Complaint: LexisNexis filed a response to my last dispute stating they have removed a bankruptcy from my credit report. Their response also indicates that it was removed due to exceeding the timeframe for verification. They are refusing to admit that the public information was never verified. I have proof of the continual lies. The bankruptcy is still showing on my credit report even after LexisNexis claimed they removed it. The response from LexisNexis states that bankruptcy is verified with the Pacer system. MORE LIES AND I HAVE PROOF!!! There is no bankruptcy listed under my name in the Pacer system. This bankruptcy should be removed immediately

I have a unverified account that is not accurate showing on my credit file from a XXXX FORMERLY XXXX # XXXX. this account should be deleted ASAP it is not right. Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I sent letters to Lexis Nexis asking for proper verification of two bankruptcies that are on my credit reports. Lexis Nexis is in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) as it has not responded to my letter dated XX/XX/XXXX to date. Lexis Nexis has not been able to provide direct verification from the US Bankruptcy Court in Texas. I have a letter from the bankruptcy court stating they don't provide information directly to credit reporting agencies. ( see letter attached to this complaint ). In fact the credit bureaus state on their dispute reports that they use LexisNexis which is a third party to verify this information. Outside of getting dispute result reports back, Lexis Nexis has not sent me anything in regards to how exactly they are verifying this information that is on my credit report. I have asked several times and they are unable or unwilling to provide additional information. I am asking that Lexis Nexis remove this unverifiable information in regards to the two bankruptcies it is reporting.
