Complaint: Hello, my name is XXXX XXXX XXXX and I can not seem to fully use all of my credit cards full credit line of {$300.00} plus paid an extra {$25.00} extra and for some reason charged an extra {$10.00} fee out of know wear. My credit card company is Capital One and their phone number is as follows XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and my credit card number is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Capital one employees stated that my credit card would be ready to use at XXXX XXXX and it was not. Is their some help for me my Social Security Number is as follows XXXX XXXX XXXX.

Complaint: My account with Capital One was opened on XX/XX/XXXX. This included a promotional APR of 0 % for what I thought was a minimum of 12 months ( possibly longer ). I received my first statement for XXXX with a due date of XX/XX/XXXX. Starting with that statement, no interest was charged. I had not been charged interest up until this month 's statement dated XXXX with a due date of XX/XX/XXXX, interest charge of {$57.00}. I looked at my account information online and could not locate information regarding the terms of the promotional APR. I called Capital One 's customer service today, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX to ask if the interest was charged in error. They could not verfiy if the interest was charged in error, because they also were unable to find information regarding my promotional APR. I reviewed my credit card agreement online, but it does not include any information regarding the promotional APR. If Capital One can not provide me with information regarding the promotional APR, there is no way for me to verify if I'm paying interest in error.

Around XX/XX/2017 I contacted Capital One Auto to pay my car note thru the phone system and I was asked to identify what account I wanted to place a payment for. I have only and always had 1 account with Capital One and it was not a credit card it was auto. I contacted Capital one numerous times but I never get anywhere but transfered from one department to the next. I sent a IDenty Theift Letter 2 months ago and they never responded. I proved that this was not my account and that my X-Husband was the person pretending to be me and I had a email from my X-Jusband that he was going to have me so far in debt and ruin my credit my name that i would have no choice but to come back and take his XXXX. its hard enough to find the strenth to walk away from a XXXX relationsip to leave your home with nothing but the clothes on your back and still be XXXX not listen to because he had access to my personal information. Capital One Credit Card Company even mislead me a the end of last year when I was behind on my car note I was contacted made a p [ ayment arrgangment for the amount I was behind on on my car note but this was not my car note this was the fraudlent Capital One Credit Card ... Well I paid XXXX to what I thought was my auto loan payment but it was the credit card company and I became even more behind on my car note becasue the money went to a credit card

Complaint: Kohl 's Charge Customer Service unable to solve a problem that was caused by them. Promised over and over again to remove a duplicate fraud charge made by one of their representatives for an item that was never sent to me and I was charged already a year earlier. - Endless calls and hours and hours of explaining this issue over and over again yielded nothing. Below is a fraud charge that I asked them to dispute over and over again - they failed to dispute it and treated me with disrespect over and over again. They admitted over and over again this was a duplicate charge that was never supposed to be charged to my credit card store account with them. MY ACCOUNT IS SUPPOSED TO have a balance of {$0.00}!! Kohl 's store card refused to provide any customer service. I called them 12 times about this issue, each and every time they agreed to solve it immediately, never happened. They do not obey the law, any credit card customers beware! Complaint: Due to the Oklahoma Flooding and Tornado Disaster we were forced to move. We moved out of state due to prospectively gaining employment at a hospital. We were approved for a payment arrangement on XX/XX/2019 and filled out complete for both auto loans, and mailed on XX/XX/2019. 10 days later only one auto loans was processed for the extension, the other was never processed to date. Capitol One states that they never received the second extension signature page. I find this odd because both sheets of paper were mailed in the same envelope and one auto loan was in fact processed. They have now denied me an extension due to not replying and completing the sign form.

Complaint: I have a car financed with XXXX XXXX XXXX, I've discovered on XXXX XXXX website that I have an offer for refinancing my vehicle with Capital One Auto Finance on XX/XX/2019 I've submitted my paperwork with them ( W-2s 1099s, employment information as well as I mailed title of my vehicle ( lien ) to Capital One Auto Finance to the address provided, since then they placed a HARD inquiry on my credit and were missing my documents, every time I called them they had an excuse such as : " we could not verify your employment because your employer doesn't wan na pick up phone '' ( provided with phone number and extension of a person to reach ), " we need full 6 months of statements, we are still missing XXXX-XXXX '' ( initially provided ), " we are missing statement for XX/XX/2019 '' ( initially provided ). Capital One Auto Finance are very negligent with your documents and please be aware of that. Eventually I called them demanding to remove an inquiry and reply was : " it is not you need to solve it with a credit bureau or mail an official request to our special unit ''. I need to spend money because you negligent? I'm so upset and fell like these people do not take their job serious. Capital One, I'm not buying a sandwich with/without a pickle, it is a vehicle refinance! Note : Loan number that is in a next section is an actual reference number for a loan offer that was not taken due to constant missing docs on their end.

Complaint: I deposited a check of {$1200.00} my friend wrote me in on Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX, and the friend who wrote me the check told me there's something wrong with her account so she has to placed a stopped payment check on the check she wrote me, and right after she told me that I called Capital one to let them know and to see if there's anything they can do to cancel the check i deposited in and the agent lady told me it's not the problem and she can't cancel the check that it been pending already but she told me not to worry since my friend has place a stop payment on her end so it's not going to effect on my account until today my card got declined on XX/XX/XXXX, and I saw Capital One placed a permanently restriction on my account so I called them right away to explained the situation and they asked my friend 's number and Capital one gave them a called to confirm the situation and to confirm if my friend is the one who wrote me the check, and right after they confirm it they told me they can't removed the restriction because they didn't see any note put in my account about i called in on XX/XX/XXXX about the bad check situation and the restriction it's permanently. But I did called in and I still have a calling history on my phone but just that lady didn't put any note in my account.
