Complaint: XXXX XXXX has reported incorrect and unverified information to all three credit agencies. They claimed that this information was verified by the bankruptcy court. I requested the information of the individual persons name and contact information who verified this information. I have submitted this in affidavit form in which I have not gotten a response. I did submit an affidavit to the bankruptcy court in which they replied that they don't verify information with no third party companies. Basically XXXX XXXX take upon them selves to search public records to provide this information which could and could not be accurate. Everything on public record is not accurate and error are made all time and never corrected. This seem to be something XXXX XXXX is doing strictly for monetary gains no matter how it hurts the individual. The credit agencies is reporting this information with out 100 % verification only what another third party is telling them what they claim to be accurate.

Complaint: This complaint is about the unauthorized LexisNexis inquiry that was performed XXXX, XXXX, XXXX on me. I learned about this LexisNexis search from an XXXX credit report dated XX/XX/XXXX, report # XXXX. I did not give permission verbally or in writing to anyone or any party to conduct any LexisNexis inquiry or search about me. LexisNexis did not provide this critical information after I formally requested it. For this unauthorized LexisNexis search, I called XXXX the same day I received the copy of my credit report. XXXX representative advised me to call LexisNexis. I then called LexisNexis asking to know who requested the LexisNexis search on me. Their representative said We dont know the party, request your whole file. As part of that phone call, I requested my whole LexisNexis file. The LexisNexis representative told me that this is the only information available to me for this unauthorized report about me. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a damaged envelope from LexisNexis that contained only 19 pages of the 400-page report. I reported this loss to the USPS and to LexisNexis immediately upon receipt. On XX/XX/XXXX I received the full LexisNexis report that was 400 pages only to find that it did not include the information I needed the identification of the party who requested the unauthorized LexisNexis search about me dated XX/XX/XXXX. LexisNexis did not provide the critical information the identity of the person originating this search. I was and am extremely concerned about the sensitive information in this report. I am concerned that I am the target of identity theft. ( I froze my credit with all three credit bureaus immediately. ) As part of my own due diligence and wanting to know if vendors serving me - XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, my local utility companies, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX might have initiated a LexisNexis search, I called them and they said no. None of these vendors requested a LexisNexis search on me. In fact, I was advised that it is not a normal business practice.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I requested validation and verification of a bankruptcy with Lexis Nexis that has been reporting to the credit bureaus. After 30 days I received a response from XXXX stating this was verified. They did not give me the procedure used as requested. According to the FCRA credit reporting agencies are required to provide to the consumer the method of verification and proper validation upon request. This includes the name, address, and phone number of the verifying individual. Lexis Nexis violated the FCRA by not complying with its guidelines. Furthermore, I also contacted the local courthouse to verify if Lexis Nexis verified with them. I was told by the court clerk that they DO NOT give any information to any of the credit reporting agencies including Lexis Nexis. I do not know how XXXX or Lexis Nexis received PROPER verification and validation if it did not come from the source of the information themselves. This is a direct infringement of my rights under the FCRA. I am asking that this bankruptcy be removed.

According to my research they are under the FCRA rules ; thus, they have violated the 30 day response. I contacted Lexis Nexis via phone around the first week of XX/XX/XXXX to inquiry about the dispute and I was told the dispute was still under review. I advised the CSR that the time for response is past -due ; thus, the incorrect information has to be deleted. As of today XX/XX/2018 : I still have not received a response and they are in violation of the FCRA.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I entered into a residential real estate purchase contract to sell my home. The contract requires that the seller furnish a XXXX XXXX report to the buyer within 5 days of the signing of the contract. I contacted Lexis/Nexis who administers and furnishes the reports on XXXX XX/XX/2019 as instructed by my insurer. I filled out the online report request form, and indicated I would like to receive the report via email. The online information provided after I filled out the form to obtain the report stated that the report would be mailed and I would receive it in 15 days. I then called the customer service line to try and obtain a copy of the XXXX XXXX report in a timely manner so that the contract to purchase my house could be finalized. I was informed by a customer service agent that Lexis/Nexis no longer provides report via email for security reasons and that there was no way to send the report to me faster than 15 days. I was told that this policy, of only using regular mail, was put into place about a month ago. I explained several times that this was jeopardizing my ability to fulfill my obligations under the residential real estate purchase contract. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that one was not available but that I could put in a request to receive a call back within 48 hours. This was not an acceptable resolution. XXXX has personal consumer data and/or information that I require to complete a contract. I was not notified of the change in policy and could not request my report in advance in anticipation of the contract. My claims history contained in the XXXX report is unreasonably being withheld from me and is likely to cause extreme financial harm to me. I would like the company to provide my report immediately and for the policy to be changed so that real estate contracts nationwide are not jeopardized by this unreasonable and unconscionable policy.

Complaint: Please note that this complaint is in reference to complaint number XXXX-XXXX that was sent to LexisNexis on XX/XX/2019, requesting LexisNexis to contact XXXX credit Bureau to remove the bankruptcy records from it's files and delete it. LexisNexis is being held responsible for selling my private and public information and selling it to XXXX Credit Bureau for profit without any consent or authorization from me. It has been over 30 days on this complaint, LexisNexis never made an attempt to reply or even made an attempt to contact this predatory credit bureau XXXX what so ever.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 I was struck by a deer while driving. I was alone and I was not injured and neither was anyone else. I filed a police report so that I could make a comprehensive claim on my car. Later I found out that it was reported on my MVR as property damage accident crash report. Ive hit deer before and filed police reports and no others show up. I spoke with my insurance company who informed me that it was reported inaccurately and it shouldnt be on my MVR as an accident because it was a comprehensive claim and there was no damage to anything but my own vehicle. Now I am looking for a new insurance company and the inaccurate record is making my premiums extremely high.
