 years.Because I had a company vehicle, I did n't need car insurance, so when I returned in state I again needed insurance so I got XXXX of XXXX.they told me because I had no insurance for the last few years I would need a rider on my policy.I was given no choice in the matter and XXXX chose a person in my household, they told me this was temporary until I established a history with them.every few months I would ask XXXX when could my insurance go down and the rider be removed, but all I got were blank stares and the same response that they could do this and I had no choice in the matter.I tried to change my insurance company on several occasions but they 're rates were to high.after a few years my rider XXXX AAA kept her as my rider for another year, even laughing in my face when I dared ask why she was still my rider.When they finally changed my rider they raised my rates.when I bought a newer vehicle they raised my rates.they raised my premium to {$350.00} a month, despite the fact a had no claims, no accidents, and no tickets.This is when I found out my rates were n't based on my driving record but on my credit.which was good before XXXX of XXXX drove it into the ground.you see XXXX used XXXX of XXXX XXXX to determine how good I drove in XXXX Nexus and XXXX used faulty information to price gouge on car insurance.they even chose for my new rider XXXX XXXX, my room mate even though she was ruled by a court of law to not be able to be in charge of her own finances.I had partial ownership of XXXX properties, yet XXXX said I did not.I 've since lost XXXX houses due to XXXX wrongful billing.I 've been forced to move out of that household and away from my family in order to get affordable car insurance.my friend in addition to losing his wife had to return his vehicle because I 'm no longer there to pay for it, he 's a XXXX vet and he used his vehicle to take other members of his family to there doctors appointments.AAA and Lexus Nexus in addition to screwing up my life has totally screwed up my friends life as well.I personally will never recommend them to anyone.I 'm also highly disturbed that LexusNexus is given carte blanche to do as it pleases with regards to my life without first contacting me and confirming any information they use about me.

Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/2015 I sent Lexis Nexis disputes department an email which contained and FTC Affidavit, Police Report and a letter disputing over XXXX addresses that they had in their file for me. Email addresses that they have for me and reported bankruptcy information that they had reported on their consumer file and that they have also reported to other CRA 's that has drastically hurt me financially. I am the victim of identity theft and I asked Lexis Nexis to please freeze all the reports company wide so that no one can access them because the information is very inaccurate. They have done so but what they have n't done was to remove all the disputed addresses and the bad inaccurate information associated with those addresses. They sent me back a report stating that they have removed and or deleted the disputed information but they have not. All the inaccurate information is still listed and they have n't done a thing. All the addresses are still listed all the different variations of my name is still listed all the different bankruptcies in the XXXX different states are still listed. And there is also a judgement listed for an address that is being reported against me is still there and it has n't been removed. They have had well over the 30 day permitted time to remove these items and they have not done anything at all. What is the use in trying to protect myself and what is being reported against me if they want do their jobs and remove the fraudulent information and if they are getting this information from someone they are suppose to let me know so that I can contact that agency and get the fraudulent information removed. I again have attached the FTC Report, Police Report and the letter previously sent to them. Please block and delete these disputed items and do n't let them be re-inserted. Please do not report this wrong information to anyone else because it has cost me a job and declines from credit. Please fix this immediately
