Complaint: XXXX continues to extort by reselling fraudulent credit information - they refuse to fix under order of us govt- or persons filing against them for doing so. This info was removed from files and blocked from reporting, yet persistently appears on sold info to any creditor requesting copy-which does not disemenate from the bureaus as companies are forced to make claim, even as claimed on documents. The files in fact point to old data XXXX, lexis nexus, etc ( all 3rd party subCRAs, illegal ) have collected " from the bureaus '' and some point in the past. these companies have no intention of correcting or purging files. I have been requested to CC XXXX 5+ years of information so they can push buttons on a computer and VERIFY DATA- I have no credit accounts. There is no info to give. all accounts have been disputed in full, removed, closed, or PAID ( XXXX ).

Complaint: I have a U.S Bankruptcy Courts that is reporting on my credit report. I have reached out to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Per the FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 5 ) " If the Credit Bureau can not VALIDATE the information with the ORIGINAL CREDITOR, they must remove said information from the consumer file. XXXX has yet to provide me with copies of all documentation associated with this Public Record Account bearing either a court order to place this information in my credit report, or my authorization of release bearing my signature. Also when asking how they are getting the information. I receive a response that they are getting the information from Lexis Nexis. When I contacted Lexis Nexis they stated that they got the information from XXXX. I am getting furious with going back and forth between XXXX and Lexis Nexis. This inaccurate information is hindering me from getting a home loan.
Under the FCRA, section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( a ), you are required by federal law to verify through physical verification of the original signed consumer contract and or judgement all accounts ad public records hat you post o anyone 's credit report. Otherwise, anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail, email in fraudulent and erroneous account information.

Complaint: In the month of XX/XX/XXXX, I placed a freeze of information on my reports with LexisNexis, the freeze was granted and took place on the XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, LexisNexis released my information to XXXX Credit Bureau, without consent and unlawfully disregarded my Freeze of information. I respectfully request from CFPB to have LexisNexis delete the information of the chapter XXXX bankruptcy that was released from my report immediately with confirmation. Documents are being sent and underway to CFPB by USPS Mail to show the proof of LexisNexis Violation of releasing personal and public information to outside sources violating the FCRA and the Federal Law.
On XX/XX/XXXX, I have sent a dispute to LexisNexis concerning the bankruptcy chapter XXXX reported on my file, a formal respond was suppose to have taken place from LexisNexis within 15 days, 40 days has gone by and I haven't heard any reply or any response from LexisNexis, which also puts LexisNexis in violation of the FCRA and should demand it to Delete the chapter XXXX bankruptcy off my report. Documents of proof are under way to CFPB. I request from CFPB to use it's proper laws and inspections over this matter and have Lexis Nexis Delete this public record immediately.
