Complaint: I am a current customer of Huntington Bank. I overlooked a payment on my credit card in XX/XX/XXXX. Once I realized I had overlooked the payment I made the payment along with the payment for XX/XX/XXXX to bring the account current. Over the past month I have attempted to work with Huntington to have the 30 day late payment in XX/XX/XXXX to no longer report as a 30 day late payment as a goodwill gesture. I have spoken to 5 different representatives with Huntington and no one is hearing what I am requesting. Each person is submitting this through as I am stating that I was not late on the payment. I have been asked to send my credit report to a fax number. Each letter I have received has stated that the investigation confirms the payment was late and will continue to report to the credit bureaus. My credit report will show that my payment history on every account that I have has never shown a late payment 30 days or greater. I felt that this evidence and this being a one off situation would be enough documentation to have Huntington remove the 30 day late payment in XX/XX/XXXX as an act of goodwill. I feel Huntington is not listening to what I am really asking for and being unreasonable with my request.

Including by fax. I assert and maintain my legal rights to demand Huntington Bank and any person representing Huntington Bank to immediately Cease and Desist all TELEPHONE communications/contact with me and my family members/relatives regarding the herein referenced matter in accordance with the FCRA and FDCPA. The above Account Huntington Bank continues to attempt to collect is the result of Identity theft. See CFPB case # XXXX XXXX, Huntington banks Case # XXXX. This account has been properly reported at least Five ( 5 ) times since XX/XX/XXXX. Additionally, Huntington Bank has been notified 4 times by the CFPB 5 times by XXXX 5 times by XXXX 3 times by XXXX and 2 times directly by myself, once ( 1 ) via certified mail. *I will let you know that XXXX XXXX , recently filed a lawsuit against me, in a bold move to challenge my Identity Theft claims. THEY HAD NO CHANCE! In a rare move XXXX was forced to dismiss the case WITH PREJUDICE!. ( See attached Dismissal ) As a result, XXXX XXXX will now face a {$45000.00} civil claim from my attorney. Further, As my right under Identity theft laws, I have requested the complete UNREDACTED file on this account and still am requesting that file. I have requested the original application, all accounting of debits concerning this account, all logs of phone calls, dialog of conversations and the complete results of Huntingtons investigations they were obligated by law to conduct months ago. Huntington Bank has had at least 6 months to provide this previously requested information, but somewhat incredibly has chosen not to follow the rules of conducting a PROPER investigation. Alternately, Huntington Bank has completely ignored the laws and been contacting me and other family members on our cell phones nearly every single day, whereas no one has provided Huntington Bank permission to call our cell phones or home phone at anytime and since this account is the result of Identity Theft, Huntington Bank is in violation of the FCRA, FBCPA & possibly the TCPA. I have received numerous calls, letters and numerous voice messages on my home phone, cell phone, and RELATIVES phone, many of which have occurred on the same day. Huntington Banks actions of nonstop calls to any phone number connected to myself and/family members are repetitious and automated, harassing, embarrassing, aggressive, deceitful, unlawful, and threatening, and are causing me undue XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and interfering and damaging my work/employment, home life, and relationships. *** Huntington can communicate via USPS or XXXX. Complaint: My car was totaled XX/XX/XXXX. The insurance completed the payoff of their part of the loan the end of XX/XX/XXXX and there is a small amount of the loan left over. We have GAP insurance and I gathered the information that I had. I was missing the Statement of Payments and the original loan documents from Huntington Bank. I contacted the bank and the agreed to fax the documents to the GAP insurance company and send me a copy in the mail. This was around XX/XX/XXXX. I waited two weeks and contacted the GAP insurance and they had received the Statement of Payments, but not the original loan agreement. I then called the bank again and requested the original loan agreement be faxed to the GAP insurance and the 2 documents sent in the mail to me. The interest rate on the original document was different than the rest of the documents, so the GAP insurance requested a APR Rate Difference letter from Huntington Bank. I called Huntington Bank on XX/XX/XXXX and was told that the document would be processed that day. I talked to the GAP insurance on XX/XX/XXXX and was told that they had not received the APR Difference Letter yet. I called Huntington Bank again and was told that this letter takes 4 days to process! I then called Huntington Bank again on XX/XX/XXXX and was told that it would take 5 days! In this process, my account has been reported to the Credit Bureaus as delinquent. Unfair and Abusive!!!

Complaint: back in summer of XXXX got behind because of wifes health owed two payments so they set me up on repayment plan that added XXXX more dollars for six months well i paid three payments then another medical problem couldnt pay so they put me behind two payments sent me letters of forclosure so i contacted them so they set me up on another six month plan raised my payment XXXX, XXXX again piad four payments had brother dieing in texas call the bank told them would make payment on XXXX paid payment they sent me statment saying i was two months behind both times i dont know where extra money went so i ask them but no reply so i barrowed money to catch up sent them XXXX to catch up so when i pulled it up on line showed i paid XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX so i called them they said dont worry it was applied my payment was XXXX amonth so i got statement for XX/XX/XXXX.00 cant afford that dont want to loose my home iam a XXXX vetran need help they also charge me XXXX for mortgage protection i ask what was that was incase i die before mortgage is paid off i asked if that paud off mortgage they said no so im just giving them an extra XXXXamonth for nothing so i would like help if possible respectfully sumitted XXXX XXXX .00
