Complaint: I submitted a public record investigation request to LexisNexis XX/XX/2018 & XX/XX/2018. I received a responses more than 30 days after stating that the public record item was verified. In my correspondence, I request the Method of Verification which LexisNexis did not give in clear violation of FCRA. Additionally, they exceeded 30-day response requirements as per the FCRA.

Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem

Complaint: Quite some weeks ago I filed concurrent complaints with the CFPB, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and LexisNexis about the volume of unsolicited and patently illegal credit offers appearing in my mail boxes.
In my complaints, I obviously requested to " opt-out '' of such offers, however I also made explicit inquiries with EACH of those listed about about how and to whom they made decisions about provided my personal information without my consent ( including lenders offering lines of credit at 350 % to over 500 % APRs ).
Let me be clear about the concerns I expressed - XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and LexisNexis each sold or otherwise provided my personal details for lenders ostensibly operating from Tribal territories, who sent me reams of unsolicited credit offers that violated US consumer protection laws - and EACH of those listed failed to even acknowledge my inquiries, let alone respond.
Similarly, CFPB failed to follow-up or provide substantive assistance as well. I can tell that CFPB did little more than forward my inquiry to these firms.
All listed should know that I am compiling a comprehensive record of the offers received, but my complaints and concerns provided, and the response ( or lack of response ) from those listed, to provide as an investigative file to the XXXX XXXX. The XXXX 's investigative teams seem to see parallels between current lending trends and rates of fraud and other illegal behavior, and the 2008 financial system crash. I happen to agree.

Complaint: Lexis Nexis has failed to respond through written communication within 30 days from certified mailed letter that was signed by XXXX on XXXX. Lexis Nexis has violated the FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C 16811 ) that they did not provide me with a description of the procedure to determines the accuracy and completeness of the disputed information. In dispute letter I informed them that FCRA Section 611 ( a ) ( 2 ) requires them to contact the furnisher of the information and to provide me with the name, address, and telephone number of each federal bankruptcy court clerk contacted regarding this alleged bankruptcy, who they referred this dispute to ; and who responded back with the required " verification ''. In the meantime, I also obtained a letter from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court which clearly stated that they do not provide any information to the Credit Bureaus. Furthermore : Please Note : Bankruptcy Rule 9037 which states that " personal identific.ation information defined as individuals Social Security, and tax payer identification numbers, names of minor children, last four digits of financial account number, and dates of birth, be redacted from documents filed with the court. " Therefore, ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) claim that their subscription to XXXX was used to obtain verification is not only a violation of FCRA Section 611 ( a ) ( 2 ) which requires you to notify the party who furnished the disputed information, ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) is also in violation of Section 5 ( a ) of the Federal Trade Commission Act ( FTC Act ) ( 15 USC 45 ) which prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices '' by purposely reporting information that they have assumed is verifiable based off circumstance
