Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX in the late afternoon or early evening my boss took me to check out at ad for XXXX XXXX XXXX located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX. Telephone number is XXXX. I called before going and was told that some of the cars from the current ad where still there. When we arrived in a matter of minutes all the cars were gone so I picked another vehicle. I filled out the credit application and was told that I needed a co-signer ... or they would carry me with more down. I asked at that point if that would require another credit check? I was lied to. I was told not to worry that all inquiries are soft until approval then it would be more detailed at contract signing. I went home to get more money and in checking my credit report I discovered that their credit department ran my credit 5 times with agencies I never approved of. They even tried with my own bank without my permission. This tactic of lying, confusing and misleading advertising and marketing is high-pressure sales without concern for the consumer so now that I was deceived I refused to go back to XXXX XXXX XXXX with my {$3000.00}. Because I never bought the car from them now my credit report reflects a flat out denial when I could have bought the car. I called several times and nobody would come to the phone nor call me back ...!!!

Complaint: I have a loan with HYUNDAI CAPITAL AMERIC. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason, I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record with this company. I tried contacting both XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and HYUNDAI CAPITAL AMERIC with no successful resolution. XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX were reporting me late. There was definitely an error on their part. I was never 30 days late.

Complaint: HYUNDAI MOTOR FINANCE DID NOT CORRECT PAYMENT DISPUTE AS PROMISED YOUR COMPLAINT On XXXX, a payment due for XX/XX/XXXX, in the amount of {$350.00} was submitted from one of my checking accounts, posted, then was reversed. The SAME DAY, I submitted another payment, in the amount of {$350.00} from a DIFFERENT checking account. The 2nd payment posted to my Hyundai account, reduced the principal balance, but the DUE DATE did not update. Hyundai has acknowledged there was a " glitch '', but failed to correct my due date. Hyundai opened a complaint, but no resolution has been made. The funds were deducted from my XXXX XXXX " XXXX checking '' account, trace ID # XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Per Hyundai 's own payment history, which they provided to me, my principal balance on XX/XX/XXXX was {$16000.00}, and after the XX/XX/XXXX payment posted, my principal balance was then {$15000.00}. I struggled to make two more payments in the month of XX/XX/XXXX to bring my account current, but my due date has still not been corrected. Complaint: Beginning in XXXX of 2018, I sent a certified letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX explaining that I was disputing the amount they said I still owed on the leased vehicle I turned back in to them. I awaited a response in the mail but never received one. I sent additional letters over the next couple months without any written response other than a bill. They then started to mark my account as past due and eventually marked it as " charged off ''. All the while, I was making every attempt to get this resolved with them directly. They continued to ignore my requests and unfairly marked it as charged off. I have since made additional attempts to get the matter resolved but to no avail.

Made all the payments got all caught up, At this point they repeatedly called me turning told him I already made payment arrangements and told them that I made a payment they said that they didnt have it I said oh but let me give you the confirmation number when I did that they found my payment. Then in XXXX we fell behind I caught them actually XXXX I caught them every time I told them but I was going to pay and how much I was going to pay them print computer number because when out to me and next day get another phone, I never noticed anything any computer so Im XX/XX/XXXX I caught them made a payment of XXXX took it off my card. On the phone with them that day I made payment arrangements tell them I say that with my bank for XXXX to come out every two weeks And I told them that I would be making bigger payments and a back payment every two weeks and Ive called him every week to set that up XX/XX/XXXX or XXXX XXXX they repo my car I never got a notice about it never got a phone call. I called them it was on the phone with them for three hours spoke to XXXX XXXX few other people they knew nothing they just tell me what I/O road finally they had this lady called me a case manager from consumer affair is she was assigned to my case later on that day I get a phone call from the people that re-polled it said that Hyundai finance call them And told them that they were to give my car back right away I get it that day at XXXX XXXX have received and I made payments and I tried to find out what went wrong, Very next day I called to find out what went wrong in every Day The last two weeks and got no answer everybody that is in the phone didnt have any information any so XX/XX/XXXX I get this letter in the mail stating urgent notice regarding your vehicle repossession they mailed it out on the date XX/XX/XXXX they repo my car to XXXX .In this paper it states are you {$770.00} when I was talking to them the XXXX they were saying it only XXXX when XXXX XXXX every time I talk to him its a different amount I have on my receipt and I paid them Im just afraid that theyre going to come take it again even though I paid them so I called somebody XX/XX/XXXX the consumer fair number they gave me I said like to speak to you ladies had with my case they said oh it looks like its 30 days old now we got to make a new one I just hung up on them so frustrated .Then in XXXX they called my husbands job seven times and harassed him I finally called them and asked them to please never call his job again, called this number here the one they have on file .I talk to somebody that Hyundai somebody from the bar association and they sent them what they were doing was breaking the fair debt collection practices act

