Complaint: A dispute was sent to XXXX on XX/XX/2018 regarding unverfiable information on my Transunion credit report. As of XX/XX/XXXX ( today ) I called XXXX and talked to " XXXX '' in XXXX 's Special Handling Department. She claims Lexis Nexis is sending them verification of my disputed item ( s ). I have proof of " suppression letter '' attached and " security freeze '' letter attached, I placed on my Lexis Nexis report in XX/XX/2018 XXXX suppression ) and XX/XX/2018 ( security freeze ), yet they are still claiming Lexis Nexis " verified '' their information. Lexis Nexis has assured me via phone and per suggested " suppression '' and " security freeze '' that information can not be accessed through their portals with XXXX once these items are in force which they are now and were at the time of supposed verification. XXXX claims they " verified '' and Lexis Nexis is still reporting according to XXXX. I would like Lexis Nexis to abide by their " suppression '' confirmation and " security freeze '' confirmation ( documents attached ) and protect my privacy by disallowing XXXX to continue to verify their information they are supplying erroneously and obstructing my rights under FCRA.

Complaint: I have entered a dispute to have this BK removed from my file previously. Under the new law effective XX/XX/2017 any public record data must include name and address as well as SSN or DOB in order for it to appear in your credit file. None of the 3 credit bureaus can verify the BK, ( because the court doesn't share information with credit companies ). LexisNexus is staying that one of the credit bureaus have verified the bankruptcy which is untrue. They refuse to remove this public record or state how it has been verified. Ive reached out to pacer and the BK courts and they both have stated that they do not share Bk information by way of phone, fax or email. LexisNexus has not updated the information and per the new law the bankruptcy listed does not include this information and should be deleted from my credit file. This negative/unverified report is hindering me from getting credit extended to me.

This security freeze request not only restricts credit bureaus and creditors, but also future potential employers until I lift this restriction. Your request is very suspicious and not required. The Fair Credit Reporting Act does though require that I be treated " fairly '', I assume that would include a manner consistent with other consumers. Your request is to say the least is inconsistent with past cases against you and smacks of delay tactics since by your own admission LexisNexis has not to this date " received responses '' from the credit bureaus. Complaint: I contacted lexisnexis about inaccurate information on my lexisnexis report. I disputed all the inaccurate unverified information on XX/XX/2018, I asked them to verify all of the items on my report by providing original documentation from the data furnisher, along with any representative they spoke to. On XX/XX/2018 they sent a letter claiming to have verified all of the information but failed to provide the information on how all of the items were verified.I will include the letter I sent to Lexisnexis along with the letter they sent to me claimg to have verified the information. I want all disputed items deleted immediately.
