Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX stated that they sold my bad debt to XXXX XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX which is incorrect. According to XXXX XXXX they obtained my account on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, therefore XXXX is still reporting false inaccurate information. There are XXXX accounts listed on my credit report from Lendmark Financial one ending with # XXXX in the amount of {$2000.00} and the other one ending with # XXXX in the amount of {$1400.00}. I only had XXXX account with Lendmark and each time Lendmark sold or transferred my account they created a new account number which also added another tradeline to my credit report creating multiple tradelines from the same creditor which has severely affected my credit rating even more. I have made several attempts with Lendmark to correct this matter but I was only disrespected and humiliated and hung up on by one of the managers, and XXXX representatives. I have also disputed this matter to all the credit bureaus and nothing has been done, but Lendmark manages to constantly update my credit report with new or updated information according to the credit bureaus, which is still affecting my credit rating. Again if my account has been sold to XXXX XXXX and they are collecting on this debt as well why is lendmark still reporting on my credit report. I am requesting for the fifth time that Lendmark remove there multiple tradelines from my credit report and allow the company that they sold the debt to, to collect on such debt.

Complaint: WE HAVE A LOAN WITH A COMPANY CALLED LENDMARK FINACIAL. WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING WITH A XXXX PERSON AS PART OF THE XXXX AND HE ADVISED US TO CONTACT YOU. WE GOT BEHIND ON A PAYMENT BECAUSE MY HUSBAND WAS GOING INTO THE VA HOSPITAL FOR XXXX AND ANOTHER COMPANY CALLED XXXX XXXX XXXX REPOSSED OUR TRUCK ILLEGALLY AND THE DLLR REGULATORS AT THE STATE OF MD HAD THEM RETURN IT BUT IN THE MEANTIME DEPENDING ON FAMILY TO GET AROUND WE BECAME BACK BEHIND WITH OUR PAYMENTS TO LENDMARK AND WAS WORKING WITH ANOTHER FINANCIAL READINESS PERSON THRU THE XXXX AND WE SIGNED THE ATTACHED FORM WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT AS LONG AS WE DIDNOT GO IN DEFAULT ON OUR PAYMENTS THAN THEY WOULD NOT PUT A JUDGEMENT AGAINST US. WE NOW OWE XXXX AND THEY NOW WANT ATTORNEY FEES IN THE AMOUNT OF XXXX. WE DO N'T OWE THEM THOSE FEES. WE ARE WITH FINACIAL READINESS TO ASSIST US WITH BILLS. WE ARE ON A FIXED INCOME. WE RECIVED LETTERS ATTACHED INDICTING OUR BALANCE WAS XXXX SO WE DIDNOT PAY THAN WE WOULD RECIVE A LETTER WITH A BALANCE DUE. WE GET THE IMPRESSION THAT SINCE THEY WOULD NOT NEGOIATE WITH OUR XXXX PERSON THAT WE WERE BEING SCAMMED. I RETURNED A CALL AND THEY NEGOIATED THE AMOUNT DOWN A XXXX DOLLARS AND THAN DENIED THEY DID IT. WE WILL FAXS YOU A COPY OF THE LETTERS INDICATING WE HAD A XXXX BALANCE

Complaint: I open an account with Lendmark Financial, XXXX, GA XXXX, in XXXX 2015 for {$5000.00}. Today, I called and ask for my payoff balance and the manager XXXX stated my payoff is {$4900.00}.
She further stated the reason why the balance is still high is that when I paid two or three payments in advance I should have still made payments the following months so the interest would not continue to accrue.
She also stated I was charged late fees of {$30.00} from making payments 1 or 2 days after due date. This is unacceptable because when I initially open this account I set it up for automatic debit.
As of today, I have paid over {$2300.00} plus late fees and my balance is {$4900.00}.
Your assistance is greatly needed and appreciated in this matter because I really do n't want to ruin my credit.

Complaint: I was only 2 weeks past due and an employee left me a voicemail and then when she thought she hung up she said " I am going to call her at her job '' a girl in the background said " who '' and then she said " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' I have the recording of her saying this. I then called them back and stated I was filing for Bankruptcy and then an employee told me that she would still garnish my wages if I did n't bring in a payment. They have called me every single day and left me voicemails. I just now have turned into a 30 day account and they are collecting on me like I am over 180 days. I work for a XXXX company as well and that is not how you treat customers. Especially ones who have always been current for 2 years and have just run into a hardship.

