Complaint: On or about the XX/XX/XXXX 2019 I sent in a letter asking XXXX for validation of a few inquiries on my report. I received an email on XXXX XXXX 2019 I received an email from XXXX stating they received my letter and issued me a dispute # of XXXX. On XX/XX/ 2019 I received a email stating my dispute was complete. Upon review of my credit report I found the results of their investigation had nothing to do with the inquiries in the letter they received on the XX/XX/XXXX 2019. I called to explain this to them but was given several vague security question. Unfortunately i was unable to get help from the representative.
I also noticed that the investigation they conducted was a bankruptcy in which they obtained according to them validated information threw a third party. The third party in which they validated the information with has an active suppression on my file dated XX/XX/XXXX 2019. this means that they were able to obtain information without my consent in writing and while my file was suppressed with the company verifying it.

Complaint: Dear LexisNexis ; I recently received a detail report on my LexisNexis credit file and I was looking through it, and noticed that there is an error with the way an Item is reporting with your organization and I would like it to be removed immediately. I extract some pages on the pile of paper that you send me, and I would like your company to remove this item from my credit report immediately.
My rights under the provisions of Section 611 of the Fair Credit and Reporting Act of 1970 are clear, I demand these accounts to be deleted from all current and future credit reports.
Additionally, please send me an updated FULL report once this has been resolved.
I believe that under Section 611 ( a ), it is plainly stated that a failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediately remove those items from my credit report.

Complaint: Despite two written requests, the unverified items listed below still remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. LexisNexis is required under the FCRA to have a copy of the original creditors or furnishers documentation on file to verify that this information is mine and is 100 % correct. In the results of your first investigation and subsequent reinvestigation, you stated in writing that you verified that these items are being reported correctly? Who verified these accounts? You have NOT provided me a copy of ANY original documentation ( a consumer contract with my signature on it etc. ) as required under Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) & Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). Furthermore you have failed to provide the method of verification as required under Section 611 ( a ) ( 7 ). Please be advised that under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA you are required to promptly DELETE all information which can not be verified.
The law is very clear as to the civil liability and the remedy available to me ( Section 616 & 617 ) if you fail to comply with Federal Law. I am a litigious consumer and fully intend on pursuing litigation in this matter to enforce my rights under the FCRA.

The 2018 Florida Statutes Title XXXIII REGULATION OF TRADE, COMMERCE, INVESTMENTS, AND SOLICITATIONS Chapter 501 CONSUMER PROTECTION View Entire Chapter 501.005Consumer report security freeze.
( 1 ) For purposes of this section, a security freeze means a notice placed in a consumer report that prohibits a consumer reporting agency, as defined in 15 U.S.C. s. 1681a ( f ), from releasing the consumer report, credit score, or any information contained within the consumer report to a third party without the express authorization of the consumer. This section does not prevent a consumer reporting agency from advising a third party that a security freeze is in effect with respect to the consumer report. For purposes of this part, the term consumer report has the same meaning set forth in 15 U.S.C. s. 1681a ( d ).
( 2 ) A consumer may place a security freeze on his or her consumer report by : ( a ) Making a request in writing by certified mail to a consumer reporting agency.
( b ) Including information that properly identifies the consumer.
( 3 ) A consumer reporting agency shall place a security freeze on a consumer report no later than 5 business days after receiving a request from the consumer.
( 4 ) The consumer reporting agency shall send a written confirmation of the security freeze to the consumer within 10 business days after instituting the security freeze and shall provide the consumer with a unique personal identification number or password to be used by the consumer when providing authorization for the removal of a security freeze on his or her consumer report pursuant to subsection ( 5 ) or subsection ( 11 ).

Complaint: The company I'm reporting is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They report people 's driving history to the auto insurance companies.
The problem I'm having is that they are reporting an accident I had on XXXX incorrectly. They are reporting it as an " At fault '' accident, when it should have been reported as a " Not at Fault '' accident.
Sometime during XX/XX/XXXX I discovered the accident was reported as an " At fault '' accident through an insurance agent who was giving me a quote. She explained to me that was the reason why the premiums were so high and recommended that I should contact LexisNexis. On XX/XX/XXXX I wrote them a letter explaining the situation, and sent documentation to show that the accident was not my fault. At that time I was insured by XXXX XXXX, so I provided them with a letter from the insurance company 's Claims Department and the police report. They sent me a letter on XX/XX/XXXX saying they corrected the record. They did not. I am attaching a recent quote from XXXX XXXX XXXX that shows it's still reported as an " At fault '' accident more than two years after they claim they corrected the record. This has cost me hundreds if not thousands of dollards during the past three years for outrageously high insurance premiums. I need your help to finally resolve this issue.

Complaint: I requested validation and verification of a bankruptcy with LexisNexis that has been reporting to the credit bureaus. After 30 days I received a response from Lexis Nexis stating this was verified. They did not give me the procedure used as requested. According to the FCRA credit reporting agencies are required to provide to the consumer the method of verification and proper validation upon request. This includes the name, address, and phone number of the verifying individual. Lexis Nexis violated the FCRA by not complying with its guidelines. Furthermore, I also contacted the local courthouse to verify if Lexis Nexis verified with them. I was told by the court clerk that they DO NOT give any information to any of the credit reporting agencies including Lexis Nexis. I do not know how Lexis Nexis received PROPER verification and validation if it did not come from the source of the information themselves. This is a direct infringement of my rights under the FCRA. I am asking that this bankruptcy be removed.
