Complaint: I payedoff my balance in the account and I didn't use my credit card for about 8 months or so. Suddenly, I noticed three hits in my credit score for late payments and my credit card closed. I talked to three different costumers service representatives, including one of the supervisors. I asked them why my account is closed and two of them replied that I didn't pay my annual fee in my card, which there isn't an annual fee on it and the supervisors told me that it was because of an interest fee after I payed off my debt.
