Complaint: I am unable to receive my LexisNexis C.L.U.E . Auto report. I thoroughly filled out the company 's request form, leaving nothing blank. In addition, I supplied a copy of my social security card ( Category A identification requirement ) and my auto insurance declaration page ( Category B address verification for mailing address ). I live between the United States and XXXX with my mailing address ( not physical address ) at a border town, but my submitted insurance declaration page reflects this mailing address. I 've met the LexisNexis requirements and yet their generic letter states I did not meet their verification process and that the request form was incomplete / illegible. None of this is true. There is no means to contact a human being at LexisNexis. My consumer number is XXXX and my case number is XXXX.

Complaint: About three weeks ago I had requested a copy of my consumer report from Lexis Nexis. I had to print out the request and mail it in. I actually mailed the application for my consumer report in via certified mail. Now almost two weeks ago I received the certified postcard back stating that it was received by Lexis Nexis and as of today XXXX/XXXX/2015 I have yet to receive the report. I am very determined to get the report and to dispute the information that is furnished on the report because I have declined employment and apartments due to information that has been pulled from LExis Nexis which I know is wrong. I am the victim of Identity theft and I am trying to clear my name and it is extremely hard when these CRA 's are withholding information from you. I have every right to see what is being collected on me from your company and it is my right to dispute the information. I also want to put a security freeze on the report for security purposes because what they have listed is detrimental to my livelihood right now.

Complaint: This complaint concerns a credit reporting agency LexisNexis case # XXXX I requested my credit file from them over 8 months ago and have not received my credit report from them to this day XXXX LexisNexis sent me a letter stating they could not identify me as being who I am. and asked me to send them my identification and address in which, I did send them my drivers license with the correct info and my correct address. That was 2 months ago and still have not received my consumer credit file from them. I would like the CFPB to do what needs to be done to shut this agency down or take further action against this consumer credit reporting agency for the consumers. Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, I took out a XXXX XXXX " XXXX '' deal to pay for my Iphone 6+ along with my regular monthly payments. This is my only debt apart from my monthly credit card debts XXXX XXXX cards ). I pay all XXXX debts through auto payments. When I applied to renew my home, car and liability insurance with XXXX XXXX XXXX, I received a notice from them that the company had a credit report from Lexis Nexis from which XXXX had constructed a score to use in pricing my insurance. The note also said I could apply to Lexis Nexis to get a free copy of my credit report. I called Lexis Nexis on the automated phone request system but never received a report. Exactly the same thing had happened XX/XX/XXXX except that then I tried unsuccessfully to phone and then instead wrote a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX to Lexis Nexis XXXX I still have a paper copy-see below ). This time, XX/XX/XXXX, instead, I did not write but tried again to phone the Lexis-Nexis XXXX XXXX, and was put on hold for about 10 minutes and then cut off. Though I have few debts, I do want to monitor my credit reporting history to ensure accuracy, and I am frustrated how to get my right to the report without vast expenditure of time and energy. Complaint: My application with XXXX is denied because credit issueI called XXXX customer service- sales to order XXXX lines and after getting information from me the rep asked me to speak to XXXX finance department and transferred me there while the other rep was on the line too. The XXXX finance rep asked me some questions on my finance and identity ( like my addresses n all ). I replied to all correctly, In addition they asked me my relatives personnel information including their birth date and age and so on. finally rep denied me approve service and told me that you no longer allow to apply next 60 days.I was advised to contact credit agency. Now I got letter from XXXX and not giving me specific reason for denial my application but ask me to call at Lexis Nexis company, at XXXX. I dont know what is this company? Is this a fraud comapny? I tried to call customer service three day 's in a raw, all is recording play and no human answer to my call. I 'm strongly disputing this decision and would like to know why any company asked me third party personnel information to verify my identity? Why privacy law does not apply to these companies?

Complaint: LexisNexis XXXX ( XXXX ), Motor Vehicle Division or XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX. XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Georgia XXXX gave XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX negative information on me which caused a higher insurance policy quote. LexisNexis has a " non-working '' system where I can not get a copy of this Free Consumer Credit Report under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. The phone number LexisNexis indicates to call does not understand the English Language. The computer voice keeps saying " I do n't understand '' or " I did not get that '', or it get some of what is said/input, then erases what was recorded/input than starts over again. I called 5 times to get my report and LexisNexis failed to give me the report. There is absolutely no option to get a human being. I called XXXX on this matter as XXXX paid LexisNexis for this service and XXXX was unhelpful. The LexisNexis number is XXXX. Since XXXX refuses to have a human being attend this number with an option if problems arise, they have chosen to be in " non-compliance '' with the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. I was never able to get a copy of this negative report LexisNexis gave to XXXX XXXX which caused a higher price.

Complaint: I recently divorced and was rescored for my insurance rating and due to information provided to them by a company called LexisNexis that interprets my credit information for the insurance company my rates were raised. Their report to the insurance agency said that I have Accounts with Delinquency, Length of Time Accounts Established, Number of Revolving Accounts and that the length of Time Since Accounts Not paid as Agreed. My response to LexisNexis was1 ) I have had only XXXX 30 day late in the last XXXX years. 2 ) I 've had credit for XXXX years and the " youngest '' active or cancelled account I have is XXXX and the oldest is at least XXXX years old. 3 ) I only have XXXX revolving accounts, XXXX are store cards that are rarely used, XXXX card for work and XXXX that were personal. All accounts have credit limits over {$5000.00} that never go above XXXX and are paid off monthly4 ) It 's been XXXX years since my only late payment ( XXXX days on a XXXX XXXX Revolving Store Card ). Is that not long enough since my last delinquency? The mortgage company did n't hold it against me. The biggest problem with this issue is that LexisNexis interprets data for the insurance company that then provides me with a rating and insurance premium based only on the " issues '' reported by LexisNexis. The rep I talked to today at LexisNexis said that my " issues '' make me a high risk for a claim. Since I 've divorced recently I also had to get a mortgage. The mortgage was obtained with no problem since I have an excellent credit rating and history plus a XXXX middle score. How can my credit make me a high risk for insurance claims but a fantastic risk for a mortgage. Does LexisNexis earn extra or benefit in some way for reporting me in such a negative light? After a lengthy conversation with the insurance company it seems that the only problem with my insurance rating is the report provided by LexisNexis. The insurance company has confirmed that my claim history is good ( no claims in over XXXX or more years ) and I 've been continuously insured for over XXXX years. The score with my ex-husband was a XXXX even with my better credit history and his at-fault accident. Please help me to resolve this issue and get the rating I have earned. Thank you.
