Complaint: XX/XX/2017 I had filed for Personal Bankruptcy via Chapter XXXX. In the XX/XX/2017 the trustee of the Bankruptcy Court would not accept the Chapter XXXX filing due to the income levels stated by the laws of MD. Instead of pursuing Chapter XXXX case the trustee dismissed the Chapter XXXX filing. This is showing on LexisNexis as Chapter XXXX discharged. Then they are selling this information to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX as accurate information. I've spoken to the clerk of the Bankruptcy Court. In way, shape or form do they pass, sell this information to any Credit Bureau. This inaccurate information has to bought via XXXX or some system that mines and sells public information. I've been negotiating with creditors to resolve debt. I can't have inaccurate information on my report if the debt on my original filling was never discharged.

Complaint: LexisNexis was sent a letter on XX/XX/2019 requesting for both a copy of my report, and for LexisNexis to up date my information by deleting all incorrect information that may be on my report.
Today is the XX/XX/XXXX, well over 30 days and I have been ignored. This is a violation!
I need LexisNexis to provide me with my report and correct any information listed in the letter. I will reattach the letter. If I do not receive this information within 15 days, I will file a lawsuit.

Complaint: LexisNexis Risk Solutions ticket # XXXX Attempted to get credit report for business via email and phone.
They refused requiring verification of a non-existent form " certificate of existence ''. While there is a California " Certificate of Good Standing '', they refused to accept that form name and the non-US customer service agent, whom not familiar with laws, was unable to find the proper form.
Wasted over 2.5 hours as a business owner trying to get our business credit report.
Also, they requested me to send my Social Security, Utility Bill, Business Tax ID, and Drivers License # via unencrypted email.
It's a shame that I need to expose my personal details on the internet, unencrypted, to get my business credit report.

Complaint: When getting a auto insurance quote they pulled the XXXX . report from Nexis Lexis. Nexis Lexis shows that I have had two auto accidents in the past five years in XXXX. Here is the issue though I have been in XXXX for the past five years and haven't been back in XXXX. As well the truck involved in both of the wrecks is my dads truck and he was the driver in both wrecks. Yet they show the accidents under my reports and his reports. Pulled my DMV record which is clean and offered to send that into Nexis Lexis. They said they will look into the record and dispute the claims but nothing may change and they will don't want me to send my DMV report. They also did not confirm if they actually pull records by the SSN or DL number. As well they do not audit their information or check that they are searching the correct records. Have told them to dispute the findings and they have done nothing on the reports or looked into the matter. This has been going on for four years now and they will not correct. Currently seeking legal action against them for inaccurate reporting against a person, and unwillingness to audit or look into the report.
