Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I certified mailed a formal dispute letter to LexisNexis Consumer Center, to which they signed for on XX/XX/2019.
LexisNexis violated Federal law per the Fair Credit Reporting Act section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) by not responding back within 30-days.
LexisNexis failed to respond within 30 days by not providing their Method of Verification, copies of any documentation bearing my signature of the accuracy, compliance and reportability of their listing which they maintain under my Social Security number.

Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Complaint: I notified all 3 credit reporting agencies XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX that the Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy was an error starting with the court. My husband filed for a joint Chapter XXXX but I asked to be dismissed at the meeting of the creditors. The trustee agreed to remove me and allow my husband to go forward. Many trips later to court I found out I was never removed. I was able to finally get the judge to dismiss my case but it was 2 years later! I disputed my credit bureau reporting numerous times. I even submitted my court paperwork as well as 2 years of my on time mortgage payments. All during this time my mortgage disappeared off my report, then reappeared then was removed, my open credit cards were saying they were part of a bankruptcy and I was unable to refinance my house. Im being first punished by a court error then the credit reporting agencies for reporting information that is not correct. I cant get ahead with my credit because all my hard work ( mortgage ) is no longer reporting. Im asking for my Chapter XXXX dismissed case to be removed from all 3 credit bureaus.

Complaint: LACING MY REPORT WITH FALS ENTRIES>illegal-FCRAXXXX 1. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received my Lexis Nexis C.L.U.E . Report for my car insurance. I am doing a re-rate next month with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I do not have home insurance.
On XX/XX/XXXX, I called Lexis Nexis twice-to dispute the items on my Reported Claim History For RISK. Attached, is the item on page 1, in the middle of the page. ( car insurance ) On XX/XX/XXXX, M XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( fire and casualty ) for cause of loss XXXXamount paid {$3800.00} at the address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( wrong address ), XXXX, AZ XXXX. False information-DELETE! -FCRA I disputed this- for my personal address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX, XXXX, AZ XXXX . It is a mailbox at XXXX.
There is no space for wind damage in my tiny mailbox for {$3800.00} as I informed Lexis Nexis.
2. On page one, I disputed- at the top, " RECAP '' Risk 1 Claim Reported. Delete at once! Not mine. FCRA 3. On page 2, Lexis Nexis and XXXX have NOT updated my payment information on Lexis Nexis report. FCRA XXXX XXXX ( last activity-9/2018 ) I pay every month on time and its XX/XX/XXXX. That's 7 months of unrecorded monthly payments. FCRA XXXX XXXX ( last activity10/2018 ). I pay every month on time and its XX/XX/XXXX. That's 6 months of unrecorded monthly payments. FCRA 3. On page 3, Lexis Nexis must remove " revolving accounts past due {$2900.00} ''. Remove entire entry for it is not mine and false information. FCRA Remove 18 entries for inquires on the same day- XX/XX/XXXX Remove 2 entries for XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX.

Complaint: I filed a dispute with LexisNexis involving a public record that is incorrectly reporting on my credit report. It is a Chapter XXXX bankruptcy filing XXXX. They are required by law to report all information on my report 100 % accurately. I disputed the information and it was promptly " VERIFIED. I asked specifically HOW the item was verified and I was not provided with that information. I want to know exactly what was " actually '' done. I received a letter from the courthouse stating that they " DO NOT REPORT ANY INFORMATION TO CREDIT BUREAUS. '' If the incorrect information didnt come from them, then I DEMAND to know where LexisNexis got it!
I have a legal right to dispute information, according to FCRA 623, the furnisher of information. If this information was received from a " vendor, '' then I demand to know the name and address of this vendor. As of yet, these letters serve as undeniable PROOF of LexisNexis failure to conduct a reasonable investigation as required by the FCRA, and their " verification '' of obviously incorrect information. LexisNexis DID NOT CONTACT THE SOURCE to investigate this item.

Complaint: This is in regards to the previous complaint filed with the CFPB, XXXX. I asked LexisNexis to update my Current Carrier insurance report with all the policies I have had for the past 7 years since there were gaps on my report and I have not had any insurance gap. I contacted all the insurance companies I have had and compiled a PDF with the Declaration pages for each and every single Policy I have had and sent it to Lexis Nexis so they would updated the missing ones. Not only I was forced to contact the CFPB since they ignored me when I contacted them directly, but now I receive an " updated '' report which is still missing over 10 policies.
