Complaint: I was contacted by the lender and told i was eligible for a {$3000.00} increase. She asked me if i rent and what my monthly rent was. I advised her i had just refinanced the loan. She stated I was eligible for an increase and asked if I wanted the full {$3000.00}. I advised her that I did not want my payment to go over $ 300 monthly. She stated she would call me back after she processed the paperwork. She never obtained my permission to pull my credit. The next morning she advised me the company declined to extend the credit. I advised her I had discussed the fact that I had just refinanced prior to her offering an additional loan. She advised me I was eligible for the loan but the company declined. I have received a copy of my consumer report with a hard pull from the lender. I have contacted the office to report this.

I have not been provided proof that I owe the debt. <P/>Worse of all they report that I last made a payment XX/XX/XXXX which is not true in any way shape or form and extends the statutes of limitations of the time this loan can be reported for an another almost two years. <P/>I ask that they show proof of a payment that I made on XX/XX/XXXX or remove that date from the report, I ask that they show proof that they sent written communication of an attempt to collect a debt and that they can validate and did validate that I owed it. <P/>This is not a valid debt and the reporting dates of payment is wrong, the debt is paid, and I ask it to be removed.

Complaint: Lendmark Financial Service. is in violation of 15 USC 1692g, 15 USC 1692j and 18 U.S. Code 241.Lendmark Financial Service , unlawfully with out a court order or proof of claim arbitrarily deprived me of my property without due process of law. The seizure of my property without a warrant and without a court order is a violation of FRCP rule 41 and 18 U.S. Code 983. I was never personally given any loan fr om Lendmark Financial Service and was never given any accounting or receipt disclosing the transaction which took place between Lendmark Financial Service and the seller. After further discovery I have learn that Lendmark Financial Service used my identity to obtain a fraudulent loan from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX . Therefor e Lendmark Financial Service is not the holder in due course, which would explain why they could not provide validation for the allege debt. It is more then clear that Lendmark Financial Service has committed fraud being that Lendmark Financial Service is a Co rporation and corporations or banks can not lend credit and that Lendmark Financial Service pro vided false representation to the credit bureaus which is defamation of character, for a loan that never existed. Due to the fraud committed by Lendmark, my property was stolen from me unlawfully, I have been denied credit based off false information and been the victim of identity theft.
