Complaint: We applied for auto insurance with XXXX XXXX. We were rejected and they sent us a letter explaining why and we see it has information that is not correct regarding one of our sons. There are 2 entries stating the same information unknown date, violation suspended license or other serious violation. We were on the phone with lexisnexis, XXXX - ID number XXXX. For over 2 hours. He could not find the violations being reported back to our current insurance or the XXXX. He said he can't fix it because he can't find it in the DMV file or credit report. He can not get us a supervisor manager or anyone. They refuse to fix send false information to agencies.

Problem with personal statement of dispute
Complaint: In XX/XX/2018 I sent letters to XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and Lexis Nexis asking for proper verification of a two bankruptcies that on my credit reports. None these companies were unable to provide direct verification from the bankruptcy court of XXXX Ohio. I have a letter from the bankruptcy court stating they don't provide information directly to credit reporting agencies. In fact XXXX states on it dispute reports that they use LexisNexis which is a third party to verify this information. Outside of getting dispute results reports back none of these companies have sent me how exactly they are verifying this information that is on my credit report. I have asked several times and they are unable or unwilling to provide additional information.

Complaint: I have been trying to obtain a full disclosure credit report from Lexis Nexis since XXXX of XXXX. Every time a report was sent it was a driving record. I called back several times requesting the correct disclosure be sent I have NEVER received my report.
In XX/XX/XXXX I applied for an an apartment and was denied due to information on my Lexis Nexis report stating I had multiple evictions. I have lived in the same apartment for XXXX years and have never been evicted. I called Lexis Nexis and immediately requested my report. I was once again sent my driving record.
I have called a total of six times form XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX requesting my full consumer disclosure report and I have not received it. I always get excuses such as, something went wrong with the system, or the representative requested the wrong report. I still have not received my report.
XX/XX/XXXX I called furious about not having received my report. I again received the run around about why I have not received the report promised to me XXXX to 10 days ago. The representative told me she would meet with the " team '' and they will call me back where at that time my report would be emailed to me. I never received a call or my report.
I am being denied access to my report and this violates my consumer rights. I have damaging information in a report that I am unable to gain access to.
