Information is incorrect
Complaint: LexisNexis has willfully and maliciously allowed false information to remain on my insurance report for four years and is unable to provide accurate information in reference to the use of my profile with them. On XX/XX/XXXX I was involved with a not at fault accident where the at fault driver rear ended my XXXX XXXX XXXX and the driver was excluded for the owners insurance and thus was an uninsured motorist. Then on XX/XX/XXXX I was shopping for new car insurance and it was disclosed to me by XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX insurance that said accident was reporting as an At Fault hit and run accident with damage of {$17000.00} and makes me ineligible for car insurance. Upon contact with LexisNexis and the insurance company that handled the claim XXXX, it was determined based of evidence provided to me that LexisNexis doesnt keep accurate records of who requests a Loss History report or who requested a copy of the consumer file. Also it was determined that they willfully and maliciously keep false data on a consumers file because they keep claiming that my file states the accident is not a fault in their system but then when an insurance company pulls it they state at fault. There are multiple requests to fix the false information and even with an agent from XXXX insurance on the phone LexisNexis would still not fix the false information. Upon request from XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX with two different policys this false information has been used to determine my rates with them thus causing me to pay higher premiums then I should have been paying.

Complaint: There is a public record being reported on my credit file, and it says that the data furnisher is the bankruptcy court, it also says that this bankruptcy was discharged on XX/XX/2016, I disputed this bankruptcy with the credit bureaus because it doesn't seem correct to me. First I never filed for bankruptcy, I told the credit bureaus that this was another persons bankruptcy and that the person has the same name as me. I contacted the court and asked about this matter and they told me that the courts do not share bankruptcy information with the credit bureaus, another thing that isn't correct is the address on that bankruptcy because it says XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Ma XXXX and I have never lived at that address. I live in XXXX, Ma and my address is XXXX XXXX XXXX, as I was looking at my credit report, it says that they get this bankruptcy information from a company called Lexis Nexis, I don't know what that company is or what it is that they do. When I disputed this bankruptcy with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX, for some reason it came back as verified and that it was accurate and this can not be right. I need this public record deleted from my credit file.

Complaint: Since LexisNexis is a 3rd party consumer they have to gather their information from public documents. XX/XX/XXXX, The XXXX Georgia Bankruptcy court informed me they do NOT grant access to private information to 3rd party credit companies or reporting agencies. Bankruptcies include full social security information and the XXXX site does not provide a full social to use as a verification method. The bankruptcy LexisNexis is reporting has been disputed NUMEROUS time with all 3 credit reporting agencies over the course of 4 1/2 years, since XXXX. LexisNexis is reporting a bankruptcy that never stood before a judge. I never made/set up payments on a chapter XXXX bankruptcy. I have no knowledge of a bankruptcy that took place and finalized. XXXX, XXXX and XXXX state they use LexisNexis to validate all public records such as foreclosures, tax liens and bankruptcies. LexisNexis is providing false information they can't provide me insight on if it's inaccurate and non-existing. I requested a full disclosure of my information they have on file to dispute with them directly but since this is a 4 1/2 year old issue I haven't had any break through on I'm taking this route. This inaccurate information not only violates the FCRA, but has cost my score to drop 150 pts since the day it appeared on my credit. Has made me have to have criminal interest rates, denials for apartments/homes, has made my life harder for an error on someone else 's part. I want documents of verification on the bankruptcy they're reporting belongs to me with my full social, not partial, wet-ink signatures not electronic, and proof I paid on one at some point.

Complaint: Someone else 's homeowners insurance policy was placed on my LexisNexis CLUE report. I have no financial obligation to the policy, nor to the property. How is this even possible? How in the world would XXXX XXXX or Lexis Nexis even have my personal information if it is not on the policy to use to add me to a policy without the policy holdes approval and to start to report against me when I am not a party to the claims? This is beyond unbelievable. I have spoken with XXXX XXXX from the XXXXXXXX KS office XXXX and he confirmed that I am not on the policy and never have been. In fact, claims that occured before I was in the residence are added to my CLUE file. I have complained to Lexis Nexis that I am not on the policy. However, you will see that it is my name on the report listed as Subscriber # 1. I am not on the pollicy in anyway. No tenant/care taker/renter should ever have the homeowners policy attached to their report. According to LexisNexis, XXXX insurance has validated this as accurate in the disputes I have called in to Lexis Nexis. As you can see from the paperwork attached, LexisNexis chose not to follow the law and get a copy of the homeowners policy from XXXX or the local agent XXXX XXXX to prove that I have a financial responsibility to this account to verify its accurancy. Instead they tried to collect more personal data on a non-property owner and non-policy holder. This is a violation of my rights by XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX as well as Lexis Nexis. It is against FRCA to report accounts that are not mine and to verify them as accurate without documentation and an investigation. Furthermore, I have been advised that it violates insurance reporting to attach random claims to someone not responsible for the debt. This is beyond ridiculous that it has taken 6 months for this to not be handled. I demand this be removed from my report immediately. I have called LexisNexis 3 times to dispute this and they told me it is MY problem to validate that it isnt mine. You have to be kidding me? I am supposed to ask the homeowner and policy holder for their policy, Social Security Number, Date of Birth and all to prove it isnt me while supplying all this information on me as well. Hmmmm, this is not how the law works. They need to prove this information, which they can not as I am not on the policy and have no ownership stake in the property. Please investigate and ensure this gets removed from my CLUE and A-Plus reports.

Complaint: This is the third complaint against LexisNexis demanding they fix gaps in coverage showing on my Current Carrier insurance report as per FACTA. I have sent them a PDF file via email last XXXX, containing the Declaration pages for all the uninterrupted auto insurance coverage for the past 7 years. I have received an updated report from them, dated XX/XX/XXXX and it is still showing incorrect gaps in coverage Specifically, the XXXX policy showing on the report, policy ending in XXXX, the from date is showing incorrectly as XXXX, when it should be showing XXXX. There is two other XXXX policies with the same policy number ending in XXXX missing from the report ; one of them has a from date of : XXXX and a to date of : XXXX. The third XXXX policy missing ends in XXXX as well and has a from and to date of : XXXX and XXXX respectively. Furthermore, there is several XXXX policies missing. Policy XXXX, from XXXX, to XXXX.
