Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, XXXX we requested to the removal of PMI payments. We were told we had not quite made it to 80 % of the loan at this time. This was told to us by a rep as we had to call to find out their answer and a letter sent by ditech. We reevaluated our ratio and on XX/XX/XXXX and called to see what instructions we would need to request this again. The rep told us we met the XX/XX/XXXX ratio in XX/XX/XXXX. We followed the directions and sent another letter asking again to remove the PMI payments. They have no one you can talk to other than submitting in writing. We received a response on XX/XX/XXXX denying the request. We sent a response back on XX/XX/XXXX to refute their decision as this loan is a conventional loan originating with XXXX which was bought by ditech. Per the homeowner 's act of XXXX we should be eligible. ditech is telling us we have to meet 70 % or loess of current value of the property. Further stated when I called ditech yesterday ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I asked the rep to tell me where it states in XXXX XXXX that this is a requirement as he stated. He could not and said he would have to defer my issue/concern to someone else who should be calling in 1 - 3 days. We have made our payments in the last ten years all on time. Per the HPA we meet the requirements. Ditech did offer for us to pay for an appraisal but we are under the 80 %.

Complaint: I called with my new mortgage provider about a month ago to get a letter that shows the loan as closed and they said I would get a letter within 10 days. I never received the letter. I called again on XX/XX/2018 at XXXX and they said I would received the letter within 72 hours. I still have not received the letter. I just spoke with my lender and it was suggested that I file a complaint and then call them again. This is going to hold up getting my mortgage finalized and I need the letter.

Complaint: I went to work in XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. I intentionally missed one mortgage payment, so I would not be overseas with no money. With my first paycheck I caught up on the missed payment along with the payment due for the following month. A few months later I noticed a {$5.00} fee on my bill, so I called to inquire as to what the fee was for. I was told I must request that information in writing, so I did. The response explained that foreclosure proceedings were initiated at my expense of {$55.00} and charged to my account at {$5.00} per month until paid off. I never received any notice of foreclosure and, because I have equity, I believe they were trying to steal my home in a very unethical and possibly illegal manner. I believe it was XXXX last year I accidentally payed my mortgage twice. There was no payment due but Ditech put my accidental second payment toward the XXXX payment instead of toward the principal. In XXXX of this year I received a bill with the statement date of XX/XX/XXXX and the due date of XX/XX/XXXX. I payed {$800.00} for a {$570.00} mortgage due. I then received another bill with a statement date of XX/XX/XXXX with a due date of XX/XX/XXXX. Why am I being billed twice for the same payment, especially after it was paid? Another issue is my interest rate. I have a variable rate and it has been increased by .5 % twice over the last two years. I have called several times for an explanation and to find out which index my rate is attached to. They refuse to divulge that information to me and I am put infinite hold each time. I wish to research the index my mortgage is attached to and see if the interest rate increases were valid. I believe, because of their elusiveness, that the increases are not legitimate.

Complaint: I have a mortgage with Ditech Financial LLC. I made my XXXX mortgage payment on time as usual, actually a few days early. When looking at my statement for XXXX I see a double payment due. I checked my payment history and found my XXXX payment was applied as a principle payment instead .I made my regular payment for XXXX. I called ditech and asked why and how this happened and was told they don't know. I asked for the payment to be reallocated and I was told they would. Since then I have called them 6 times with up to 20 minutes hold time because I keep getting told they will take care of this and they have not. Today XX/XX/18 I called again they said we are still waiting for your allocation to go through. I said I have waited a month now this will damage my credit score. I asked for the supervisor and was told he was busy with other customers. I asked for his direct number. I called a supervisor named XXXX XXXX got voicemail left a message and no return call. It is now XXXX XXXX. Secondly, .I have some kind of 2 % interest rate loan through the government. I got a letter saying due to my timely mortgage payments I will get a {$5000.00} principle payment on my loan. I had to fill out the Dodd Frank form they sent me an I mail it in XXXX. I called they said they never got it. Sent it in again I was told not the right form ( which I got from them ). Third time sent me the same form I filled it out and downloaded a Dodd Frank form I found on line filled that out also and sent it certified mail. I got the receipt showing delivery on XX/XX/18. Called to confirm I'm told they don't have it. The form has to be done by XXXX or I will forfeit the payment. Due to these incidents and lack of any resolve I charge that Ditech is purposely trying to not have to pay the {$5000.00} by claiming to not have received the proper paperwork and intentionally not applying my payment to make it look like I have fallen behind which would also negate getting that principle payment. Now they are talking about foreclosure? I am fighting a giant corporation and really need your help.

Complaint: Ditech Financial LLC called me on my personal cell phone looking for my mother. My number is with a private carrier and is unlisted. It is also on the do not call registry. My mother nor any other person gave them my number. They are harassing my XXXX XXXX XXXX mother for a debit that is past the time when they can expect to even collect. The letter they send her even state this. But they called me making threats to take my mothers home away from her, stated they might even be able to put a lien on my house, and intimidating tones. I asked them how they got my number and they refused to tell me. I also asked them to get on the speaker phone with my mother so she could tell them not to call me anymore. They refused to. I asked that they send all documentation in regard to the matter with the originating loan company and anytime it had changed hands. The man hung up on us. They continue to to harass my mother even though she has told them repeatedly to stop calling her. I do not have a specific date they called me as my call log in my phone was wiped accidentally. It was between XXXX.

