Complaint: I am a former Greentree customer. Everything they were fine for is valid. They would call me multiple times and were very rude. When I would call to speak to someone to report this behavior the same representative would answer the call. Not to mention at the time I was in chapter XXXX bankruptcy and was so stressed by the phone calls that would not stop after repeatedly asking for them to refrain from calling me. Needless to say I eventually did a chapter XXXX giving the mobile home back! This was a horrible time in my life. Awfully glad they were fined. I never thought I would be reading this today after so many years. XXXX is good!!!!

Complaint: I am having problems with DiTech Financial LLC. I have had nothing but problems with this company for months now. They supposedly restructured and changed my account number and my loan is supposed to mature XX/XX/XXXX and my payoff amount is over {$6000.00} and I have never missed a payment since XXXX. They now claim I owe money for my escrow which has never happened in the past 13 years. They made the changes with restructuring and said I had to have my autopay changed because they no longer could process biweekly payments so I sent paperwork to make a full mortgage payment once a month and for 3 months the payment never came out so I mailed payments to keep from getting behind then once I started complaining about the payoff amount being wrong they suddenly biweekly drafted a full payment in one month almost overdrawing my checking account. I have been calling and they all say they are researching my account to see why the payoff amount is so high to give them 5 to 7 days and they will let me know something I have called never get to talk to the same person then everyone is submitting a dispute claim for me yet no one has done that yet I have no answers after a month now when I call and give my account number their computers crash and they will call me right back as soon as they reboot which has happened with 5 different customer service agents and never gotten a call back. Then when I called back about the autopay the systems crashed again so no one can help me. They are taking my money and doing nothing to research and fix this problem.They changed my autopay draft date without my permission. I am tired of the lies from every customer service agent and getting no help. Please help me with this corrupt company.

Complaint: We received a statement from Ditech dated XX/XX/XXXX, informing us that the mortgage payment was increasing from {$480.00} to {$1000.00} effective XX/XX/XXXX. I called Ditech at the beginning of XXXX after receiving the notice to inquire as to what was going on and why was an escrow account set up on our mortgage account. I was told the escrow account was set up to pay the property taxes. I informed them and also sent copies of " The Tax Deferred for XXXX and over '' agreement we have with XXXX XXXX. Ditech claimed that they had been paying the taxes even though we had an agreement with the county. A Ditech representative said they would be researching. I also told them that we had never had an escrow account, that we had always paid our taxes and insurance directly to the tax office and insurance company since XXXX. I informed Ditech that we had never approved an escrow account and to remove it. After numerous calls to Ditech, I was told by a Tax Department representative that they had never paid property taxes. I was then told that the Escrow account was paying the homeowners insurance. I also informed this department that we have always paid the insurance directly to the insurance company. After additional calls and conversations I was told by the XXXX XXXX that they were NOT paying the insurance on the property. At this point I was told by a Ditech Customer Service Representative that I could not talk directly to anyone in the Escrow Department, that they do not talk directly to customers. After several more attempts to resolve this matter, I was told by a representative from the XXXX XXXX that the Escrow account had been set up for future use in case the Tax Deferred for XXXX and over was dismissed or deleted. I was told by the XXXX and XXXX XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX ) that they submitted a request to have the Escrow account removed from the account immediately. I was told that request would take 7-10 business days to complete. I am currently waiting for written confirmation that this has been done.

Complaint: I applied for a partial lien release to include 1 acre to adjoining property I am attempting to sell. The overnight package containing application and processing fee was signed for by a representative on XX/XX/19. I complied with all requests for further information. After weeks of being told application was being processed, I was informed on XX/XX/19 application and processing fee was never recieved which was untrue - the check cleared my bank on XX/XX/19. I provided 2nd app. and a copy of the transacted check on XX/XX/19. I was assured my application would be expedited, but as of today XX/XX/19 I was informed it is still being processed. Ditech has had all necessary information since XX/XX/XXXXand has yet to complete the process that I was told should take no longer than 30 days. I am nearing inability to pay for the house I am selling because of negligence on the part of Ditech and no one will return my phone calls regarding this.

Complaint: WhenI first found out there was a problem is when I called to find out why my mortage payment wasn't taken out of my husband 's account. The ditech rep said that I was 12 months behind on my mortgage. I have been sending in payments every month, so where is this money going? She also informs me that my account has been sent to an attorney for foreclosure. They will not accept any payment. Two days later, I get a letter stating that they have put {$990.00} into a suspense account. A day after that, I get a letter that I owe money to an escrow account, and I notice that the account number on that statement is different from my original account number. I am so fed up with the shady dealings of Ditech. Now they will not accept any payments and are threatening to take my home. Something needs to be done.

