Complaint: this company has been passing this debt back and forth between a collection agency and itself. It has been hard for me to keep up with who has this debt. They continually harass me and will not remove it from my credit report. After requesting validation from them, they sent me an old medical file with part of my medical chart on it. I sent them a certified letter stating that they violated the HIPPA and they responded with a dispute on my credit report. I believe they are not ever going to remove this from my credit report. My insurance has also paid this. I do not have access to that insurance carrier as to I have switched carriers since that date of service.

Complaint: FCRA states information reporting has to be 100 % verifiable and 100 % accurate otherwise the information must be removed under federal law. GLA has been reporting unverifiable and inaccurate information on my credit which has damaged my credit. I intend to litigate if they do no remove this file from my credit report. I request for them to provide the written contract and physical documentation to support the information they are reporting on my credit report via the CFPB portal. Do not send screenshots. Do not send medical statements. Send my actual signature on a contract. As this debt is Not mine.

Complaint: I am being harassed by GLA Collections. appearently they bought a medical debt from a local hospital near my home. they are harassing me about this. I am on military XXXX insurance and it seems the hospital mis-handled filing the paperwork correctly, and was unable to collect on the debt fully from XXXX. GLA collections bought the debt from the hospital and isillegally harassing me to collect on it. the hospital had previously wrote it off on their taxes, I feel I owe nothing to GLA, but they continue to harass me over it. GLA collections is known as a predatory collections company that uses threats and intimidation.