Called Kia Finance on XX/XX/XXXX ; spoke with XXXX who said account is pending payment from insurance, and no derogatory reporting will be reported to credit bureaus. Called Kia Finance on XX/XX/XXXX ; spoke with XXXX in Customer Svc - who referred me to XXXX XXXX in Collections - who transferred me to XXXX in Customer Svc -- who told me since this is a lease with claims, no payments required and nothing would be reported to credit bureaus. Called XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and was told they are waiting on letter of guarantee from Kia. Received letter from XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX stating they were still waiting for letter of guarantee. Called Kia on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX who stated they sent letter of guarantee to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, and resent via fax and email on XX/XX/XXXX, but would take 2-3 days to be processed. Why are we receiving " attempts to collect a debt '' when initial letter said payments not required from date of loss, XX/XX/XXXX. Our jobs may be negatively impacted if this is reported as late payments or collections to credit bureaus.

Complaint: I leased a XXXX vehicle for my daughter. My daughter was involved in a crash and the vehicle was " totaled '' out. The crash occurred sometime in XX/XX/XXXX. I went to XXXX and leased her a new vehicle, XX/XX/XXXX. Never hearing anything about my daughter 's first car I thought everything was clear/clean. Fast forward to XX/XX/XXXX I received a credit bureau alert that I had a {$1000.00} chargeoff on my account. I went to the website and discovered it was for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called XXXX to inquire and was told that the insurance company apparently had a {$1000.00} deductible and that they had sent me a bill in XX/XX/XXXX. I can not imagine that they only sent me one bill however the customer service rep confirmed they sent nothing else or no phone calls to tell me about the issue. I had to move money from one account to another and had the chargeoff paid within a few days. I understand that this is something that I must dispute with my insurance company and definitely would have done had I know there was an issue. I am in the process now of doing this with my insurance company. The problem is that now this chargeoff is on my credit reports and it caused a significant drop in my score. So I sent a letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX respectfully requesting that they consider removing the chargeoff, since I had no idea I owed the {$1000.00} and according to them they only attempted to notify me one time in 7 months despite the fact I have two additional accounts with them. All in good standing. I received a letter back from them saying that it will stay on my credit report and that they were accurate. This has been absolutely devastating especially since I will be attempting a home refinance within months.

The insurance company, XXXX XXXX, delayed the payment to XXXX XXXX, I was struggled by those two companies. On XX/XX/XXXX I was going to pay the monthly payment due via online system at XXXX XXXX, I used to pay and through online the system. But system was frozen with this account, the other two account is live. I call to customer support center asked to release frozen system for payment, He can not fix anything about my requesting. On XX/XX/XXXX I logged in XXXX XXXX online system for payment. Account with this vehicle was frozen. Finally on XX/XX/XXXX Payoff balance check was delivered to XXXX XXXX . On XX/XX/XXXX, My credit report was negative by XXXX XXXX. Late payment was reported. Hyundai has to explain to me what happen to my account frozen, and also customer support center reps. has some solution for I requested to pay the payment due. I sent a written requesting to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, I do not have any letter from the XXXX XXXX . I do have some evidences what I did. Appreciated your time and help, Best Regards,
