Loan was In Husband and Wife Name and was foreclosed in Husband name only Wife is still In Title per XXXX XXXX Superior Court. House is vacant and need contact number to negotiate to move back into home of 43 years. Caliber Home Loans has had my permission to talk to CFPB and refuses to answer my calls regarding the CPFB Complaint referenced above. Sent Hand written and legal docs to MR. XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Still no Response.

Complaint: I just received another letter from Caliber Home Loans asking me to deposit funds in account number : XXXX ABA routing number : XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, CA XXXX and don't know why? I would like the CFPB to investigate this. Also they have failed to present the original documentation to the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel in the XXXX District in XXXX, CA, Appeal Number : XXXX. This all smacks of fraud since they are claiming I owe then {$310000.00} when I filed a Chapter XXXX Bk in XX/XX/XXXX and made both pre and post-petition payments on time. I am requesting the CFPB to audit this loan which was originally taken out in XX/XX/XXXX for {$310000.00}.

Problem with personal statement of dispute
Complaint: On XX/XX/2017, I paid on my XX/XX/XXXX payment. The payment was made on the phone and through automation, which has and keep my payment information. The payment was made on the XXXX and there is an audit log from XXXX XXXX that also verifies that I paid on the XXXX. Caliber homes the mortgage company was closed on XX/XX/XXXX and there was no prior notification of this fact. I called in twice and in order to pay I made it through the automation in which I have done since having the loan for 3 + Years without a late. After paying I also did not receive a confirmation via email that is done and also as proof of payment. Caliber home was closed until XXXX the XXXX, or XXXX. They then processed my payment. They reported my payment 30 days late although I paid and have proof from XXXX XXXX, and also letters from them stating I paid on the XXXX, however, they continue to report me to the credit reporting agencies as late even after admitting they have knowledge that I paid on the XX/XX/XXXX ( please see attached documents ). I also demonstrated that I also had funds in the account. I am seeking relief from the CFPB to help resolve this issue as it is not a correct reporting. There are logs that show that I made the payment on the XXXX, the law does not stipulate it is when a company decides or available to process. As part of the fair credit reporting this is against the law and I am being treated unfairly and have taken a severe credit hit due to this issue that should have been resolved. I have disputed with the company multiple times and at the highest level and have been treated rudely and disrespectful in the process.

Complaint: I endorsed an insurance claim settlement check and sent it to my mortgage holder. I completed 50 % of the repairs and this was confirmed by the mortgage holders home inspector on XX/XX/18. According to the mortgage holders ' procedures, they will then release at least {$40000.00}. I submitted all documentation requested on more than one occasion. The bank insists that I send them a signed contract with my general contractor. I have informed the bank that I have not yet hired a contractor for the kitchen repair. I have signed a contract with a window replacement company and have submitted a copy of that contract to the bank. I have and I am doing most of the work myself and only going to use a general contractor for the largest part of the job which is the kitchen construction work. I am using the " savings '' of self repair to re-build with upgraded materials which improves the value to the property. I need my first insurance proceeds draw NOW!

Complaint: I had an FHA loan with Caliber Home Loan which was paid off on XX/XX/2018. I checked with FHA by calling XXXX and was confirmed that not only the loan had been paid off, but also was I told there is a balance of {$21.00} which will be refund to me through the lender. FYI, my FHA case # is XXXX. However the lender overpaid additional one month of PMI after pay-off on XX/XX/2018, making the balance increased to be {$200.00}. But the representative from Caliber named XXXX ( ID : XXXX ) refused to correct the error and refund to me.

Complaint: Hello, We have our home mortgage serviced by Caliber Home Loans ; XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX, toll free ph # XXXX Starting XX/XX/2018 onwards I was surprised to find out there is a new {$3.00} service charge for making XXXX time online payments via your own bank. I have had my mortgage serviced thru Caliber Home Loans since XX/XX/2013& have always made one time online payments without any fees & never been late. To avoid the fees I need to enroll into a automatic monthly recurring payment. Can banks charge fees randomly at any point? I feel this is unfair practice & I got no option other than enrolling into their auto pay which I am not comfortable.

Complaint: I contacted Caliber Home Loans back in XX/XX/XXXX to complete a loan modification due to a missed payment when Hurricane Irma happened. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and Caliber has yet to get all the information correct to complete this modification. It started off with not receiving faxes of required documents ( I have the fax confirmations ) so we started uploading all required documents into their website on my account. Every time I contacted them, a form was out of date and needed to be resubmitted. Any mailed information they send is 3 weeks behind and never loaded on my account on website. This exchange of required documentation went on for 6 months!!! 2 weeks ago, an agent provided me wrong information due to modification containing a payment HIGHER than what I pay now and her answer to me was I guess you need to find more money .... I immediately asked for a supervisor and was told by him that she gave me wrong information and he submitted information to modification group and not to make a payment this month until new payment is established. Well I called today ,XXXX, to find out what is going on and another agent gave me wrong information and no supervisor is available right now. Im trying to do the right thing and catch up on my payments using the help they offered and it has been literally 9 months of XXXX trying to get this completed. If I was not in the situation Im in due to handing parents financially as well, I would leave this company and I will tell anyone considering his company not to use them. They have been completely useless in my time of need. Of the 19 different single point of contact specialists I have had to deal with, each one says they will help and have everything handled for me ... .. yet it is not handled. I just want the modification and get back on track with my mortgage. This has been unnecessary stress for 9 months ( and counting ).

Complaint: Apparently, the mortgage company Caliber Home Loans is confused as to what I am requesting. I requested a Qualified written request for accounting pursuant to the Real Estate Settlement Procedure Act, to XXXX, XXXX, XXXX had failed to provide a copy of pay history log and the servicing log required under Real Estate Settlement Act. When XXXX XXXX XXXX transfer my home loan to Caliber home loan, XXXX should had transfer the request for a Qualified Written Request/ Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act ( RESPA ). The information Caliber home loan responded to, it doesnt address the real issue that started this. It is almost as if XXXX and Caliber home loan is saying, though you are an XXXX XXXX XXXX, therefore, we or not obligation to provide that information to you. A failure to provide information regarding a loans is a violation of the Fair Housing Act. Please call me at XXXX if you have any question.

Complaint: I have been trying to work with Caliber Home Loans to save my home from foreclosure. I sent a complete modification package to Caliber fax numberXXXX. The Submission contained all requested documents along with the RMA. We have submitted at least 10 modification packages and each time we have had to start over. The hardship that we had is over and we are employed and want to work with Caliber to save our home. Please help us stop this sale date for XX/XX/2018 and save our home. It sis not that we want to live in our home for free. We are responsible working people and want to save our home. If only we can come into a good working relationship with Caliber Home loans I know that we can bring our loan current and stay current on the payments. We are reaching out for help and support to get back on track with our mortgage. Thank You.
