Complaint: I being paying Ditech for months, trying to get on track, they sent my loan number to another company, without being notified, I told them I have a loss of incomes, which it seems to matter to them, I apply for a loan deferment, was turn down, they don't try to work with you, being having problems with them, told me already had four deferment and denied the fifth deferment, they don't seem to care about their customer, it all about money, I being paying XXXX most time it being XXXX if home insurance need to be added, but they took over the XXXX for insurance Pay by them, I have a loss of income, since XX/XX/XXXX, my home is damages, which I file a claim in XXXX, they refuse to fix the home, the adjuster say how he knows if it water damages, mode on the wall kitchen wall wall damages, fridederator was leaking in the line, no help from them, kitchen floor coming up dues to water problems in my home around XXXX, then around XX/XX/XXXX, tree fell on my home, the the insurance people told me, I have to remove tree off my house, before I they can come out to take picture, which claim did go through, with Ditech and my names on it, I sent them the check where both parties need to sign, as of XX/XX/XXXX my home is still damages, no return check, only thing u get was that's my loan went into default, now I'm. Paying XXXX, extra dollar to catch up, then charge XXXX for processing fee, all they ask when you have the rest of the money, but my home is broke down, when it gets fix, bi do not know, they put the insurance claim check in the escrow account, I don't have an escrow account, it just sitting there, why my my home getting worst, especially when it rain, because they not letting me know anything. My loan account number is XXXX, also ask what happened to all extra money, I pay, they claim it went on interest, my old loan was XXXX before transfer to new loan, starting over again

Complaint: My husband took out a 2nd mortgage on our home in his name only with Ditech.Financial LLC. My husband has passed away and I need to sell my home. My name is on the home but Ditech gave him the 2nd mortgage without my signature. Now with my husband being deceased they refuse to give me, the Title Co. or anyone else the payoff information of the 2nd. mortgage. Causing me to not be able to sell my home, without expensive attorney fees. The Title Co. has reached out to Ditech, via fax, phone and E-Mail. and they will not even acknowledge receiving the information from the Title Co. I have reached out to Ditech, I have even given my sister access and permission to act on my behalf. They deny having that information on file. Now they say they can't even speak to me. My sister spoke with a manager at Ditech, hoping to get this issue resolved. He too is not willing to resolve the issue without expensive attorney fees. I feel like the loan should not have even been given without my signature, if this is the game they play. Is their any way you can help me without having to pay expensive attorney fees.

Complaint: Harrassment, slander, unfair deceptive practices ALL of the following is documented by me with Ditech names, dates, and conversations. I have done nothing wrong and have worked intensley, on my own, resolving Ditechs own deception. It began in XX/XX/XXXX with my deferral request approval but with most recent deception in XX/XX/XXXX outlined here today. Regarding the latest deceptive practices by Ditech. I myself phoned them in XX/XX/XXXX when I noticed that my XX/XX/XXXX check payment of XXXX which was sent out on XX/XX/XXXX had not cleared my checking account. Ditech claimed during phone convo that they " did not have my XX/XX/XXXX payment ''. I advised them that the check was mailed out on the XX/XX/XXXX. They somehow managed to locate my mailed check one day before my 15 day grace period was up. I was then advised by Ditech that they did not have XX/XX/XXXX payment! in amt of XXXX. Though it had cleared my checking account, their accounting did not acknowledge nor document my XX/XX/XXXX payment. So.. I took it upon myself to print a copy of the XX/XX/XXXX payment cancelled check # XXXX dtd XX/XX/XXXX in amount of XXXX and send it to them. They recieved my proof via email and verbally acknowledged receipt of the XXXX payment. However, they have yet to document this payment and it is now XX/XX/XXXX! Throughout their deception and confusion they suddenly changed their tune and phoned me twice, XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX, to tell me the same thing each time. That " they haven't found the check and are working on retrieving it from their insurance dept where it was mistakenly sent by them and my account will then reflect payment '' as it still is not showing posted to my account! That was over a week ago and still nothing is fixed by Ditech and it is now out of my hands, completely. Thanks, XXXX XXXX XXXX

