Complaint: LexisNexis I have not sign up with LexisNexis company or ask for any of there services. They act as if there the 3 Credit Bureaus with incorrect information. I don't need to authenticate nothing with LexisNexis. They gather information that is incorrect. I do not have to provide nothing to The. They have not authenticated nothing as of any Proof of documents or anything that's proof. All it is s letter a letter saying I need to authenticate my information. There is no law I have to do nothing with LexisNexis. There the one with incorrect information gathered threw 2 nd and 3 rd parties with no proof. My next action is going to be legal filing law suit on LexisNexis with no proof or correct information. I don't want to here no more lies and deceit of information unless proof is provided. If you don't like it lets go to court. I did not request sign up or ask LexisNexis for nothing.

Complaint: We received a notice from XXXX XXXX in regards to my wife 's insurance score having a negative effect on our insurance rates. They use XXXX and/or XXXX XXXX to determine credit history. ( See attached notice from the insurance company - XXXX XXXX. ) It seems as though there are 4 specific negative factors as outlined by XXXX XXXX. I would like someone to please investigate 1-3 as shown with my questions/responses below? 1. Number of Retail Accounts - I see one maybe two retail credit cards that are currently open on my wife 's XXXX report provided by XXXX XXXX. Are they saying she has too many or not enough? Two retails accounts seems totally appropriate to me. 2. Lack of information reported on oil company accounts - Our oil company doesn't report to credit bureaus and as such we should not be penalized for this. We pay our oil as a cash price, up-front. We have never had a revolving or installment account with our oil provider. 3. Number of inquiries with finance companies within last 24 months - The hard inquiries in XX/XX/2016 were done within the same month ( XX/XX/16 & XX/XX/16 ) and as such, those should be counted as one inquiry. Complaint: I have contacted Lexis Nexis several times in reference to a reported bankruptcy. I filed a complaint with CFPB and after Lexis Nexis replied it was closed. THe reply from Lexis Nexis was in the WRONG PERSONS NAME! How can something be verified if Lexis Nexis doesn't even have my name correct?! This bankruptcy needs to be removed from my report! The source of verification is XXXX which is a inaccurate and undependable source! I am intitled to a name, address and phone number of the PERSON verifiying. Bankrupty courts do not verify bankruptcies, so the ONLY acceptable outcome is for this inaccurate, unverified, bankruptcy to be removed. This reporting is in violation of my Fair Credit Reporting Act rights!
