Complaint: Since XXXX of XXXX I have been trying to get a claim the has been reported by NexisLexis on my XXXX report corrected, It was a hit and run to MY car in a parking lot. I was not even there when it happened. They have it as a at fault collision. I have sent them copies of the letter from the insurance company that states I am not at fault 3 times and I have been told they changed it in my record, but still to this date it comes back as an at fault accident. This makes me have a much higher premium than if it was not on my record.
