Complaint: To Whom It May Concern : This letter is regarding five Items/accounts that GLA Collection Company reported on the same day, on ( XX/XX/2019 on XXXX ) and ( XX/XX/2019 on XXXX and XXXX ) under my name and social security number. GLA Collection Company claim that I owe, item 1 ) {$93.00} 2 ) {$170.00} 3 ) {$330.00} 4 ) {$100.00} 5 ) {$1800.00} to the same company which they claim they represent.
GLA Collection Company has been reporting five unverifiable and inaccurate information on my credit which has damaged my credit. I intend to litigate if they do not remove this file from my credit report. I request for them to provide the written contract and physical documentation to support the information they are reporting on my credit report via the CFPB portal. Please do not send screenshots.
I am requesting validation, made pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, along with the corresponding local state laws. I am requesting validation ; that is competent evidence bearing my signature, showing that I have ( or ever had ) some contractual obligation to pay GLA Collection Company. As this debt is Not mine.
FCRA states information reporting has to be 100 % verifiable and 100 % accurate otherwise the information must be removed under federal law.
GLA Collection Company, please also be aware that any negative mark found on my credit reports ( including XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ) from your company or any company that you represent, for a debt that I dont owe, is a violation of the FCRA & FDCPA ; therefore, if you can not validate the debt, you must request that all credit reporting agencies delete the entry.

According to the AG 2015 settlement agreement, all medical collections not updated within 6 months must be deleted. Since this collection has never been updated, this means a real investigation has never happened, so according to FCRA laws, this must be deleted now.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX added a collection in XXXX of 2016. I contacted them directly in XXXX of this year and again in XXXX of this year. The representative I spoke to provided the account information as well as the address for the account. The address on file is an address I have never been associated with. In XXXX the representative and I went through the steps of filing a fraudulent account claim. They assured me that the account would be deleted from all 3 of my credit reports. In XXXX, the account was still reporting to all the bureaus. I contacted XXXX again and the representative said the only way to appropriately file the fraud case was to contact the collection company directly. I called the number to XXXX XXXX XXXX provided by the representative and the representative for the collection agency said that even though the account was not mine and a fraudulent claim was filed, the account would continue to stay on all 3 bureaus until the balance was either paid in full or settled. I have never had anesthesia service from this company.

I never received any notice of my right to dispute nor any correspondence to my mailing address of a debt validation letter on this debt.

Complaint: Dear Sirs/Madam, XX/XX/XXXX I am contacting you because of a bill from a hospital in KY that I was not at and did not sign papers stating that I would be the reasonable party for the bill.
I received a bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, KY in XXXX of XXXX. Upon investigating what this was for I found that my daughter went to this hospital while I was in XXXX, TN. I did not take her to this hospital and I have never set foot in this hospital. I contacted the hospital on the XXXX of XXXX and explained to them that I was not there and that I was not reasonable for her health cost because she was over 18 and I never signed anything for her. I spoke with a XXXX at XXXX XXXX that day and was told that they would address it. I called again on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with an XXXX at XXXX at XXXX and they stated they would contact me regarding this bill. I never heard from them. I called again on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX and spoke with a young man at XXXX and was told I could not speak with the supervisor. On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with a XXXX at XXXX was supposed to get a letter from them saying it was withdrew from XXXX or XXXX. I never received that letter and had thought it was taken care of. XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter form the GLA Collection Company in regards to this bill. I contacted them in XX/XX/XXXX XXXX and spoke with a XXXX, and I submitted a letter to them and it was submitted for removal from my credit report. I called again on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with a XXXX and did receive a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX stating that the account was placed on my credit report in error and was to be removed. After checking my credit report it was not on my credit. I thought it was resolved.
On XX/XX/XXXX I received another collection notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX in reference to the same bill. Again calling on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX pm XXXX and speaking with a XXXX and stating I was not reasonable for the fact she was over 18, I did not take her to that hospital and did not sign anything. I was not reasonable. I also sought out the advice of an attorney and was told to tell them they were in violation of the fair debt collection act. I gave them the attorneys name and phone number and ended the conversation, I did not hear from them again.
In XXXX of XXXX or so I got another notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX in regards to the same bill. I contacted my attorney and was instructed to just ignore it. So I did.
On XX/XX/XXXX I have received yet another notice and I was contacted that there was a change on my credit report by this company for the amount of {$2400.00} and was put there by the XXXX XXXX XXXX.
I have heard that these things can be sold over and over and over. But when does it become harassment? I have had to deal with this for the past six years and was supposed to have been resolved five years ago.
Please what can I do?

