I have gone through so many things trying to get them to understand I was a victim of identity theft in XXXX and the only way I found out about it was trying to file state taxes, someone was able to file taxes in my name using my social security number, I have submitted documents from the IRS to them showing them the supporting documents. I have never received anything in mail about this account nor have I ever received any phone calls. This information was placed on my credit report and that was the way I found out someone had taken a loan out in my name. The amount posted was {$720.00} that was placed in XXXX

I paid two payday loans directly to XXXX XXXX, yet they were sold off to the collection agency without first contacting me. I paid the debt in person and per their request sent in the proof. XXXX at Ad Astra informed me they do not see two accounts yet that is what they are reporting. I repeated myself and asked him if the call is being recorded due to the discrepancies, in which he said yes. I informed him I will use the information for verification which he did n't reject. The call took place on X/XX/2017. In addition I have asked them to only contact me via usps mail and they do not follow.
