Complaint: XXXX v. LexisNexis Risk Solutions , Inc., No. XXXX ( E.D. Pa. 2012 ). LexisNexis was found liable in a class action lawsuit for storing and disseminating expunged records. After filing a dispute in their Process LexisNexis said they closed my dispute and told me I have to fix this. They have been contacted twice concerning the removal of my expunged records. No action has been taken. I was forced to give personal information to a operator in a foreign country with access to their database there operators would not identify thereslves or put me in contact with there legal department upon my request.should they be outsourceing access to us citizens personally identifiable information to the XXXX is another argument I would like to have answered.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2018, I received a response from LexisNexis about the reporting of information about a bankruptcy reporting on my LexisNexis report. I have included this response in this complaint. I would like to make a few bullet points to dispute their response as I believe this reporting is an example of defamation of my character, and is negligent enablement of identity fraud. 1. The address reporting on XXXX for this bankruptcy is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, ND XXXX. This is an incomplete address and I have never lived there. 2. XXXX doesn't report my full SSN on any court docs related to this bankruptcy. 3. I have a XXXX account and have PHYSICALLY VERIFIED the address reported as mine is incomplete and inaccurate, and my SSN is NOT fully reported on any of the court documents in this case. 4. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. is a SEPERATE COMPANY with a SEPERATE ADDRESS and PHYSICAL LOCATION then LexisNexis and it has not verified to me how it obtained this erroneous reported account, and it is NOT the original creditor, which by law, any agency must obtain any information about a consumer from an ORIGINAL CREDITOR. 5. " Documents are not required in Mr. XXXX 's matter. '' Just another example of a LexisNexis form letter being sent out with mistakes being overlooked without any PHYSICAL VERIFICATION being done! 6. Although bankruptcies are indeed a matter of public record, it is the duty of the CRA by FCRA law that the CRA must PHYSICALLY VERIFY the accounts being reported are 100 PERCENT ACCURATE and all information is CORRECT before placing them on a consumers credit report. If this isn't done, one could sell bogus, erroneous information to the CRA without it being VERIFIED as FACT. 7. I have received no description of PHYSICAL VERIFICATION used to determine the ACCURACY and CORRECTNESS of information being reported to my LexisNexis account file, including business name, address of said business, and telephone number and contact persons name that furnished this information to LexisNexis.

Complaint: XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and LexisNexis are all reporting an unverified bankruptcy. When I disputed the item and asked them to verify it, they said they verified it through the courts. That is impossible and incorrect. The courts DO NOT speak to or verify items with third party agencies or credit bureaus. I even sent them the letter to prove this and they still are improperly showing this unverified bankruptcy.