I have consulted with the hospital directly, and know that they have verified that Myself and my children were covered by both primary and secondary ( XXXX ) insurances on the dates that this company is attempting to collect on.
I have been covered by XXXX from XXXX through XXXX.
XXXX XXXX, my son, has been covered by XXXX through these dates as well.
XXXX XXXX, my daughter, has been covered by medicaid from XXXX through XXXX.
This is in addition to our primary insurance at the time. The hospital had them both on file, and failed to bill us properly.
In addition, they unknowingly sold my HIPAA covered information to this agency, who now refuses to send proof of me releasing any rights to have them have ownership of this information that is being held by them. They have chosen to not acknowledge my dispute with them, and I will have to exercise my rights as a consumer by law.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 alone this glad collection company threatened to sue me, if I didn't pay them. I informed them to no longer call me, and any disputes they have to submit in writing with proof the bill belongs to me. They proceeded to call over six times this day alone. Not to mention countless other times this has happened to me. When calling, and asked who they are, this company doesn't reveal anything other than the callers first name, and will not state the company they represent. When you try to inquire about whom they work for, without disclosing your personal self as whom they are calling for, they say, " ok, ( name of person they are calling for ), since we know it's you, this glad collection about debt xyz. '' Then after telling them my personal information hasn't been revealed to them, they proceed revealing private information. When asked not to call the number, every time, for 2 up to 4 days after I receive 6-10 calls from their local and 1-800 numbers a day

I’m writing to dispute and complain to the manner in which the creditor is attempting to collect the purported finance debt from me. I have been contacted by G.L.A Collection Company Inc. permit #XXXX based in XXXX, KY informing that my account has been placed on collection.
The first time the contacted me was in April this year and since then, mails have been in plenty. Last year, on or about XX/XX/XXXX, my son XXXX XXXX XXXX was taken ill and I contacted Doctor’s office at XXXX XXXX XXXX. After the initial check in, I insisted to know if they accepted my medical insurance and they confirmed that was true. So, my son was booked in for the treatment.
After the treatment, I received a bill and I Ire surprised on how huge the bill was.
I contacted the Doctor’s office because I needed explanation on how things turned out. After discussions, they informed me that my insurance only accepted to pay certain amount and the rest had to be paid by me. I wondered a lot since they told me that such treatment, insurances will always pay in full. I felt that I was misled in order for them to get my business.
Nevertheless, I asked the office to give me a payment plan. Thy asked me about how much I was able to pay depending on my income and I agreed on $XXXX.
They prepared an agreeable payment budget plan for 6 months and according to the agreement plan being attached herewith, it was to be re-evaluated after six months and as per their own statement, it was to paid for “6 months or until the balance is paid in full”
The most appalling thing is that I do not know why the XXXX XXXX XXXX took me to the collection agency in the first place given the fact that I have never been late on the payment, reneged on my agreement with them nor defaulted on my payments to them. I’m also at pain to understand as to why the XXXX XXXX is dealing with me and at the same time engaging a collection Company at the same time, which has continuously sent threatening letters telling me that I have defaulted in my payment and that they will report me to the credit reporting bureaus. I’m of the view that the collection of the purported debt is being collected unfairly and I think they are violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. As much as I keep on making timely payments, the G.L.A. Collection Company Inc. has notoriously been relentless in sending demand letters.
This is my prayer, I do not have the whole amount being demanded by the Dr. to pay at once, but I affirm my commitment to continue making prompt payment as I have always done. The idea of reporting me to the reporting agencies in order to mess up my credit is counter productive and uncalled for since I have always made my payments on time.
The current statement of my account is not correct. The report shows that I am delinquent but I have made all of my payments on time.
I need the collections Co. to stop sending mails to me all the time since I have never refused to pay any of my debt. The Dr. must acknowledge that I have never missed payments and am always on time. The Dr. must withdraw the demand for lump sum payment because I do not have that huge amount of money to be paid at once.
I need all the reporting agencies to know that I have never failed to remittance the committed payments agreed by the Dr. and me and the letter attached herewith shows how our agreement was made.
I’m calling upon the Federal trade commission to intervene and stop this malpractices being committed by the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and the G.L.A Collections Co. Inc.

Complaint: For about 8 months, I have been getting recorded calls asking for someone other than myself or anyone in my family, ( sounds like XXXX XXXX ), I assumed they would fix the problem if I didn't call back, since it is not me they are asking for. The other day I finally called to explain to them they had the wrong person and to take my number off their list, I don't know this person, As I was speaking the man says oh ok, by the way is this XXXX XXXX, Then he proceeds to tell me I have a XXXX outstanding CO pay due with his collection company, GLA Collection Company, To start with I pay the CO pay at the time of service, so this can not be true, and second is this tactic legal? Please let me know how I should proceed.
