Complaint: XX/XX/19 About a week ago on XX/XX/19 to find a replacement radiator for a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I went on Advance Auto Parts Website. I put in the information They said I needed a P-30 replacement radiator Part XXXX. Shipping was free and the part was to be about {$110.00}. Never got a bill or credit card receipt. This item showed up last Monday, several days early. Turned out to be the wrong radiator. Had to remove old one, take it to Bend to be repaired and it still isn't done. I contacted Advance Auto Parts by phone, email, and I still had no RMA. It cost me {$66.00} cents to return this wrong part to Advance Auto and I still have no response regarding refunding my money, This appears to be a scam to send wrong parts, then play shipping & return games. I have numerous emails from them and they never supplied a RMA for the wrong parts sent and received when they told me to order a certain part? It is sad to look up the part, order it, receive it, it is wrong, call them and more excuses?

I have 2 business credit card accounts and a history of excellent credit and also a history of using their 0 % balance transfer offers. I received several email offers, multiple, from Capital encouraging me ( on both accounts ) to use their then ( 2 months ago ) current offer of 0 % for 18 months at a 2 % transaction fee. 0 % has been a wonderful tool for my small business. I took advantage of their offer and put {$5500.00} on Capital One, account above. My first statement after borrowing, I owed the minimum of {$55.00} for that month. That was fine and logical. On my next ( XX/XX/2019 ) recent statement, i thought i missed the payment date because i owed much more than the minimum payment on the 0 % offer I had taken advantage of. I rarely miss payments, but I had been sick and thought I made a mistake somehow. I called yesterday ( Sunday ) and spoke with a regular phone person ( XXXX # XXXX ) and then with a supervisor ( XXXX # XXXX ). XXXX, the supervisor, said my transfer was processed as a regular transfer and that I owe interest every month to the tune of approximately 30 %. They said they would need to review the phone call with the original representative and it would take at least 7 - 10 business days ( while incurring further interest!!! ) to look into this and, that they don't call their customers - they could only contact me with their " decision '' by letter. I believe Capital One is entrapping people. i am waiting for their " decision '' but in the interest of safety I have used up almost all my available funds to immediately pay the Capital One Credit card of over {$5500.00}, plus the interest charge of {$140.00}. Because, if for some strange reason, they decided that I changed my complete history of doing business and borrowing them - with the stupidity of putting myself and my business in a 30 % interest position, they i would owe even more interest! Smart on their part, don't you think! This is outrageous. I am very careful about how i utilize my credit and therefore have excellent credit. If, for some reason, I did not properly understand on the original phone call borrowing this money - I know that it was not transparent and in verbiage that would entrap the public. I would not make a mistake like this easily. And I am sure other people, maybe people who have done this for the first time, could easily think they were wrong and they owed this money with interest. it is outrageous that it takes 10 days and only thru a letter, for them to resolve my issue - while still accruing interest! Thank you for your help with this matter.

Complaint: I was sent an unsolicited Kohl credit card. I had an account several years ago. This card looks like a replacement credit card that even says I have been a member since ... I went online to check my previous credit card account and it said it was closed. THis is a very sneaky way of trying to get someone to open an account they don't want. It reminds me of the activities XXXX XXXX did with their account practices. If it isn't illegal, it should be. I will no longer do business with Kohls.

Complaint: I am writing to you with the purpose of explaining the request for dispute for the charge of {$790.00} from XXXX on XXXX of this year. I originally signed up for a promotional offer of one month free towards the end of XX/XX/2018 in which they promised me a 40 % share of voice advertising on zip code XXXX, then, by XXXX the calls stopped coming in, when I called them they explained that other realtors bought in the zip code and now my percentage had dropped to 18 % when they had promised that the zip code was locked in and that nobody else would be able to buy in, I immediately requested cancellation of the service and asked that they dont charge my card because this was bait and switch which is an illegal practice in the United States, however, they never acknowledged or accepted my cancellation and said that a my representative XXXX XXXX would call me back, he never did and they charged my card without my permission. I continued to call and write emails requesting immediate cancellation and left several voicemails, and XXXX never acknowledged or accepted my cancellation. In view of my endless efforts I contacted Capital One to request a dispute of the charge, after six months of sending supporting documents to my credit card, they denied my request. Capital One has been unable to approve my request because for over 2 weeks they havent been able to send my credit file and score to them. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX card denied a credit line increase because I have to few accounts per XXXX. I currently have over 91 approved credit cards in which 31 are active. I have a long history of accounts and excellent credit. The information they are providing to creditors are inaccurate. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX denied a credit line increase due to XXXX unable to provide my credit score and credit report. XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX wasnt able to determine my credit application because they are unable to get my credit report from XXXX. I have excellent credit and the responses from Creditor grantors are that they are not providing accurate information to creditors so a fair decision can be acquired. I do have excellent credit without a blemish. If I am turned down for a credit card, I would be ok with that providing they have an accurate report.

Complaint: I will attached there recent response letter filled with inaccurate information. I'm also attaching proof once again that there is no XXXX XXXX The phone number in the letter is a business line with XXXX and the address in their letter is a personal residence. Account was opened in California and billed to a California address. I never receive statements or made payments from my personal address or bank account. I would ask them to produce statements and payment records which show it was a corporate account. Using someones personal information and attaching it to a business account is fraud.
