Complaint: I do not know the actual legal name of the person contacting me, but they are leaving voicemails saying they will serve me at my job or home with court documents and if i am not home will deliver the papers to my supervisor. I do not authorize such actions and i do not agree with this debit. I have no signed contract with this company, and they have failed to provide me with a signed contract i have with them saying i agreed to this debit with their company directly. Ad Astra refuses to VALIDATE this account. I received no documentation validating this debt as legally requested The right of subjugation does not exist for a stranger to the transaction. 73 AmJur 2nd, Section 90. This company is required under the FCRA to have properly verified the accuracy of an account listed on my credit report. Where are the documents that you used to verify/validate these accounts? What is the name of the person in your company who verified these accounts? What documents did they use to verify them? Please provide me with the name of that individual, their business address, and telephone number. Black 's Law Dictionary, 9th Edition, 2009, defines " Verify '' as, 1 ) " To prove to be true ; to confirm or establish the truth or truthfulness of ; to authenticate. '' 2 ) " To confirm or substantiate by oath or affidavit ; to swear to the truth of. '' and " Verification '' as, " Confirmation of correctness, truth or authenticity, by affidavit, oath, or deposition. Affidavit of truth of a matter stated and object of verification is to assure good faith in averments or statements of a party. '' Someone in your company must authenticate the documents in your files that were used to verify the disputed accounts and to do this they must have 1st h and knowledge of the alleged accou nt ( s ) an d all that has ever transpired for the alleged accou nt ( s ) , under oath and under the penalty of perjury. As I am sure that you are well aware, curre nt Federal case law states th at, Consumer Reporting Agencies bear grave responsibilities to ensure the accuracy of the accounts they report on and their responsibility must consist of something more than merely parroting information received from other sources. The Courts have also ordered that a " Reinvestigation '' tha t merely shifts the burden back to the consumer and the credit grantor can not fulfill the obligations impose d by 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ). This is a request for VALIDATION. Provide me proof I have a signed contract with your company . Also provide every single debt statement i had through the course of the said account. Additionally, any reporting of this debt to the credit bureaus prior to allowing me to validate it is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which can allow me to seek damages from a collection agency.

Complaint: I have never done business with AD ASTRA RECOVERY SERVICES. I do not have a signed contract nor any contract with AD ASTRA RECOVERY SERVICES. I am requesting debt validation for the alleged amount this company is reporting to my credit bureaus. This is not a request for alleged verification with a third party bill. If a signed original contract between AD ASTRA RECOVERY SERVICES and myself can not be produced you will need to remove your trade from all of my credit reports at once. You do not have permission to contact me by mail nor by telephone. Please keep all communications through the portal.

Complaint: XXXX was taking money from my account on Paydays and they even overdrew my account to the point where my XXXX XXXX account was closed due to the excessive fees I was being charged. Today I owe XXXX XXXX over {$600.00} because of XXXX. And yet and still they have a collection account on my credit report for {$1300.00}. I never received this amount from the company. I have paid back the original amount I received but due to the excessive interest and other fees they claim I still owe them money. I do not believe this to be true. I have disputed it with the XXXX credit bureaus and it was deleted from XXXX but updated on XXXX and XXXX. This is preventing me from qualifying for a mortgage loan.The collection agency acting on behalf of XXXX is Ad Astra.

Complaint: Continued attempts to collect debt that is not owed. I have never done business with this company and I have no idea who this company is. The right of subrogation does not exist for a stranger to this transaction. 73 AmJur 2nd, Section 90.AD Astra is a 3rd party collector and is not on the original creditor contract that was mailed to me recently. I have not received any documentation from AD Astra stating that they purchased this debt either. Once again, I did n't receive written notification prior to this collection being placed on my credit as the address that you all have on file is one that I have never lived at. By law, I have to be notified of my right to dispute this debt. If this account is not removed, I will be reporting this to the BBB once again along with the documentation showing that I do n't have a contract with AD Astra.

Complaint: Ad Astra Recovery Services Inc. is trying to collect on a debt for a title loan account via XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I do not recall ever having a title loan through this company and have tried repeatedly to get proof the debt belongs to me by requesting a contract from Ad Astra bearing my original signature. Ad Astra has been unable or unwilling to provide this information. I have reported to all XXXX credit bureaus that Ad Astra has been unable to provide this information and the debt still remains on my credit. Ad Astra is also reporting false information on the date this account was opened. According to the statement I was sent, it was opened in XX/XX/XXXX and Ad Astra states it was opened XX/XX/XXXX. Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act, changing the date the account is opened/closed is against Federal Regulations.

Complaint: I was a victim of identity theft from the time I was XXXX years old. I learned about the identity theft in XXXX of 2009. I filed a police report and identity theft claim at that time. The items ( tax liens and XXXX XXXX account ) were removed from my XXXX XXXX and XXXX reports. XXXX still lists these accounts that are not mine. I have attempted to remove them via XXXX County Recorder however, they can not access these tax liens because my social security number is associated with the persons name that stole my identity many years ago. This is the same issue with the XXXX XXXX account.