Complaint: We have a loan w/Ditech XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX SD XXXX XXXX for our RV and we have moved from XXXX to XXXX and need to register the vehicle. The state of XXXX needs an original title to the vehicle to register. Ditech will not comply with this. So we are paying on an RV now that is not legal in the state of XXXX because Ditech refuses to send an original title to the XXXX XXXX County Title Office. XX/XX/18 went to XXXX XXXXk County Title Office @ XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to get a temp plate where they request an original title to complete the plate registration in XXXX Ditech never complied. Went back to the XXXX XXXX County Title Office on XX/XX/18 the BMV submitted the request to Ditech via Fax. Ditech never complied. Went to back to XXXX XXXX County Title Office on XX/XX/18 and the person at the XXXX XXXX County Title Office spoke to a Ditech representative named XXXX explaning the XXXX law of needing an original title to register the RV. They indicated they were going to send it directly to my home. Never rec 'd it. We have followed up with Ditech twice on XXXX and twice on XX/XX/18 and XX/XX/18 regarding this matter of the title. We never get the same Ditech representative again when we call and as we explain the matter to them they basically go silent and we don't even know if they are still on the line, till we ask if they are still there. All we want is the original title sent the to the XXXX XXXX County Title Office at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX so we can get this RV registered in the state of XXXX. XXXX and XXXX XXXX

Complaint: I made a complaint against Ditech Financial f/k/a Green.Tree Servicing. I made a dispute with XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX in which Ditech Financial said was not corrected on XX/XX/XXXX. Due to their response to XXXX they re-aged my account and decreased my score by 62 points. I did not make a payment per dispute in XX/XX/XXXX. They went into my XXXX report as of XX/XX/XXXX, and reported I made 50 percent of payments per XXXX XXXX payments. Ditech Financial went into my credit report who I hadn't disputed under XXXX yet and under remarks that I was 180 days late. On XXXX XXXX, they changed my credit report again under XXXX in which I am waiting for credit report by snail mail. As I reported to the CFPB in XXXX, they took the response from Ditech Financial and closed my complaint automatically. In a letter from Ditech Financial on XX/XX/XXXX, they write from Ditech, XXXX XXXX, Minnesota, that Ditech confirmed that your loan was reported to the credit bureaus as " in foreclosure '' from XX/XX/XXXX, " repossessed '' from XX/XX/XXXX, to XX/XX/XXXX, and charged off, in XX/XX/XXXX. My foreclosure was on XX/XX/XXXX. They can not by California law show that it was repossessed from XX/XX/XXXX, to XX/XX/XXXX. It's either a foreclosure which was reported on two credit bureau reports and on XXXX, Ditech representative tried to tell me it will stay on my credit report for 8 years. You can not report foreclosure on two reports and report 1st major deliquency in XXXX. It's either a foreclosure or repossession in Californa. And by the way, we don't do sheriff sales In California. In my case it was a foreclosure due to Green Tree Servicing constantly harassing me and double billing me before my payment was due. What Green Tree did was drop payments from my account on my credit report and then when Ditech Financial LLC took over they put my accounts with the credit bureaus with reposession from XX/XX/XXXX, through XX/XX/XXXX. I want the 1st major deliquency reported removed from XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX. These people in this company don't know what their doing and each of my credit reports is different. They show last payment XX/XX/XXXX, and then show a payment for XX/XX/XXXX. I'm sick of them their the same company Ditech Financial f/k/a Green Tree Servicing as of XX/XX/XXXX, and what happened Green Tree got fined XXXX XXXX dollars. I know it's easier for you to pay a fine than to pay what you actually owe. The only way legally you can put anything on my credit reports if I dispute a specific credit bureau. You illegally went to my XXXX report which I did not dispute on XX/XX/XXXX. So I'll be seeing you in court showing all the documentation and how you continually changed my credit reports along with Green Tree Servicing. I'm sick of you and all I was doing was trying to remove the XX/XX/XXXX payment that was not made to have my foreclosure removed in XX/XX/XXXX. Ditech is full of XXXX. You would like to destroy somebody whose already been through on XX/XX/XXXX, and by XXXX your changing my report to repossession. By the time I'm done with you you'll wish you never reported to a credit bureau repossession. Good luck with the FBI Crime Fraud Unit which checks into your IRS write off of XXXX, which I have proof of your dishonest behavior. The CFPB will take your answer and close it but I know exactly what to do. So, would the CFPB take a closer look at my complaint instead of just closing it. Maybe the Attorney General of California would be the one to contact. I'm tired of dealing with this credit reporting inaccurately.

Complaint: When we originally got the loan the interest rate was only suppose to change once a year. Since ditech took over the loan the interest rate is different each month varying from ~3 % to ~5 %. I inquired about it last year and got no response. I recently inquired again and still no response. i do not think it is right that they can charge me any interest rate they desire on a month by month basis. Also, on the original loan we paid for insurance to pay off the loan in case of death. When they took over the loan that went away and finding appropriate insurance is no longer at a reasonable rate. I really don't know what recourse I have other than refinancing the loan. Thank you for your assistance.

Complaint: I lost my job nad was not able to make payments. I was referred to the XXXX owners Held Line located in XXXX FL help me modify my monthly payment. They asked me to send documents and i was charged XXXX . I sent all the documents they were asking for with a deposit of XXXX . The kept calling me to send them the remaining balance of XXXX. I refused because i didn't receive any updates from them about the case evolution. It has been 3 months i'm calling them in vain. All the mortgage statements go to them. I don't receive any statement from the mortgage company for a while. I don't know what to do now.
