Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I sent this company letter asking for my credit report, and to update my information while deleting any other incorrect information on my report. **Will attach letter** It has been well over the time given under the FCRA for as compliance for this company to respond to this request. This request is nearly 30 days past due. By the time this complaint reaches the company it will be beyond 30 days past due.
This company refuses to either send me my credit report. And/or correct these negative items. While it is possible they did not receive this letter, this letter was also sent out with 2 other companies who did receive a similar request and did send and correct this incorrect information.

Complaint: The information presented in this complaint is in addition to complaint number XXXX - XXXX, because I meant to add these documents with the first report. These documents will support my attempts to communicate with LexisNexis to resolve the issues : On page XXXX of the credit report dated XX/XX/2019, LexisNexis is reporting my license number wrong along with other inaccuracies.
On page five of the credit report dated XX/XX/2019, which is the report that suppose to show corrections, that page shows a wrong social security number ; wrong addresses, and misspellings of my name.
On page one of the credit report dated XX/XX/2019, I have highlighted LexisNexis statement whereas it says they have contacted the XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy XXXX regarding verification, and thus the report is accurate. To this end, I am told to 'please contact the court 'directly ' if they need to update their records. ' The documents that I will include will show that I did contact the court directly, and copies of my drivers license ; social security card, mail that shows my correct address and the spelling of my name - copies of which I also presented to LexisNexis in my quest for correction/deletion.

Complaint: After receiving my credit report from LexisNexis, I notice an extensive amount of inaccuracies ( report dated XX/XX/2019 ) .On XX/XX/2019, I mailed a request - requesting that they update their report file, and I furnished correct information regarding my identity.I included a copy of a letter from the Illinois bankruptcy court stating that they do Not perform any activities with credit bureaus as their report indicates.I included a copy of my drivers license ; social security card, copies of bills to prove my address.
On XX/XX/2019, I received a response that appeared to be a bit of window dressing, because what it stated is not what I requested. The response was a two page letter - on the front page it was dated XX/XX/2019, but on the back it was dated XX/XX/2019. I will include a copy along with this statement.
On XX/XX/XXXX, I received another report from LexisNexis stating that they had completed their investigation and their findings follow.The report states that they have deleted the inaccurate information.However, the only information shown deleted was a few phone numbers and the incorrect birth dates.
I will include copies of pages of the report that show inaccurate information that I requested be removed remains. Please note that I have highlighted on each page the inaccuracies in accords with my letters to them.

Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Complaint: I have requested they remove a bankruptcy if they can't verify. I have sent many letter requesting validation of this item. XX/XX/XXXX next XX/XX/XXXX again XX/XX/XXXX. There was also some letters sent XXXX also. Everytime they never send me info requested for validation, ALSO i have asked experian to remove this item if not verify. I know that experian has to verify with the original furnisher of the document. They are not allow to verify with a third party. This is stated in the FCRA.

Complaint: I mailed certified letters asking for the method of verification used to report the information on my reports tha I believe is being reported correctly. I stated that I was exercising my rights under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 7 ) to request a complete description of all methods used to investigate my aforementioned dispute and if they could not provide it they needed to remove the items. This was now over a month ago.
I want them to be investigated and I want to pursue action against them at this point. I have tried many times to get this wrong information corrected with no success and it affects my life and is costing me money!
