Complaint: First let me clarify that my complaints are to the " consumer file reporting agencies '' .I had no idea that these data miners existed. I thought it was just the big XXXX Credit Monitoring Agencies. I may have not listed my complaint in the right catagory because Im not exactly sure what LexisNexis, larity ( and the others ) are reporting on me. The reason why I was denied a loan from XXXX is listed below ( allegedly ). Having to do XXXX separate complaints is time consuming so Im using the same complaint but submitted it 4 times to the XXXX companies listed I applied for an auto loan with XXXX. The denial letter I got stated some, " whole or in part '', the reasons on how they based their decision. The reporting agencies are XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and LexisNexis. The first part of XXXX reasons for denial was " could n't identify or confirm my personal information. I filed a complaint with XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/2016 stating that my information was not up to date and a collections account is not mine. Originally XXXX had stated that the dispute ( samer reasons plus identify fraud issues ) I had with them ( XXXX ) were resolved. ( results from XXXX= deleted from my credit ) and that they ( XXXX ) would contact XXXX and XXXX to do the same. XXXX and XXXX has not. Ive attached the email from XXXX, the dispute results from XXXX ( nothing was done ) and the XXXX report as to why they denied me. I have filed complaints with all XXXX reporting companies. XXXX, LexisNexis, XXXX, and XXXX. My last dispute was with XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/2016 The results for that dispute were unsatisfactory. The account disputed was still listed and more importantly they have old personal information ; address, name and employment information that hasnt been updated from 10 years ago.

Complaint: 1. Applied for renter 's insurance with XXXX XXXX and was sold a policy on XXXX XXXX, 2016. 2. About 2 weeks later received notice from XXXX XXXX that policy was terminated effective XXXX XXXX, 2016, based on LexisNexis NCF ( national credit file ) report. Was given XXXX & XXXX as consume report reference numbers to use for requesting a free copy of reports. 3. Utilized XXXX to request free copy of reports. 4. Received reply from LexisNexis saying, " We were unable to locate your file with the information provided. In order to process this request, please provide your social security number, so we can obtain a copy of the report. '' 5. Because of security concerns and identity theft, I am not willing to divulge my social security number. Complaint: Lexus Nexus a reporting agency for driving records, has me down as having XXXX wrecks 1 : XX/XX/XXXX and 2:XX/XX/XXXX. after several calls I finally got the right phone number to dispute this. After speaking with them they realized they had a data entry error and was 1 number off on either my social security number or my drivers license number. They said they would put in a dispute for me BUT it takes up to 30 days to correct. Now I ca n't get insurance at a lower rate because of this company. It took them Mila seconds to mess up my record and will take them up to 30 days to correct. It not only happened to me but also my sister and my niece. I 'm asking that you please help me get this correction done sooner.

Complaint: This credit reporting agency attempts to circumvent the entire system of the CFPB. Basically, this agency types up a standard template response in an attempt to quickly close consumer generated complaints. In fact, under original complaint filed with the CFPB ( XXXX ) filed on XXXX XXXX, 2016, this agency stated that they would make the appropriate corrections within the 30 day Fair Credit Reporting Act. Well, it is now almost 60 days, and this disorganized, unethical company has not provided any updates, no communication, nor have they followed the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It is no wonder that most large companies do not depend on any information from this credit repository.

Complaint: Lexis Nexis, on or about XXXX XXXX XXXX, reported inaccurate information on a consumer report they provided to the Office of Personnel Management. Report prepared was a consumer report under 15 USC 1681a ( 603d ) because it was a written communication, prepared in the ordinary course of business, containing information bearing on my credit capacity, character, or general reputation, known to Lexis to be used for employment or determination of credit worthiness. Lexis reported that I was late on my mortgage in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ( Account reported as XXXX. That is inaccurate information. At least XXXX of the XXXX NCRAs report this account as having never been late. Further, when I filed a previous complaint, XXXX, the relevant company denied reporting any prior late payments. Bottom line, Lexis prepares consumer reports in the ordinary course of business and, therefore, under the FCRA, they are required to take steps to ensure maximum accuracy. Because XXXX of XXXX NCRAs report XXXX on-time payments for this account, Lexis was reasonably on notice its information was inaccurate and failed to take steps to ensure maximum possible accuracy.

Complaint: I ordered a free clue report online to see what was going with my insurance score and credit report this website on Lexis Nexis indicated they follow all governmental policy and procedures so I ordered it from them. The website asked for all of my personal information along with social security information which I provided for my free report I entered everything in and the site redirected me to my account page to access my report but there was nothing there? I emailed support and the responded with the exact same steps I performed the first time and said my case was resolved??
