Complaint: I HAVE APPLIED FOR A LOAN MODIFICATION THROUGH XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX AND HAVE STILL YET TO GET MODIFIED AND WE ARE NOW XX/XX/XXXX AND MY MORTGAGE BALANCE HAS REACHED OVER {$20000.00} AND IS NOW IN FORECLOSURE!! I WAS WORKING WITH XXXX XXXX XXXX BECAUSE THAT WAS MY MORTGAGE COMPANY TO BEGIN WITH. WHEN I APPLIED WITH THEM IT WAS A RUN AROUND GAME. THEY WOULD ASK FOR REQUIRED INFORMATION AND I SUBMITTED THIS IN A TIMELY MANNER. TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT ALL PAPERWORK HAS TO BE UPLOADED AND USUALLY TAKES 3-5 DAYS, SO I WAS TOLD! THAT DID N'T HAPPEN IT WOULD TAKE LONGER, OR THE WOULD SAY THEY NEVER GOT THE PAPERWORK! NOW ITS BACK TO SQUARE ONE RESUBMITTING PAPERWORK TAKING MORE TIME. MEANWHILE MY BALANCE IS GETTING HIGHER! IN THE PROCESS MY SERVICE MANAGER WAS CHANGED TWICE AND AT ONE POINT I REQUESTED FOR A NEW MANAGER BECAUSE SHE WAS BEING VERY RUDE AND AND HAD NO EMPATHY WHAT SO EVER ON WHAT I WAS GOING THROUGH. SEVERAL TIMES WAS I ASKED TO SUBMIT INFO I DID BY FAX, EMAIL EVEN FED EX STILL NOTHING TIL FINALLY THEY RECEIVED THE INFO BY THAT TIME MY ACCOUNT WAS SOLD TO CALIBER HOME LOANS I FOUND THIS OUT BY MAIL. THEN I HAD TO START THE PROCESS ALL OVER AGAIN TO CALIBER. THIS TIME IT WAS ALREADY IN FORECLOSURE!!!! NOW IM STILL IN PROCESS WITH CALIBER FOR THE MODIFICATION. THIS PROCESS HAS ALSO TAKEN MONTHS IT WAS THE SAME THING AT FIRST NEVER GETTING INFO THAT I SENT. THEN ONE DAY THEY SAID OK WE HAVE A COMPLETE FILE WE WILL PROCESS AND REVIEW IT. I NEVER GOT ANY UPDATED CALLS TELLING ME THE STATUS. THEN I WAS DENIED! SO I APPLIED A SECOND TIME, I GO THROUGH THE SAME PROCESS AND THEN SOMEONE FROM CALIBER CALLS OUT OF THE BLUE SAYS WE ARE CALLING TO ASK FOR MORE INFO AND WANTING TO LET YOU KNOW WE HAVE RECEIVED INFO BUT WE NEED MORE INFO. I SUBMIT THAT IF AND THEY SAY OK WE WILL KEEP IN CONTACT EVERY WEEK TO LET YOU OF STATUS. THAT NEVER HAPPEN THE FIRST TIME NO ONE EVER CALLED ME. SO I CALL XXXX A SERVICE TO HELP ME APPLY FOR MOD. SHE GETS ALL THE INFO SENT OVER TO CALIBER. SO THEN I CALL ONE DAY AND TELL SAY YES WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR INFO LETS GO THROUGH IT. THEY WERE USING OLD INFO THAT WAS SENT TO THEM ALONG TIME AGO ( XX/XX/XXXX ) AND THIS PACKET WAS SENT BY XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. THAT 'S HOW THEY MADE THERE DECISION AND I WAS DENIED! I BELIEVE THEY WERE USING BITS OF PIECES OF INFO AND NOT THE PACKET XXXX SENT OVER. I CALLED CALIBER TO CONFIRM JUST EXACTLY WHAT INFO THEY USED TO MAKE THIS DECISION AND ALL I WAS TOLD BY A REP WAS " WE USED THE INFO YOU SENT TO US ''! I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE PERSON WHO PREPARES THE PACKET THEY SAID I COULD N'T SPEAK TO THE PERSON. I JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE THEY USED THE XXXX PACKET THAT WAS SENT OVER. THE REP SD LETS SEE WE HAVE A LETTER FROM XX/XX/XXXX STATING YOUR CONTRIBUTION I SAID NO THATS OLD INFO YOU SHOULD HAVE A NEW PACKET THEY SAID NO THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE. THIS IS NOT FAIR THAT ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS AND HAVE OUR BALANCE GET TO AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT. KEEP IN MIND PART OF THIS AMOUNT IS ESCROW. THIS IS JUST RIDICULOUS THAT I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS. NOW MY HOUSE IS IN FORECLOSURE!!! THIS IS NOT MY FAULT. SOMEONE NOT FOLLOWING PROCEDURES AND PROTOCOL IS TO BLAME. PLEASE HELP!! ONE OF THE OPTIONS IF DENIED WAS A REPAYMENT PLAN WHICH WOULD BE PAYING HALF OF THE BALANCE OWING IN MY CASE WOULD BE AROUND {$15000.00} TO {$16000.00} THIS IS WHAT IS WAS TOLD BY REP THIS WAS INCLUDING FORECLOSURE COST AND OTHER FEES. IF I HAD THIS AMOUNT I WOULD N'T BE ASKING FOR A MODIFICATION. THE OTHER OPTION IS TO PAY THE BALANCE IN FULL! AGAIN IF I HAD THIS MONEY I WOULD N'T BE ASKING FOR A MODIFICATION. Complaint: I paid my mortgage in full. My mortgage was sold right under my nose and then Caliber who have my mortgage is telling me that I now owe XXXX. I they raised my payments to XXXX after paying XXXX all of those years. My mortgage is a XXXX account. They are stealing!!! There is no recording of the sale of my home and no promissory note. Now Caliber has been reporting a 120 day late payment on me every month and I have made payments that I do not owe every month. I have all of my bank statements showing that I have made payments every month and finished paying for my home and now Caliber who has no legal right to my information is ROBBING ME!!!

