Complaint: When recently applying to refinance my car, a lender pulled a report from both XXXX and LexisNexis. LexisNexis reported a judgement on my consumer file in error. Upon investigation, I discovered 2 separate factors warranting the immediate removal of this account from my report : ( 1 ) the account information belongs to a consumer with a different last name & different social security number than mine ; and ( 2 ) the judgement was for collection of a loan that originated on XX/XX/2010. This information was supplied to LexisNexis, and they refuse to remove this information from my credit report.

Complaint: LEXISNEXIS XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GEORGIA XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GEORGIA XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TEXAS XXXX AXXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX.
XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, OHIO XXXX LexisNexis has admittedly violated the FCRA by not conducting a complete and reasonable investigation. After disputing an erroneous bankruptcy tradeline on XX/XX/2018, the company sent me a letter that stated the bankruptcy was accurately reporting on my file. I have specifically asked the procedure used to determine the accuracy of this information in my file. I was eventually informed by a representative of LEXISNEXIS that PACER is often used by the Bureau to validate credit errors. United States Case Law has stated many times that PACER and XXXX and other third party verification is not sufficient. Credit Report Bureaus including LEXISNEXIS could not merely parrot information from creditors and third party information distributors. Credit Bureaus must go to the ORIGINAL furnisher of the record.
This erroneous bankruptcy should be immediately removed from my credit report. I have a letter that proves LEXISNEXIS never went to the bankruptcy court to obtain accurate information. In fact, none of the bureaus ever go directly to the court and obtain the information needed. Otherwise the companies would have responded via mail the requested signed documents needed to Verify this erroneous tradeline.

Complaint: Hi, LexisNexis is showing on my XXXX report the following Items that I have previously contacted them about in XX/XX/XXXX. Today on XX/XX/XXXX I ran a quote with XXXX XXXX XXXX and they are using this information against me to increase my insurance quote. These Items don't belong to me and I returned a highlighted copy of my report with my social security card and all related information. I got a confirmation from LexisNexis but this information is still being reported. This is impacting me financially on a daily basis as I have to pay higher out of pocket costs to be insured.

The following companies and account I do not recogize as doing business with these companies : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX There is plenty of case law and provision to protect my credit from inaccurate information XXXX vs. XXXX , XXXX vs. XXXX ( XXXX ), and XXXX vs. XXXX , XXXX, et al, the courts ruled each and every time that the CRA couldn't merely " parrot '' information from the creditors and collection agencies ... that they have to conduct an independent REASONABLE investigation to ensure the validity of the debt and the honesty/integrity of the creditor/CA in question. Sending out a generic form through the XXXX system that does not even contain my reasons for the dispute is not reasonable.