Complaint: MY HOME IS FINANCED THROUGH DITECH MORTGAGE, IVE HAD A NUMBER OF PROBLEMS LIKE EVERYONE ELSE, BUT IN XXXX I HAD TO FILE A CHAPTER XXXX, AFTER THEY KEPT HARASSING ME KEPT SAYING I MISSED PAYMENTS, CALLING MY FAMILY MEMBERS IN THE ARMY WHO HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY ACCOUNT, EVEN MY AUNT ON MY DADDYS SIDE, SO I HAD TO CALL THE XXXX ABOUT THIS, SO THEY WERE TOLD NOT TO EVER CONTACT ME UNLESS IT WAS IN WRITING, SO THEY ARE UPSET TRYING TO RETALIATE AGAINST ME, IM HAVING REPAIRS FROM THE STORM DONE ON MY HOME RIGHT NOW, WATER DAMAGE AND ITS POSSIBLE MOLD IN MY HOME, SO I HAD BEEN TRYING TO TALK TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY THE ADJUSTER XXXX XXXX, WITH XXXX XXXX TO SEND THE MONEY FOR THE REPAIRS, HE KEEPS STATING THEY SENT THE MONEY, I SAID I DONT HAVE IT, SO FINALLY HE SAID CHECK WITH THE MORTGAGE COMPANY, SO ON XX/XX/XXXX I DID I SPOKE WITH A LADY NAME XXXX, WHO THEN TRANSFERRED ME TO THE CLAIMS DEPT, ( XXXX ) I TOLD HIM WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS HE STATED THAT THEY HAD THE CHECK THAT WAS IN QUESTION FOR XXXX, THAT THE ADJUSTER KEPT SAYING THAT HE ALREADY SENT ME, I KEPT TELLING HIM NO I DONT HAVE IT, I HAD THE ROOF DONE, AND THE ROOFING COMPANY WAS GIVEN XXXX FOR THE ROOF AND THE OTHER PART WAS FOR THE REST OF REPAIRS INSIDE, SO WHEN I SPOKE TO XXXX AT DITECH ON XX/XX/XXXX SHE STATED THEY HAVE THE REST WHICH IS XXXX AND THATS BEEN OVER A YEAR, SHE SAID OH WE WERE INTENDING TO SEND IT BUT I DONT KNOW WHY WE DIDNT, BUT YOU WILL HAVE IT IN ABOUT 5 DAYS, SO FAR NO CHECK, I CALLED BACK ON XX/XX/XXXX SPOKE WITH XXXX SHE STATED THEY PUT A STOP PAYMENT ON CHECK, STATED THAT SHE SAW IN COMPUTER THAT THE CHECK HAS BEEN RE PROCESSED AND I SHOULD HAVE IT BY XX/XX/XXXX, NO CHECK AS OF TODAY YET, THE CONTRACTOR HAS COMPLETED THE WORK AND WANTS HIS MONEY, SO EVERYTIME I CALL THIS RUDE LADY NAMED XXXX ANSWERS THE PHONE, HARASSES ME RUDELY, THEY WILL NOT EVER LET YOU SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR, AND IM SICK OF THESE PEOPLE, IVE PAID INSURANCE ON THIS HOME SINCE XXXX, THIS IS MY FIRST CLAIM, IVE BEEN GIVING THEM ALL MY MONEY OVER 20 YRS NOW, I SHOULDNT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS XXXX.

Complaint: For the last three months, our mortgage lender is applying our monthly payments to escrow in error. This is 100 % their error. Each month we call and speak with them. After a few weeks it is resolved. However it did hit our credit because it was showing as being delinquent on our payments for 3 months. Ditech has been completely inept in handling this situation and it continues every month.

Complaint: I called Ditech to request an Escrow Analysis on XX/XX/2019 do to state tax exemption for XXXX persons. I was told that it would take 5-7 business days to complete. I called several times after the 7 business days and then I was told it was not processing and I would now have to wait 60 days prior to requesting a new Escrow Analysis. I live in Georgia and my state law requires mortgage companies to complete Escrow Analysis within 30 days.

Complaint: The Mortgage Company is DITECH, XXXX. XXXX XXXX, XXXX, AZ XXXX, Tel. # XXXX-XXXX-XXXX Loan # XXXX My Wife XXXX and I have a Mortgage with Ditech Mortgage Company. Our current balance according t our statement is {$100000.00}, Ditech continues to harass us with the fact they claim our payment is due the 1st of each month which within is technically so. Our loan allows a 15 day grace period and is always paid each month consistently between the XXXX and XXXX in which we do electronically. My Wife works for the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, she receives only one paycheck each month on the XXXX of each month. As soon as the funds are received electronically in our checking account we pay our Mortgage company payment, please remember the XXXX of each month moves. I've attached Mortgage Statements due for XX/XX/2019 & XX/XX/2019, please notice the balance due {$100000.00} for both months I mention, according to the XX/XX/2019 statement they are requesting a double payment due by this date. I've verified they received {$960.00} mortgage payment from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX, XX/XX/2019 still within my 15 days grace period and they don't/wo n't provide an statement to me for XX/XX/XXXX that reflects payment received.

Complaint: Ditech Financial LLC has been mistakenly showing our account as past due for five months. The total of our XX/XX/2019 payment was applied to the principal amount of our loan in error by Ditech. Since then, Ditech has listed our loan as past due. We have called the payment center every month and have been told that they are aware of their mistake and are working to correct it. We received a letter dated XX/XX/2019 stating that Ditech had not received our payment due XX/XX/2019. We mailed that payment XX/XX/2019, and after calling and spending hours on the phone they agreed our payment was made. We received a notice of default on our loan dated XX/XX/2019. We called the Ditech 's Loss Mitigation Department at the number listed on the letter and we were told to disregard the notice and be patient because they are working to correct their problem. This is a direct threat to foreclose on our loan if we do not pay by XX/XX/2019 on an unpaid balance of {$760.00}. Which was paid and they misappropriated the payment. We have been told they are working on this for four months and we continue to receive our monthly statement showing a late fee and that we are a month behind in payments. In addition we did not receive a billing statement for XXXX, we had to make a payment over the phone. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and we have not received a billing statement for XXXX. We have requested managers to call and let us know when or if progress is being made on their mistake with no response from Ditech.
