Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX admitted they open a claim up on me in error, it been affecting me getting homeowner insurance and have my rate extremely high to do damaging my XXXX report, which a clear violation of FCRA which is govern by FTC. Foremost send me a letter out admitting it was a error, but XXXX failed repair to reporting on his XXXX report its been 18months of get denied and being embrass because denial. In XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX place XXXX claim on my history and a XXXX and XXXX on my file in XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX these claim were only supposed to be XXXX claim which Texas Insurance Commission agree via by accept my complaint against XXXX XXXX. Only XXXX claim was filed which was XXXX XXXX XXXX and since I filed a claim which insurance commission it was a tactic to make me pay higher rates or be denial coverage.

Complaint: I am filing a complaint because I have requested a full file disclosure from lexis nexis on several occasions and they have ignored my request. I continue too be denied credit every time that they pull my lexis nexis report. I need a full file with all the information or notes that have been placed on my lexis nexis file. I was also told that i have a fraud alert on my lexis nexis file and i have not requested this alert on my lexis nexis and it continues to hinder me from obtaining credit.

Complaint: When attempting to get cable service with XXXX, which I had had before in my previous state, they charged me a {$100.00} deposit saying my credit was n't that good which is a lie. My XXXX is over XXXX. But the agency they use, Lexus Nexus, had a report showing XXXX and had information missing, which I attempted to call them and have them rectify to no avail. I spent several hours on the phone with them over several days trying to straighten this out only to get the run around. They would never send me a credit report for me to correct their mistakes. I also disputed this with my credit card company. Lexus Nexus has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I was literally screaming at the lady on the phone to correct there mistakes and she just gave me the round around. Something has got to be done.

Complaint: I was notified by my auto insurance, XXXX, that my premiums were increasing {$120.00} annually partially due to a credit investigation by a contracted credit investigation company named Lexis Nexis. In XX/XX/2016 I was rear ended by a driver insured by XXXX insurance. All reports and actions were filed with both companies. The other driver was at fault. By XXXX I was asked to settle the claim by XXXX. They assured me that all claims to doctors and repair shops had been paid. I accepted. In XXXX I received a bill from XXXX for emergency services. I contacted XXXX and was told that the bill was never settled and to send it to them for payment. They would be suborned by XXXX. They were. In XXXX I was notified by XXXX that my premiums were going up in part because I made a collision claim. No one at the time I sent this bill to XXXX informed me that this would be a collision claim. I feel that XXXX failed to make me aware of this and also that Lexis Nexis never gave me a chance to look into this before they made a recommendation to raise my rates. This is deceptive practices to put an insurance customer in this situation without proper clarity.

I have contacted the court and they did not furnish this information to XXXX. This accounts are not mine and XXXX sent me a letter attached as to the furnisher of the information. This is third hand information and hearsay. They did not verify this account as the address attached to this filing is not even mine. There are additional inconsistencies that I have advised XXXX of in my consumer legal action. I disputed the accuracy with XXXX and the results of their investigation and it shows that you claim to have verified this account. Since you claim to have verified this account, I now have the right to have you prove you are furnishing accurate information to my credit reports. Here is what I am now demanding : Please provide copies of the actual documentation you used to " verify '' this account with the credit bureaus and to update XXXX to remove these records.

Complaint: I have sent LexisNexis every piece of information ( XXXX pages ) since 2013 to block and freeze my REPORTS! I was recently married as a result of the XXXX Courts historic ruling in XXXX XXXX XXXX and my last name changed. As a result they use that as a separate person despite sharing everything else! This is egregious as a victim of identity theft to have them do this type of bait and switch. Is it only against XXXX and XXXX individuals? Some animus toward us? Its the same social security number and address and there for the information should not be accessible to anyone! I repeat i have more then enough evidence that I sent them in XXXX to warrant the blocking of my information. Yet they get around because of a last name change of marital status. This is discriminatory
