Complaint: I have been trying to get access to my savings account to close it, since I need my money now for some medical bills. Since I could n't get access online I called the customer service number with absolutely no results. It looks to me like the bank is trying to keep me from getting acces to my money ; and I may need some help from the FDIC to close my account and get me my money. If that fails, I may have to try some other method of recuping my funds ; and that would only benefit the attornies involved.

Complaint: Huntington Bank states that it will not receive a written letter of revocation of authorization of electronic debits. I have notified the company making the withdrawals. I do not need to stop an individual payment, but rather to notify Huntington Bank that I have already revoked authorization with the company but want the bank also on notice of such and that the company is not authorized to make any future electronic transfers. The branch office says it will not receive this letter. I can not find any address, etc., on line to send this letter to. I have called the Huntington 's XXXX number for customer service, and no one can give me a name, address, telephone number, etc. I was attempting to use your agency 's form for the letter of revocation to send to the bank. It appears that Huntington does not honor such revocations, and I find it very problematic that the bank in which I deposit my funds refuses to stop electronically transferring funds upon my instruction and has no method by which I can give this instruction.

Complaint: Someone went into Huntington National Bank and cashed a check in the amount of {$1200.00} dollars, clearing out my personal and savings account, leaving me PENNYLESS. The bank acknowledge the many Red Flags that should have been caught with the cashing of this check- calling me to verify, another security check by the individual who overrode the check, etc. As of ths date I am still PENNYLESS and the bank has not refunded my funds. They also failed to properly file my complaint via the XXXX number causing the complaint to be closed leaving me without any funds.

Complaint: On the XXXX of XXXX, I applied for a mortgage with Huntington Bank. I received an approval message from XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Since I now had an approval letter, I made the decision to purchase a house instead of renting. I found a house in my price range and with my real estate agent and reached an agreement with the seller. A few weeks later, I started the closing process which included the earnest money and an inspection totaling XXXX XXXX XXXX earnest and XXXX inspection XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I received a casual email from XXXX XXXX stating that the underwriter had now declined the load based on insufficient work history. XXXX stated that I should get my XXXX to co-sign. The co-sign issues was also brought up when I initially applied for the loan. It was clear to me that XXXX XXXX used a bait and switch approach to win the loan using my XXXX as a Co-sign. The reason for the denial was insufficient work history, which had n't changed since my original application. I contacted XXXX 's superior and XXXX XXXX from Huntington Bank XXXX XXXX to no avail.