Complaint: I 've had a vhicule loan for about XXXXyrs.or more & was keeping it up financially untill I was injured about XXXX diffrent times, & would refinance the loan to stay in good stanging untill this last time I was in very good standing, & XXXX of the loan officer kelp requesting me to refinance just to have time off from making a paymt.for XXXX months. & XXXX. So I did, & sign all the paper work that he ask me to sign, & XXXX dayslater he call me & told me that I needed to come & sign over the title because he forgot to give it to XXXX signed, but I just did not have time to go back to their office at that time, & he would call me about XXXX more times requesting for me to come & right as I thought about taking time to go there, he called again & I spoke to XXXX their reprsentative to let her know what was happening & that their reprsentative is acting like I did something wrong, but he is the one who forgot to give me the papers to sign, so he should come to me, or send the paper for me to sign..the next month comes for me to make paymt. & another reprsentative asking for paymt., but I had up to XXXX days to make it ... so I call their big office & wanted to make a paymt Through them as i had done before but they referred me to a online paymt., so that is what i did.
XXXX of the female reprsentative mentioned that they have a XXXX lien & another company has a second lien & that is the reason that i am understanding why they are harrassing me to sign title paper. Making it clear that they do not want the second lien holder to have an oppotunitive to get a XXXX. lein on the title..
I told them that I am going to make this complaint because they would not allow me to make my payment on time to XXXX of their reprsentative who had call me that morning & stated that he would be there untill closing if I wanted to pay & when I called he would not come to the phone. I fact no one came which would make my payment late & then they tried to get me to refinance the loan that I just recently refinanced & I was caught up on my payments ... Mostly everything I have mention was / is recorded on my android ....

Complaint: Lendmark Financial is trying to collect on a debt 2 times which they have already sold or transferred to another company, and will not remove from my credit report after my several attempts of disputing. They have multiple accounts on my credit report for same company, different dollar amoounts which is severely affecting my credit rating. XXXX of their reps from the company told me they would removed the account from my credit report back on XXXX XXXX, 2016 because they longer had my account or file.

Complaint: My due date for the loan is the XXXX of every month but I do n't get my retirement check till the XXXX which I fall in the category of making the payment before the 10 day Grace period. The problem is that every time I make my payment, all of the payment is going towards interest and none to principal. Plus the loan balance is increasing. I have complained and question why all of the payment is going to the interest and none to principal and they says that everyday my payment is late causes more interest. I will think this company is taking advantage of poor people and something needs to be done.

Complaint: I have a loan with Lendmark financial and I have been paying more than minimum for more than 2 years. I called the the company for my pay-off quote and they told me the amount. I quickly made the payment. Few months later they called me and told me that I was still owing them. I went into their office and they saw something they called a glitch in their system. They promised to look into it, but in the time been, we had an agreement that they would be calling me to make minimum payment to avoid credit issue.
I have been making the payment to agents anytime they call me, while waiting for the result of the inquiry.
I found out that they have reported a late payment on my credit that has bad effect on my credit. I do have the print out they gave me from the office. When I called the office they were surprised to know that their office reported me to the credit bureau.

Debt resulted from identity theft
Complaint: A loan amount from Lendmark Financial appears on my credit reports in which the debts does not belong to me. I have contacted the creditor on several occassions explaining to them that I have been a victim of idetity theft for over 21 years and that the listed fraud account account thats reporting to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX does not belong to me and to please remove it at once. I spoke with the manager at the Lendmark home office ( XXXX XXXX ) and she advise me to send her a copy of a police report and a photo copy of my drivers license. I complied to her request only to find myself in a whirl spin though if it seems none of the documents are n't good enough. She complaining that the police officer did not sign of on the report, or the police officer spelled her company name wrong or my identification is too dark. This has been very time consuming and very stressful.
It would be greatly appreciated if you all could assist me in resolving this matter.

Complaint: Lendmark Financial- Attempted to make first payment on loan through XXXX bill pay. Called for the address and was given the wrong address by their customer service team. My bank let me know that the money had not been paid over a week later. So I called again and was given a different address so I resent the payment I received a notice for a fee for cancelation of payment a month later. By that time my wife and I had both made a payment and provided the bank information to Lendmark. I have sent the escalation manager several emails and submitted an email via their online complaint portal and have received no response. I have called again and have not been able to reach the manager I spoke to initially. Are you the correct org for this type of complaint?
