Complaint: This account does not belong to me. when I try contacting the company I do n't get pass the verification process because my information do n't match what they have. HOWEVER they send bills that bluntly have the last XXXX digits of someone else 's social security number. This account is not mine. I have been disputing it with the credit bureaus and company since XX/XX/2016 and no one can show me proof that it belongs to me. I sent proof the account Is not mine to the XXXX bureaus and they still wo n't remove the account. Please help me remove this account especially now that it is reporting negative.

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, I saw an entry on my credit report from Ad Astra Recovery for a loan they alleged I took out in XX/XX/XXXX. I sent a request for information proving the debt was indeed mine because I am certain I have never had any business dealings with this company. The first response was a generic response with just my personal information such as date of birth and last four of my social. ( which can be obtained through public records ) See attachment. I then submitted a dispute through the XXXX credit bureaus because according to XXXX what they provided was not proper validation so I requested that the information be removed from my credit file. The debt came back as " verified ''. In XX/XX/XXXX, Ad Astra sent me a settlement offer stating that I can make bi-weekly payments of {$220.00} to settle the debt however I refuse to settle a debt that has not been proven to be mine. See Attachment. I reached out to Ad Astra in XX/XX/XXXX, again requesting proper validation according to FCRA and Texas Finance Code, This time they responded with a " contract ''. I combed through all pages of documents NONE of which had my signature agreeing to the terms of this alleged contract with the original company nor did it include any documentation agreeing to a contract of terms of payment in which I have defaulted with Ad Astra. I believe this company is trying to take advantage of me as a consumer as if I do not know my rights. They have ignored my multiple request to validate this debt according to federal and Texas state law. So far what I have received in generic documentation that can not be used to conclude I indeed owe this debt. Again I do not have a contract with Ad Astra and the documentation showing a contract with the original company does not include my signature. It is obviously a typed fill in the blank contract. I want this removed from all XXXX bureaus immediately and all collection attempts ceased.

Complaint: AD Astra Recovery service is on my credit report. I did a request for verification of a XXXX loan that was taken out without my consent. I have attached a loan that was attempted on my Daugther 's SSN also. During the Summer I did attempt to start business funding. My information was given to third parties. I did have phone contact with AD Astra Recovery. I did state I had a POA. The phone call was aggressive and not consumer friendly. If I say one thing a phone call should end. The probing and questions. I do have a POA in place due to my information was given out. I have had fraud on my bank accounts and have been through harassing or " scam '' calls since this started since XX/XX/XXXX. I did receive an email from XXXX for an email for a XXXX loan approval rating. I never received a phone call to verify any information. I used my email address. I do n't see the -signature. Also, I went back to research XXXX. I I do have an illegal credit check on XXXX Report from XXXX. I never authorised this credit check with XXXX. I have read many complaints about Astria Recovery and XXXX. I ca n't find they are invested with each other. Astra Recovery Systems and XXXX do not help the debt consumer but keep them in debt by getting more loans or using the credit check to initiate on credit reports to force payments. I have read numerous accounts of they will take negative reports if paid today. A collection was placed on my account last week. A man name XXXX ( the wrong name is given in the previous complaint ) XXXX SEM scheduling called my home. He did give out Recovery Service was going to my home to serve me. Who will be my lawyer in XXXX TX. I drew up a legal notice to AdAstria. I told them in the letter that I will advise my attorney. XXXX is my attorney. In that letter, I never released his address, phone number, TX law license number. I never stated to cease to talk to me. Talk to my lawyer. AdAstria had no permission to contact or send any packages to my lawyer. My attorney called me XX/XX/XXXX and told me that AdAstria did get in contact with him to verify him as my lawyer. AdAstria had to find a XXXX ( my attorney ) to probe without my consent. That is violating my privacy and my attorney 's client relationship.