Complaint: I have continuously paid my mortgage on time since the year XXXX. My payments were automatically set by allotment ( monthly ) while serving in the active XXXX. My allotment was juggled between finance companies : Greentree Financial, DiTech ( current ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, as successors to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, as successor XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, as Trustee of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX vs. XXXX My allotment suddenly changed to a Life Insurance Policy without my approval or a change allotment of my automatic payment. The following Company : Conseco LIC and Conseco Finance XXXX XXXX, hacked my allotment from Ditech ( current ) and without any notice ... DiTech placed my account in the negative. In XX/XX/XXXX, I called DiTech to make them aware of the Conseco Company receiving my payments. DiTech was not acknowledging Conseco and stated that they will investigate the issue. Ditech sent me a letter ( XX/XX/XXXX ) stating that all financial transactions stop until the investigation was complete. I did not receive any reports about the investigation after 30 days, as promised by Ditech Financial. MY HOUSE IS IN FORECLOSURE ( Sale XX/XX/XXXX ). I am waiting on the investigation report that I never received.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX is an elderly women living in her home. She desperately wanted to keep the home, reinstated her loan, and then received a Notice of Default posted on her door weeks later. She took it off the door so her kids and the neighbors didn't see it. This stressed her out and she called me. Then after her conversations with Ditech, they said " it was a mistake. '' I called them, and the representative didn't apologize and they said " it was sent out before she reinstated the loan '' ( which wasn't correct ). XXXX reinstated on XX/XX/2019 and they posted this Notice of Default to her door on XX/XX/XXXX. The NOD is signed/ dated XX/XX/2019 by XXXX XXXX XXXX

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I filed a complaint on this website ( complaint # XXXX ) against Ditech Financial LLC for issues I was having regarding their improper servicing of my deceased father 's home loan and their failure to recognize me as a successor in interest. They responded via the CFPB Portal and their response included a letter that they had supposedly sent to me at my father 's residence. Upon careful review of this letter which I had never received I noticed that it had to have been a forged document due too two facts. One it was never delivered to my father 's home and two the top of the letter is dated for XX/XX/2019 but at the bottom of each page it has a date of XX/XX/2019. Additionally they stated in their response that they had added my name to the account in XXXX however, after they sent the file to XXXX XXXX XXXX to begin the foreclosure process I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX to discuss the problems I had been having with Ditech LLC and advise them that my father was deceased. When I spoke to XXXX ( on XX/XX/XXXX, ) who was handling my father 's case, she was completely unaware that my father was deceased and didn't have a copy of any of the supporting documents that I had all ready sent to Ditech LLC numerous times. She requested that I email them to her along with a brief summary of what I had told her on the phone. Which I did promptly. Also if they had added my name to the account in XXXX like they state then why is it that all correspondence they sent and continue to send is still addressed to my father. After filing my last complaint I sent both XXXX XXXX and Ditech LLC Qualified Written Requests for information and Notice 's of Error. Those were mailed on XX/XX/2019 via USPS Overnight Service and were received by both companies the next day. To this date I have never received a response from either company. On XX/XX/2019 I retained legal representation to assist me with defending the foreclosure and hopefully stopping the sell of the home. On XX/XX/2019 he advised me that he had received confirmation that the sell had been canceled. Then on XX/XX/2019 he sent new QWR 's and NOE 's to both XXXX XXXX XXXX and Ditech LLC. In those letter 's he requested the servicing files for my father 's account as well as any notices that had been sent regarding my father 's account. He also notified them of their error in not recognizing me as a successor in interest and requested that they send me an application to assume the loan as well as a loss mitigation packet. He also advised them that their response to those letters needed to be sent to him but that any other communication regarding the loan needed to be sent to myself at my father 's address. To this date the only response they have made was to email my lawyer a loss mitigation packet on XX/XX/2019. To this date they have yet to mail or email the servicing file to myself or my attorney and haven't made any response at all to the QWR. This is yet again a clear violation of RESPA Law. On XX/XX/2019 I faxed the mitigation packet to Ditech LLC and as of this date I have yet to have heard anything back from Ditech LLC. Since the home is no longer scheduled for sale my lawyer and I agreed that his services were no longer needed on this matter so he withdrew from the case as of XX/XX/2019 and sent letters to both XXXX XXXX and Ditech advising them of this and advising them that all future correspondence needed to be sent to me at my father 's address. Still neither company has made any attempts to contact me regarding my father 's loan, the mitigation packet, or the QWR. This is again in violation of RESPA laws. Ditech LLC needs to be held accountable for their actions and I feel that their forging of documents is downright criminal and they need to be held accountable for their actions.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019, we received a notice from Ditech, stating our escrow had a shortage of {$430.00}. Then, on XX/XX/2019, we received a very similar notice from Ditech, but not they stated that we had a {$1300.00} shortage, but not explaining how that changed. I carefully studied our escrow account, and created my own spreadsheet, to project the escrow balance moving forward, based on information obtained on our account on Ditech 's website. I was able to see that what Ditech was claiming as a shortfall in escrow was completely false, and simply fabricated. In fact, if the escrow amount remained at the then-current {$360.00}, the escrow balance would still not fall below {$440.00}, and I walked them through the math of each month, in my 3rd phone conversation with them. The 1st representative I spoke with ( in XXXX ), XXXX, was very rude, and argumentative, saying they were right in their assessment. The 2nd rep I spoke with ( in XXXX ), XXXX, stated a supervisor ( XXXX ) was not available, but she would contact me within a week. It never happened, and no changes were made to our account. The 3rd representative I spoke with ( on XX/XX/2019 ), XXXX, said she did not dispute the escrow balance information I gave her, and that my escrow could never be in the negative, as the claimed. Specifically, Ditech 's XX/XX/2019 statement claimed that on XX/XX/2019, our escrow was project to have a balance of - {$140.00}. Even XXXX admitted to me on the phone, that in actuality, on XX/XX/2019, our escrow balance was {$910.00}. Yet, she would not resolve the situation, and stated that the only thing she could do is request a re-evaluation of our escrow, which would take 8 business days. Now it is XX/XX/2019, and there are no changes to our online escrow balance, or billing amounts. Ditech began applying the incorrect, increased escrow amount of {$450.00} on our mortgage payment of XX/XX/2019. And since we are paying extra toward our principal every month so we can slowly pay the mortgage of quicker, Ditech is actually robbing our principal payment by {$1000.00} annually, and causing us to pay undue interest, and prolong our payoff period. This is just not right.

