Complaint: LexisNexis has yet to provide any proof of any claims valid or accurate as claim by LexisNexis. My next issue is they claim there a reporting agency in which factor. I have yet to see any proof of gather information as stated by LexisNexis. Its all words with no documents to back up as there claims. CFPB # XXXX I did not agree or sign or give LexisNexis permission to run or check my credit for nothing or any other claim by them. I need proof of my signature as stated by XX/XX/2018 claim not some XXXX reply that has no documents to prove as stated. I don't want to hear a bunch of lies and XXXX by LexisNexis or some run on line show proof or I'm in the process of filing a law suit on LexisNexis.

Complaint: LexisNexis is claiming to need my identity information to send me the results of a continuing investigation. I requested an investigation XX/XX/2018, they sent without identifying information the results on one item from the list below. Lexisnexis continues to report unverified information to my credit file in violation of FTC regulations and not requiring ALL consumers provide this info.
Additionally, LexisNexis has violated the FCRA 30-day regulation. The following items in question should be removed from my credit report.

IN A MEANWHILE MY PERSONAL CREDIT REPORT HAS SUFFERED A BIG DAMAGE, MY SCORES DROPPED I WAS DENIED CREDIT SEVERAL TIMES, A FEW OF MY PERSONAL CREDIT CARDS HAVE CLOSED DUE TO THIS ERRONEOUS PUBLIC RECORD REPORTING .... AND I CAN'T SEEM TO GET ANY ANSWERS, CORRECTION OR REMOVAL OF THIS FROM ANYONE. I JUST FILED MY COMPLAINT WITH FEDERAL TRADE COMISSION WHO ASSIGN A CASE NUBMER AND I'M SCHEDULED A FOLLOW WITH THEM, ACCORDINGLY I'M FILING MY COMPLAINT WITH YOU CFPB AND HOPE FOR THIS TO BE RESOLVED WITHOUT FURTHER LEGAL HASSLE In response to a recent Attorney General settlement, the National Credit Report Agencies are supposed to significantly reduce the amount of tax lien and civil judgment information found in consumer credit files by XX/XX/2017.

I was a victim of a hit a run and they have it listed as " at Fault '' I have asked them to make the correction but they refuse to do so causing increased insurance rates. When I call them they give me pat responses and say they are reporting correctly and they will mail a report. I have been waiting 3 months and have not received a report.
