Complaint: Upon ordering my annual credit report I noticed the company Ad Astra on my file. The entry was from a " XXXX '' account. Ad Astra was sent letters to verify and validate the debt, but I never received documentation to validate nor verify the debt. Additionally by law consumers should receive Dunning Letters so that they may dispute a debt in question. To my knowledge, Ad Astra Recovery has never forwarded a Dunning Letter to my attention and my address has been the same for over 4 years now. The company has not provided any information including the original contract with Ad Astra. I do not have a contract with Ad Astra.

Complaint: I contact AD ASTRA RECOVERY SERVICES at XXXX to advise that I did n't apply for this loan. They confirmed with me that the loan was applied for in my name but the money was deposited in a bank account for XXXX ( XXXX ). I have disputed this with the collection agency as well as the credit bureaus and I am still dealing with this showing up as a debt. Per the collection agency I requested a payday loan. Then paid it back and requested another one. I have followed all of the steps needed to get this removed off of my credit including filing police reports and going as far to give the collection agency XXXX phone number and address. Please help me with this credit agency that is harassing me and ruining my credit.

Complaint: Ad astra has send a copy of a contract that I have with XXXX XXXX. I did not sign a contract with them and nor do I recall them sending me anything that shows that I havany contractual obligation to pay them. I have send certified letter requesting that Ad astra provide an agreement with XXXX XXXX that grant them the authority to collect on this alleged debt. Also any insurance claims been made by any creditor regarding the account. Verification that this debt was assigned or sold to collector. Documentation showing they are licensed to collect debts in Missouri. Commission for debt collector if collection efforts are successful. I also asked for them to provide the name and address of the bonding agent for COLLECTION AGENCY in case legal action becomes necessary. And I also stated in my letter that their claim will not be considered if any portion of the above mentioned was not completed and returned with copies of all requested documents. This is a request for validation made pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Complaint: In accordance to fcra section 609, this account was disputed XX/XX/XXXX. Ad astra recovery did not respond to intial dispute within 30 days as allowed by the FCRA. They have continued to report innaccurate information to all XXXX credit bureaus. In accordance, they are bound by FCRA to remove alleged debt that is being reported. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and past 60 days when these accounts were intially disputed. Ad astra Recovery Service has continued to attempt to collect debt they know is not valid and not able to be verified. Multiple disputes in regards to this issue have been filed over this including a previous dispute to CFPB.They have blatanly broken the law as they relate to FDCPA and FCRA guidelines. On more than one occasion, i have tried to resolve this issue with them but they are refusing to follow the law in regards to this issue at hand. The accounts need to be removed. They also stated that they have sent documentation which is false. Nothing since they placed on my accounts has been mailed to me, The second issue is that it had been proven that the accounts are not valid, no information was provided to verify this account. They state that they are about professionalism but it is obvious they are not.They have deceitful, dishonest, and unprofessional in the manner that they have handled this issue from day one.
