One month later the collection is still showing on my credit report, so I called back and asked again to have the collection removed since I had been promised they will. The young lady on the phone they and give it thirty days. That last call was three months ago and the collection is still reporting on all XXXX of my credit reports.

Complaint: AD Astra has reported a collection on all XXXX credit reporting agencies. I have sent debt verification letters to the address listed here on XX/XX/2017 and XX/XX/2017 with an improper response validating this account, but no proper validation has been received. I have requested that AD Astra verify the following information. 1. Full original Account Number 2. Date original Account was opened 3. Any written agreements between myself and the original creditor stating this debt is owed 4. Full account summary and itemized calculation of alleged debt 5. Date of the first delinquency 6. Dates and times of any phone calls made and to what number in attempt to contact me concerning the alleged debt before it was reported to an agency, and so proving that these calls were made in the times governed by FDCPA law. If XXXX is unable to provide the above identifying account information, this account must be deleted from all credit reporting agencies. AD Astra also failed to follow FDCPA by not sending a letter giving the consumer time to dispute or validate the alleged debt within the allowed 30-day time frame that is allowed by law. This company has constantly called my personal phone lines and this is prohibited in the State of Texas. I have reached out to Ad Astra to provide me verification of the amount claiming to be outstanding and have not received a reply within 30 days. I finally decided to contact Ad Astra once again. Spoke with XXXX. She told me that every time I send a dispute, it re-opens the file and the credit bureaus invalidates the update they send to them and reopens a new one. She said I have to give it full 30 days to be completely removed from all reporting agencies and has yet to be removed 6 months later.

However, after reviewing my records, I am unable to nd any documentation of any contractual relationship between ( name of company ) and me which makes you a person entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me. This letter is not a request for verication or validation. This is a request for proof of contract to substantiate your claim. Provide me with a certied copy of an original contract, with my signature, specically naming your company as a person entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me.