Complaint: Caliber Home Loans services our mortgage. We authorized XXXX, our bank, to send a monthly mortgage payment to Caliber Home Loans and we verified with XXXX that the payment was sent to arrive on the due date. On the due date we received an automated call from Caliber stating our payment was not received. Finally, two days later we were able to speak with a live human being at Caliber, who asked us if we needed debt counseling. We have paid our mortgage on time every time for the last 11 years. Why would we need a debt counselor? XXXX, the customer service rep, refused to allow us to speak with a supervisor and basically told us there was nothing he could do. How is this possible? Is there anything we can do to transfer our mortgage to another company?

Complaint: I was never notified that my loan was transferred to Caliber Home Loans. I reached out to Caliber and was provided with a Welcome Packet in XXXX 2015. At that point I proceeded with sending in documentation to be reviewed for a loan modification. I was never given a number for HUD nor was I ever notified of a Trustee sale for this Monday, XXXX XXXX, 2015 XXXX until just last week. I know that I am supposed to be notified within 22 days of the sale and I was in fact not until just last week. I have not yet been denied for the modification but yet they are not informing me whether or not they will be postponing the foreclosure sale. I am now being forced to seek alternative options to save my house.

Complaint: For the past 4 years I have been trying to get a modification. About 3 years ago the loan was assigned to Caliber Home Loans. XX/XX/XXXX I was a approved for a Trial Period Plan for 3 months, XXXX payment due XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$1500.00} ; the last payment under the trial plan was due XXXX XXXX. I continued to make monthly payments as I was waiting for the final paperwork for the modification. XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter stating that I was not eligible for the modification because I did not accept the offer, which is not true as I never received the documents. XX/XX/XXXX, received another letter in which they returned my payment for the month of XXXX. I did call Caliber Home Loans XX/XX/XXXX asking for an explanation and details, and I was told that there was nothing to explain since letters were sent out. In the meantime, I received a foreclosure letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX stating that my property is going to be foreclosed XX/XX/XXXX. I am looking for some help, as I do not want to lose my property in which I have owned XX/XX/XXXX. Caliber not once, helped me or has made any effort to take into consideration my hardship. The currently interest rate is 8.250 %, and an adjustable as well. I can not afford to take any chances as the rate can go as high as 14.250 %. Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated. Attached is all the necessary paperwork to support my complaint.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2015 my home windows were plastered with Trustee Sale papers for all my neighbors to see.
I immediately called XXXX XXXX, the " single point of contact person '' assigned at Caliber home loans to find out whatwas going on. When i called she said, that caliber and trustee corps were going to sell my home of 17 years. I told her that this would be a grossviolation of my home-owner bill of rights due to the following:1. I was in an active " Dispute of the alleged Debt '' from XXXX and that I did not owe the alleged amounts that they are alleging.
2. I have an active " Request/Demand for production of QWR and Debt Validation proof '' 3. I have an active " loan modification '' package on this account if and when Caliber can establish the " alleged amounts that they are claiming as due.
4. I have not received any mail. email nor phone call with notices of any default or of the upcoming foreclosure sale.
5. She said that Caliber got this account XXXX and that they took it and they did not have to communicate anything I told her that I have not received any good bye mail nor notice of the previous XXXX nor a hello or notice of Caliber as the foreclosing bank or entity and that she and I spoke in XXXX XXXX and that she was going to mail me information which i never received, never the less I sent them an " official debt dispute '' on XXXX and since then have n't received anything from them.
Therefore, they should immediately " stop '' the sale of my home.
As of today, they are changing my single point of cantact, have not given me any information and appear to be pushing to sell my home of 17 years.
I need your help to stop them from doing so especially, while all of this is being sorted out and investigated.

Complaint: My loan was with XXXX XXXX XXXX, I had a direct phone number to my single point of contact in the CEO 's office, she promised to call me within 1 day or I could call her manager 's direct line for help, My single point of contact called me at least once a week to update any status and inform me of anything that was needed for a modification.
This all changed with Caliber Home Loans, you receive a general phone number and one one of XXXX " single point of contacts '' answer your call and say they all are your singlepoint of contact. Each of these " single points of contact '' is more clueless than the next and have XXXX knowledge of me, my loan or my current needs or modification situation.
I do not have any direct line for my Caliber single point of contact and have never received a return call from him. This situation is unacceptable and violates all the rules ofand purpose of having a dedicated single point of contact to work with you who understands your file and situation. I need to be assigned a real single point of contact ththat is compliant, with a direct phone number in the CEO 's office just like I had at XXXX. Please assign me a Single point of contact in the CEOs office of CaliberHome Loans ASAP. The current situation is totally unacceptable and noncompliant.
Please conform to the rules of proper modification management and compliance.