Complaint: Please see CFPB complaint XXXX which has been closed and still unresolved with Ditech. The letter that you received from Ditech is a total lie. I have received NOTHING from Ditech except 2 certified collection letters on XX/XX/2019 and 2 of the same in direct mail threatening foreclosure. They HAVE NOT posted my {$15000.00} as a payoff and still show that I owe over {$12000.00} as a balance on the account with them. They have stolen from me for 19 years including collecting mobile home insurance payments that they did not forward to my insurance company and that I again had to come out of pocket to pay to keep my insurance from lapsing. I have my payment history from my insurance company and DItech showing that they collected ins. payments for a year and 4 months and did not pay my insurance with it. The title that they sent to you IS NOT released and these papers that they sent to you are JUST COPIES of my original contract and NOTHING more. They refuse to talk to me and have NEVER tried to to the right thing regarding this settlement agreement. THEY STILL are fraudulent pulling the wool over your eyes as they have always done to me and many many others customers who are filing suit against them as well. The whole company is nothing more then a bunch of crooks who has stolen my life savings from me this time.

Complaint: My original mortgage company Ditech sold/gave my mortgage to XXXX XXXX. At no point have I ever been late on my mortgage nor had any issues that have been presented to me, discussed, nor a bill sent to me from ditech I received a letter from XXXX XXXX stating I owe attorney fees to Ditech from XX/XX/2018. I have never received anything from ditech except my regular monthly mortgage bill. It wasnt until my mortgage was sold did I receive a bill from XXXX XXXX. We have asked XXXX XXXX, twice, to review and send me information concerning where this came from. Below is a copy of the letter/email they sent me after their supposed review. Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting us. We have received your recent inquiry in regards to your mortgage account. Our records show that the corporate advance fees are attorney fees that were assessed in XX/XX/2018, by your previous servicer, Ditech. Unfortunately, we are unable to waive corporate advance fees or fees that have been assessed by your previous servicer. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please DO NOT REPLY to this email. Your request has been marked resolved and this ticket has been CLOSED. Replies to this resolved ticket will not be monitored. If you need further assistance or have additional questions, please submit a new request by visiting our website and logging into your account.
